My water heater began leaking at the base over the weekend. I called Milo Plumbing early in the morning. The phone rep was very patient and understanding. He explained what the recommended process to handle this will be. The Milo plumber Josh knocked on my door within an hour.After assessment of the issue with the heater he presented me few options and addressed my questions of concern as well as curiosity. Long story short, Josh was able to leverage still active warranty on my broken water heater (it lasted 4 out of 6 years). He has then removed the broken heater, hauled it away and brought the warranty replacement with needed parts and more. The replacement heater has been professionally strapped and placed on a heavy duty drain pan with drain pipe. The previous/original installer did not bother with the pan and the straps could not be more than decorative considering how flimsy they were and how badly installed in the drywall instead of studs...This was rare experience considering how fast and well I was taken care of. Price was also very fair. I without doubt recommend Milos plumbing if you are looking for solid work and customer service.

Milos plumbing is Awesome and I really appreciate their quick response and professionalism. My moms bathtub hot water handle broke and was spraying water all over the place. I got the main water turned down but unfortunately not able to shut it off completely. I called in the late afternoon and was able to get someone to show up today. Two very nice men showed up, Josh and Alfonso and immediately got the water shut off and were able to cap both water valves. They were courteous, fast, and professional and we really appreciate them fixing this today so we didnt have to spend a other day wasting water. The $45 service call was applied to the work and the total was $155.00. Thank you Josh and Alfonso you both are great representatives for your company.

Honest workmanship, very knowledgeable, very professional, kind and honest and has patience. I would recommend that you reach out to them first. My water heater needed to be replaced out of nowhere. Their response to our call was fast, 20 minutes tops. They had a water heater in stock and ready to install without hassle, or bad advice.As a customer I was provided options with the services he could provided and I was able to make the best decision without any indecisiveness. Our water heater broke unexpectedly and after calling many different places that told us we would have to wait days for installation, we were disappointed. Called Milos plumbing and they were here to install a new water heater within a couple hours and the price was more than affordable! Cannot thank them enough for the quick and great service they provided!

I tried to replace a faucet in the laundry room, but couldn’t stop the pipe joint inside the wall from leaking when I finished. I was concerned the wall would need to be opened up to fix the issue, a major repair job. I called Area Plumbing, but they said I’d have to wait 2-1/2 weeks and $89 service call fee, or if I wanted sooner service I would need to pay a priority charge of $238 and get someone out within a day or two. I called Professional Home Doctor and they said they could come no sooner than 3-days out. I called Milo’s and they had someone there within 3-hrs. The technician fixed what I thought was an impossible repair without having to cut a big hole in the wall. Minimal service charge and job done within 90-minutes! Polite and courteous office personnel and the technician was also very accommodating and a good communicator.CALL MILO’S PLUMBING FIRST.

Had to have my whole house replumbed and new faucets as well as a main shut off valve. The techs from estimate to completion of job were so respectful and knowledgeable. They did a spectacular job and worked their behinds off straight thru for 14 hours to make sure I had water before they left. The price was more than fair!! If I ever need plumbing done again, Milos is who Im going to call!!!

I had 2 units with clogged main a nd clean outs. Mills came out cleaned all lines and stayed late to fix the clean out on the 2nd unit. Milo was there personally! Milo and afreddy stayed late to finish the job! They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone

Called Milos, phone answered promptly by friendly girl. She called back in 15 min and the tech Miguel was here 10 min. later! Confirmed our leak, he worked hard and dug up water shut off area, replaced a valve and pipes, and was done very quickly. All this for a fair price! Do yourself a favor and use Milos, we tried the other big plumber in the area once before for a total PEX re-pipe quote. They were at 12K dollars! Got it done for 2400 elsewhere.

I needed to have my leaking washing machine valves replaced. Abraham, from Milo’s Plumbing came out and did an awesome job. Then I discovered the home shut off valve was leaking. He couldn’t replace it because we needed the property water supply shut off but there didn’t appear to be a shutoff valve anywhere. I tried to call Foothills Utilities but they didn’t answer the phone. The following week I scheduled with Milo’s Plumbing to add a property shut off valve. I called Fortuna Utilities to shut off their side. They tried but the valve broke. Eventually he did get it shut off. In the mean time, Josh from Milo’s Plumbing was digging around to find the supply line on my side of the meter. He discovered an existing buried shut off valve that was rotted. The existing box that was covering the valve was buried and full of dirt. Josh replaced the valve and raised it and the box above ground level so it is no longer buried and is now easily accessible. Fortuna Utilities replaced their valve at the same time. Josh also replaced the other leaking valve that I discovered earlier. That was a lot of digging to search for that line but Josh worked hard and found it. Both Abraham and Josh were completely focused on their work until they were done. I am very happy with the results. Also, Milo’s Plumbing gives a 5% discount to Veterans which I used. I will definitely be using them in the future for other work that I need to have done.
