I contacted Plumb Smart at the recommendation of my neighbors. was able to visit within one business day to address an outdoor water leak near the water meter. He was able to quickly locate the failed pipe, removed it as well as a previous DIY-looking repair in the same area, and fitted with proper fittings and pipe. Photos of the repair are attached to the invoice. Reasonable price. Arrived promptly at the appointment time (no huge window of time given - 9AM meant he was there at 8:50 ready to work.) I will use Plumb Smart again.

This is my second time using Plumb Smart in the past couple weeks. I had a pinhole leaks in my basement and he came out and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. So I had him bid for a new heater heater while he was there. He was cheaper than a second bid so I had home install it.After I scheduled the appointment my disposal stopped working and so I asked him while he was there to look at it. He had a disposable replacement on the truck and replaced it at the same time.

Awesome experience! My 94 year old mom lost her balance in the bathroom and grabbed the handle of the toilet seat riser, somehow the back bracket came off and went down the toilet. Since Im new to the area i googled plumbers. I tried to get a few quotes, Paul was the only one to answer the call without me having to leave a message. He gave me an appointment for the very same day. He gave me a window of time, which he stuck to and also sent me a text when he was on the way. Audrey arrived 1st and went straight to work, Paul came shortly after. In the end, the toilet had to be replaced. Paul explained everything and gave me a fair price. They even went and picked up the new toilet. Both service people were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Paul and Audrey went above and beyond to rectify the problem. They were careful to leave everything as neat and clean as possible. I hope not to have another emergency but if I do, I know who to call. I highly recommend Plumb Smart!!

USE PLUMB SMART!!Our water heater quit working. So when I called at 6:30AM I figured I would get voicemail, but no, the Owner picked up the phone and spoke with me. I texted him the images of our water heater and when he arrived the same afternoon he had everything he needed to replace the water heater. The guys were smart, quick and kind. Replacing a large piece of equipment isnt cheap but I feel we got the best deal around. Thank you Plumb Smart.Also, they just came out again last week. (4/2/21) and repaired a part on the water heater that was covered under the warranty. (manufacturer issue) and had the repair done in no time. I cant recommend these guys enough. They are always professional and easy to talk to. They never make you feel bad for asking questions.

Paul and Sam came out within a couple hours and checked it out for us. They were completely honest and transparent. This was my first time using Plumb Smart, Inc., and I found them to be very professional in their approach to my issue. They fixed my leaking pipe and left my property as neat and orderly as possible. The only thing I found most uncomfortable was being told the cost after the work was completed. I found this to be sticker shock and even mention as much to no response. While I can definitely understand time is money, giving the client the opportunity to know the cost upfront should be a preferred practice...The client can then choose to pay the service charge if the estimate is found to be exorbitant. This will also ensure all are in agreement with the estimated cost prior to the work being done.

PlumbSmart has been my go to since 2006 when my water main was leaking. Over the past 16 years, PlumbSmart has repaired the water main, replaced the water heater, unclogged shower drains, replaced the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and fixed a leak in one of the bathrooms, among other regular maintenance. Paul is incredibly responsive, prompt, and efficient. Most recently there was a leak under my kitchen sink that turned out to be the faucet and garbage disposal. Paul replaced both and emailed a receipt with a link to online payment. I highly recommend Paul and PlumbSmart for all your plumbing needs!

Could not be more happy with their services. My wife woke me up early one Monday morning to water everywhere in our first floor guest bathroom. We turned off the water and cleaned things up, and gave them a call. They were very attentive on the phone and were at the house fixing things in just a couple of hours. Very nice, courteous, and kept is informed. We had some other work that we had been putting off, and had them come back out to take care of. They scheduled a date and time for us and showed up promptly and on time. Took care of the work professionally -- my wife said that had she known it would be that easy and make such a difference, shed have had it done earlier. They again made it a point to keep us informed of what was going on. Theyve provided consistently excellent service and have been reliable. Were considering installing a point of use tankless water heater and will be calling on them again to do that work. Very happy with their service.

My aging copper pipes have started the dreaded pinhole leak saga. When I discovered a leak and called Plumb Smart they were their within an hour. The plumber was professional and fixed the known leak and then while evaluating other pipe sections, found another leak. After the 2 issues were taken care of we discussed a more comprehensive project to eliminate future leaks in the basement pipes. Their estimate was more than fair for the amount of work they did, and they were in and out ahead of their schedule. Ill always call Plumb Smart for all my plumbing needs!!

I recently used Plumb Smart for an issue at my home. They gave me a time that they would arrive. Apparently the job before mine was taking longer than anticipated, they contacted me of this and gave a new time of arrival at my home. They showed up on time and had everything with them to accomplish the job. During the course of the job other major issues that I was totally unaware of were discovered. It appears the issues discovered was what caused the problem that made me call them. They showed me and explained everything every step of the way. The job took less time than I anticipated. Everything was of top notch caliber. The pricing was reasonable, and everything was professionally done. I am so happy with the results and knowing my issues are taken care of, that I asked for an estimate for another project Im about to begin. I highly recommend these guys. I had a water main leak in my front yard, but I didnt know the source. A neighbor referred me to Plumb Smart after another local plumber charged me a fee to drop by and tell me to call a special leak detection company to identify the specific problem area. Instead, I called Paul at Plumb Smart and he was at my house the next morning exactly when he said he would arrive.Paul and Silas were able to determine that the water main leak was under my front steps and they provided an alternative solution to digging up the steps. They installed a new water line from the meter directly to the house. They were extremely efficient and came in UNDER the estimate that Paul provided. Additionally, they installed new sod over the area that they dug up to make sure my yard looked great after their work. I could not be happier with Plumb Smart!!! There was an unusual whistling sound in my pipes when the water was running. Plumb Smart heard the sound and immediately began whittling down the potential issues and quickly discovered the pressure reduction valve was set at about 40 psi. They opened the valve to about 60 psi and the whistling stopped. This was an issue that came up during due diligence, and it needed to be fixed quickly. Paul and Sam did the job for me, and my house sold.

They checked yard n line to the house then dug down to check wet area. Discovered the irrigation line ran parallel to house line and irrigation connection to the water line had a spraying water leak and water was running along the water line to the lowest section of the yard. They capped the water leak per my request as the sprinkler had not been used due to past problems. I will call Plumb Smart again. They are reasonable, efficient, they investigate problems not jumping to replace the water line from meter to house as recommended by another name plumbing company.

I made an appointment with Paul Little of Plumb Smart for an estimate on replacing my water line from the water meter to my existing main line inside the house. This line developed a sudden leak and was leaking water at a rate of 1 gal/min. I had to constantly turn it on and off at the meter when we needed water to reduce my water bill. Paul arrived at the exact time we agreed upon. I cant tell you how important that is to me since many in the service industry here never show up when they say they will. Paul returned a water line replacement estimate to me in just a few hours. After getting several other estimates I contacted Paul the next day to see how quickly he could schedule my repair. To my amazement he was able to show up two days later. Again, he and his team arrived right on the agreed time and got to work. In less than two hours I had running water to the entire house again and in less than 3 hours he completed the job. Pauls plan for running the new water line significantly reduced the impact on my walkway and planting beds as well as left minimal scarring in my lawn where the trench was dug. His plan was one of the major reasons I chose Paul (Plumb Smart). The other was that his cost estimate was right in line with the other quotes I had received. I will certainly be calling Paul at plumb Smart the next time I need any type of plumbing service! Thanks Paul!!!
