Long story short, I was not charged for the visit, because I accidentally fixed the issue over the weekend, but still wasnt sure. I took a couple days to think about it and sure enough a day after I accepted the estimate Gerardo was there on time to put in the water softener. I was seeking a move-in cleaning service, and Sunflower Plumbing kindly offered their assistance. Rosa was assigned to assess my house, and she presented me with two excellent cleaning packages. After selecting a package, Rosa was promptly scheduled to clean my new home the following day. She did an exceptional job cleaning the four-bedroom house, and I am highly impressed with her work. I highly reccomend Sunflower Plumbing LLC. After 3 plumbers 150 pounds of salt added to my water softner unit to watch it run into the yard I called Sunflower Plumbing. They sent their their technician Issac who became determined to find the problem. He did it was a leak that created the overflow. To fix it the company who makes the unit would have to mail the part and I would be without soft water for at least 5 days. Aso I would have to pay for the part and shipping.... more money . At that point we decided time to replace it! Issac had put about 4 hours into trying to repair it. I never expected to hear him say that he was willing to extend his day for us.However he said I can come back after I finisbrand new installed water softening unit! Thank you Issac for taking such great care of us. If you dont want to call several plumbers to do one job and want the job done right then I highly reccomend you call Sunflower Plumbing.

So even though the news was not good. He was friendly and apologized for having to give me the news and that it wasnt an easy fix. I definitely recommend this company.
