UPDATE: Still a a big fan of Area Plumbings work. The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit in our garage developed a leak. I couldnt get anyone out right away due to the inrush of emergencies from arriving snow birds so I ended up fixing the leak myself. However, I knew from my work that it was time to replace the whole unit. It was apparent that it was installed when the house was built making it almost twenty years old and the isolation valves and seals associated with the unit all needed to be replaced. So, I opted to have Area Plumbing upgrade the whole system. Couldnt be happier. Every issue I had with the old system is now gone.Original Post: We suspected that we had a leaking seal and started to fix it ourselves but we then determined that are shutoff valve was broken and that the flange may be broken. We got the sense that this wasnt going to be a quick fix for us, so we called the pros. Boy were we right. We decided on Area Plumbing since they had way way more positive reviews than any other company I could find and werent disappointed. The whole experience was very professional from beginning to end. They explained what the charges would be up front before starting any work. They dont pressure you into buying anything you dont need. They just present you with the options and let you decide. The team that came out to see us even looked at our other plumbing and let us know what was good, what wasnt and gave us good advice on how to make it last as long as possible. As with any good plumber, they arent cheap and dont use cheap materials. Everything this company carries is better than you are going to find in a box store. I would highly recommend this company and their team of experts to anyone.

Logan & Preston were complete professionals repairing our bathroom. We had an extremely foul ordor coming from the sink. They replaced all drainage pipes and p-trap which eliminated the foul odor. They replaced the tub faucet steel water pipe which had been leaking rust whenever we started every shower. They also cut off a 10 uncovered outside cleanout pipe getting rid of a trip hazard and installed a screw-on cover to prevent unwanted varments. We sincerely appreciate your thoroughness to repair all of our concerns. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they included a friendly and courteous manner which was most appreciated.

Absolutely awesome service! My plumber, Preston G., was a few minutes early which was a pleasant surprise! He called beforehand, and was extremely professional and polite at all times. Gave me the honest run down and didnt try to sell me unnecessary things. Did an extremely professional, clean job and demonstrated skill/knowledge I would never have figured out otherwise. Even caulked my toilet and installed my new toilet seat for FREE as a courtesy, which I would have had to do on my own otherwise (saved me time!) Preston really saved the day for me because I had no water running and the job was very technical to fix. Oh, and the telephone operators were top notch too! Excellent customer service. I cant think of a single thing negative. If you need a plumber, GET THESE PEOPLE! And ask for Preston G. Hes a shining example of the plumbing profession!

I really appreciated the receptionist calling to let us know that he was on his way. I also appreciated that the company sends out a text with a picture of the particular person that is coming. I think that is a great safety feature and it feels like companies are looking out for their clients. Showed up early with request to do so and my approval. I only had 1 of 4 things worked on as each repairs which I used to could do myself were anywhere from 300 to nearly 1,000 dollars each. These folks are very professional and respectful, and even thoughtful, but the prices are killer. For a $300 Osmosis filtration system I bought to have them install it is over $800 for just installation! Im sorry, I am willing to pay fair prices for good work, but this was more than I am willing to extend myself.

We had he had an issue on Labor Day and area plumbing came out at 10 o’clock at night. They were very thorough in explaining the issue, very knowledgeable and genuinely cared. They worked hard until the job was done. I’m very grateful for them. If I ever have an issue again, hopefully not, I would call Area Plumbing! Highly recommended!!!

First let me say what great customer service!! I was out of town and the wife was home with the kids and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. I first tried to go through my home warranty but of course they provide you with the cheapest company and was not available till the following day in the afternoon. I said forget this cheap company and called Area Plumbing and explained the issue.Area Plumbing was able to put me on the schedule the same day and was at my house in just a couple hours. The technician provided me reasoning for what happened, and then different solutions of what he could do to fix it. I ultimately decided to completely replace my garbage disposal and they had all the parts on hand which also came with a five year warranty! The technician took his time to make sure everything was right and worked properly before leaving.The technician also asked if there was anything else in the house he wanted us to have looked at while he was there. Most companies come and fix the issue you’re mentioning and don’t even ask about any other issues they could look at prior to leaving.Lastly, if you’re looking for an affordable plumber who does great work and stands behind their products, you won’t be disappointed with Area Plumbing! Don’t bother shopping around and just give them a call!

Friendly, Showed upon time. Did a great job explaining what happened . Had the parts on the truck. My water heater was under warranty when it failed. Area Plumbing came the same day I called. Was not able to fix the problem, Area Plumbing installed a new water heater at no cost. Preston is excellent at his job, could not ask for better!

The reason my review is late, is I was not able to reach your review page on google. Preston did all he could to find the intermittent problem with my toilets. He was easy to chat with and explained in detail how he was trying to find the problem. Intermittent anything is hard to define. His visit started early evening and after he Idid a lot of testing, it was dark and close to 8. He never rushed or never felt him anxious to leave.One more thing, I’d like to have the water level raised in the two hall bathrooms . The main toilet was raised after being repaired. Last visit. It pleases me to leave this positive review for Preston.

Ive had a lot of issues with my older home and its cast iron pipes. It got to be so bad that it was unlivable. After this experience I will only call Area Plumbing. All of the technicians were friendly, personable, professional, clean, and knowledgeable. They came and had my system running quickly. I had a follow up problem soon after and they came after a long day to resolve this issue under their warranty. Best of all, they left it clean and tidy.I highly recommend this company. Their communication is spot on, their personnel is top notch, and they get the job done.

Area Plumbing called me first thing in the morning responding to the message I left the night before about my toilets not flushing.They got me scheduled for early afternoon.Joe was the one who showed up and he worked hard taking his time to make sure he would find the best possible solution for the issue I was having. Joe went above and beyond and fixed the clogged drain. Joe cleaned up the areas he was working in as if he was never there. I definitely would call Area Plumbing again if I ever have another problem and will recommend them to others.I am very pleased with their work and glad I contacted them.
