    Jon was excellent! I could hardly believe he came over on a Sunday. He completed a kitchen sink faucet replacement and a tub faucet replacement. They were both leaking/dripping and it was causing me a lot of stress. Jon is an expert though and he knew exactly what to do and did it without any complaint. He was very nice and accommodating. It was truly a pleasure having him in my home! He took very good care of my plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him.

    Had a backed up kitchen sink, Tony was excellent at explaining everything, found a leak I didn’t know I had & explained why & also suggested ways to prevent it in the future, very friendly and helpful, gave me pointers about my water heater and even helped with a lightbulb I needed put up. The job was done in timely manner and the clean up was better than before he came in. 100% recommend!

    Highly recommend. Called them when my dogs ate a water main in my backyard and flooded the yard. Sebastian was super helpful, quick, efficient, and got me to stop panicking. 🤣👌 10/10 would call again.Had to call them again when some cast iron pipes in my 60 year old house fell apart and flooded my bathroom. They again got me fixed up within a day, worked with me on payment, and were pleasant, efficient, and professional. Cant recommend them more.

    Trevor did a great job. A previous plumber said the would have to take up the bathroom floor to unclog the toilet. Trevor used a camera found the clog 30 feet down stream and fixed it all in the same day .

    We had two of our showers backing up & called Rotor Roter & Tony came out right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Tony figured out what the issue was & he scoped the pipes, flow checked & ran the camera through all the pipes all the way out to the county connection. Also, he made several phone calls to figure out the correct settings for a high tech toilet that was in the house we just purchased. We appreciate his quick response & his professional demeanor.

    Sebastian promptly arrived and was very friendly and didn’t try to upsell — he managed to fix the problem by attacking the cleanout after trying the shower and appraising the laundry drain. He left everything spotless and respected space especially asking beforehand. This is the best service experience I have experienced in Yuma ever. I highly recommend Sebastian and I would entrust him in the future.

Raul and his coworker were able to come the same day to give me an estimate and were in constant communication when they were running late due to prior call and when they were on their way. They answered all my concerns and walked me through everything. They fixed the issue within the hour! I will definitely be calling them again if I have any more issues. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

    Exceptional service from start to finish! Our water heater was out of service for a week, Tony with Roto-Rooter came to the rescue.
