    I contacted My Plumber on Memorial Day via the online email form, giving them probably far more detail than they needed about my issue, my address, and my phone number. I received a call back from Stephanie a few hours later (who was incredibly polite despite the background noise while I was at a restaurant). A service appointment was scheduled for the following afternoon. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. They called and sent notice via text in advance of arrival. Matt inspected the issues with piping to and from our sump ejector pump, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the workā€”even cleaning/sweeping up after completion. The area looks nice and the pump operates so quietly. As an added touch, Matt pulled a wrench off the truck to do a quick repair on a leaky outdoor hose bibb before leaving. Matt was incredibly polite/courteous throughout the entire process. Iā€™ve found my new go-to local plumber. Great job guys!

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMy Plumber responded quickly, was sympathetic to our situation and completed the repair on a holiday when most plumbers were not even taking calls.On Christmas Eve we awoke to frozen pipes. We shut off the main water line to the house and began calling plumbers. My Plumber returned our call within 5 minutes, and we were talking with Tim Haynes, a plumber, within 15 minutes. We explained the situation, he asked several questions and, even though nothing could be done until the pipes thawed, offered to stop by to assess the situation. He advised us on how to best thaw the pipes and provided us his personal cell phone so we could keep him updated as the pipes thawed. He came back later the same day, Christmas Eve, to replace the broken pipes.Tim was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us in a way that we understood.     I just want to thank this company (and the wife whos running the behind the scenes!!) for coming out to fix the water pipe in my rental house.     Experience was great with the technician, however, removing one star because I was told the $69 fee to have them come out and see what the issue was would be credited to the repair cost. Instead they charge you the repair cost plus the $69 fee. It felt dishonest and misleading.

    I called My Plumber LLC first but their tech was not available that day. So, I called another company which was available. They sent a big, freshly washed truck and two techs. I explained the problem - which I had caused. But it was a clog by an adult...not some kids toys.The first tech looked at the toilet and inspected it from top to bottom with a flashlight. He then clicked on numerous buttons on his iPad and, finally, told me that he could probable solve the problem with an auger and that cost would be $375.I told him Id buy a new house before Id pay $375 to auger a toilet and that he was free to leave.I immediately called My Plumber and got on the calendar for the next day. The tech just left, problem solved...for, I think, $75. I had planned on $175.My Plumber is now MY PLUMBER!

    My Plumber exceeded my familys expectations. Unfortunately for us, our hot water heater control valve failed on Christmas Eve. I called My Plumber immediately and they were willing to dispatch to my house. However, I told them I could wait until the following Monday. Monday morning I received a call from Tim-My Plumber advising he was on the way. When Tim arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After checking the water heater. Tim discovered that our water heater control valved had failed. However there wasnt one available locally so he had to order it and while we waited for the water heater control valve to arrive. Tim kept me informed about the control valve arrival status. The water heater control valve arrived Wednesday afternoon and Tim immediately call me an stated he was on the way to install the valve. The rest is history and our hot water heater is functioning better than when it was initially installed. We will be using My Plumber for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

    I have a 3 story home and of course the one that needed replaced was on the top floor. Before he stepped into the house he put booties over his shoes so as not to potentially track anything into the house. I thought that was really cool.
