Last month, on a Friday afternoon around 3pm I went out to work in my yard before friends came by for dinner. As I looked down my driveway i saw water running from somewhere. I found water coming from my hot water heater in my basement. I called Citywide plumbing and within 40 minutes, Josh and Jason arrived. In about an hour they replaced the old water heater, brought everything up to code and I had hot water restored before my guest arrived. I highly recommend Citywide Plumbing out of Acworth. Thank you Josh and Jason for your professionalism. While I hope its a good while before I need them again, when I do, I will call Citywide.

We moved into an older house recently that required a lot of plumbing work. Josh and Austin gave us a bunch of different options so that we could pick the one that best suited our needs, and they made sure we understood what they would be doing. They reworked our plumbing, installed a new water heater, and installed a whole house water filter and osmosis filter. They did everything in one day and did a fantastic job, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company, City Wide Plumbing. We had an emergency tonight right around 6pm and after calling numerous other companies, these guys called me back within 5 mins. Showed up within 30 mins and took care of the issue. Darren Hughes and Chad Johnson were fantastic. Just a side note, don’t ever flush your keys down the toilet. It actually turned into a funny night, but if you do, call City Wide Plumbing! Thanks again guys for saving the keys and getting out there so quickly!

We had enough outside faucet break in the cold weather. We called CityWide plumbing at 8:00 in the morning and within an hour and a half the technician was on site. Surveyed the problem repaired the problem. Problem solves.Friendly. Courteous. Put on boots covers when they came in the house. Got the job done efficiently. Replace some poor knocked some concrete out report to concrete. Cut through the drywall to the whole thing.So excellent! Service on time came out. Price was good.

City Wide deserve a 5 star from me With the job they done for PRV job they have done in my garage. Back in October I had a call them at night for the water pressure regulator to replace because inside the home all faucets having a problem with pressure that was very high and it was about 120 which normal range is about 60. Next day they came and replace it.But now January 17 when we had this extreme cold freezing temperature I saw it was leaking from the connection and the pipe go outside faucet was pop up from coming of weather. They came early in the morning next day and check what was done from their installer back in October was not properly done!! The technician Joe was very nice and explain me what was wrong and what he is going to do in a proper way. That means to me that they accept their mistake !And Joe was very experienced and polite. While he was working the owner Dave came and inspect what was going on and apologized about their job done back in October. That was an excellent approach to me and to the customer which I very much pleased with their service. That is why I recommend them to everyone if plumbing an issue.Five plus service thank you and by the way 3 hours job and new pipes installed and charged Zero!!Thank you all. 🙏🙏👍👏🏼👏🏼

We had a bathtub leak pop up late one night and start flooding into our basement. A single call to Citywide, a “we got you” and a few hours later, everything is as good as new and you can’t even tell it ever happened. The young guy that came out (Nick) was as awesome of a dude as you could ever hope for, and to hear how highly he spoke of his boss, his job, and the company he works for told me all I need to know about City Wide Plumbing. They say excellence is a habit, not an act, and if that’s the case then citywide seems to have a long-time habit of just being awesome. I’ll never call anyone else for our plumbing needs again!

Id give 10 stars for John Garcia if I could! This young man was nothing but professional and spoke to my wife and I as human beings and in a manner that non plumbers can understand. I value that greatly above almost everything else. That said, not only did John come out after 6pm, but was here until almost 9pm and made sure he wasnt leaving until it was fixed! I cannot begin to describe how valued that made us feel. We r recommending John to our entire subdivision as well as anyone else who wants a professional plumbing experience at a VERY reasonable cost! I could keep going on and on but the fact of the matter is if u need any plumbing work done, call John Garcia at City Wide Plumbing...hes ur man!

Repaired my toilet that had been broken for $250 since I bought my house. Guy was very nice and honest, would use again!Edit: Also came by to replace a busted water main line. I got a quote from Superior Plumbing to do the job for $4900 with PVC Black (which is not good pipe) and City Wide said they would do it for $3100 with copper (much better), they also gave me a 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year full guarantee. I have not had any issues with it since. Cain was a nice guy too.

We just had the best plumber service with Mr. Cain Rigdon. He is absolutely the best. He was very professional and personable. He will work through the steps on what his going to do and explain thoroughly on why. We were learning so much from him as well! He has to work 48 hours straight. We were his 5th job of the day. Although we had to wait for a minuet but he is definitely worth the wait! Highly recommended !
