Approximately 10 days ago, there was a slight leak with a PVC connection on my pool fill waterline located on the side of my house. I scheduled an appointment with Above All Plumbing who sent out a technician, Les. When Les arrived, he was courteous, friendly and reassuring of my concern. He evaluated the situation, informed me that he would run back to the shop to pick up some additional supplies, and return shortly and resolve the problem. Less reconfigured the exposed PVC piping and replaced it with copper tubing. This exceeded my expectation, and assured me this would be a long lasting result for years to come. In the event that I would need to utilize a plumbing service again, I would most definitely recommend and go to Above All Plumbing! I frequently evaluate reviews when picking a service, and I recommend this company as well.

Les came out to do a service on my water softener and RO systems. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative about what he was doing and why. He completed both items, cleaned up after himself, And even returned everything under the sink to its original position. Unbeknownst to me, the next day, we would experience a water outage in the foothills. I mistakenly assumed that my lack of water pressure had something to do with les work the day before. He came back out that afternoon and checked everything out, and within about 10 minutes surmised that there was a water outage. Sure enough, just as he was saying that, I got an email from the water company stating exactly that. In other words, it wasnt his fault, but he sure did show up to take a look at it in a timely fashion. I will definitely use above all plumbing in the future, and hope that they send Les, or someone he personally trained, out for future calls. Great job.

One think is for sure, this company will bend over backwards to live up to their name, ABOVE ALL PLUMBING. In the last 25 years, at this location in Yuma East, I have had to deal with several plumbing issues of drain blockage to the septic tank. The bandage repairs applied by companies I dealt with would last about a year. I contacted ALP and they sent out Less to look at my problem. He was a god sent. Les is the most contentious, hard working, likable plumber, person, you could ever meet. Opening my drain was only a small part of what he did. He uncovered the tank, exposed a problem with the drain connection to the tank, recommended a pump out, opened the D box and cleaned the leach lines, made a much needed detailed drawing with dimensions of the complete system. Needless to say, I would strongly recommend Above All Plumbing and LESS when needed

He came to our house fixed a clogged tub and noticed that the hot water on the shower knob was backwards and fixed because my special needs brother in law had trouble with it. Russ was a lifesaver. I needed to fix some items from a home inspection for my home in Yuma but I live in Virginia. We were closing in a few days so it was urgent. I placed call after call to plumbers in Yuma and they either did not call be back, refused the job or asked me for $100-$500 just to go check out the problem. Russ called me, did not ask for any money to go check out the issues, gave me a reasonable quote and explained what he would do to take care of the issues. He also met my closing deadline!! Even though I no longer live in Yuma I still have friends there and I will be telling all of them about Above All plumbing. My realtor was impressed as well and plans to tell her clients. Thank you again. This is how you build a great business. I called more than 10 plumber companies before I got to Russ. If you are reading reviews in order to find a good plumber, you have now found one!!!

Wow! Really wow. Moises showed up and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He figured out that some work that I thought was necessary wasnt, so he saved me a lot of money. He had all the necessary new parts and tools with him. He quickly and professionally did the work. He took before and after photos. He honored the White Sheet coupon I had. Perfect.When he pointed out the scope of work I momentarily regretted calling Above All since I realized that I could have done it. But watching how well he did the work I am glad he did it. I’ve got a ton of things to do today, but writing this review just rose to the top. Because of them, I had to take a minute and let you know what a great job they did. I am a widow, and sometimes things can frustrate me. (Like having a water leak under my place and not even knowing how to take the skirting off.) When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the men put my heart at peace that it was okay, they had it. They fixed the leak, put the skirting back and brought me the piece of RO tubing they replaced along with pictures to show me. All done in a half hour!!!! I called this company due to good reviews and the next day the tech came out and assessed my alkaline water filtration system and told me that he advised me not to change my filters and went on to explain why I shouldn’t and also went the extra mile in explaining how I could save money. The conversation went on for several minutes and the tech named Ed was super friendly, professional and most of all very honest. I would recommend this company because Ed is a straight up tech who told me like it should be!

We had a washer/dryer combination delivered this morning. The dryer is to run on liquid propane. Upon delivery, we were informed that the dryer would not be installed and we needed a plumber to do the installation. We just relocated to the Yuma area and weren’t sure who to call. A mix up with Home Advisor first reference was for an electrician who recommended this plumber. We called and were told a plumber could come out as early as today. I thought for sure I’d have to wait days since a dryer installation isn’t exactly an emergency. Unless your the person waiting to wash clothes. Our plumber Ian was efficient, friendly and very professional. I know who I’m calling next time I need a plumber.

This is the second time Ive had All Above Plumbing work on my house in Yuma. The house has been a bit neglected so Im taking care of things a little at a time. Last year I had the plumbing under the sink redone & a new kitchen faucet installed. This year they helped me with drain issues & discovered a couple leaks under the house. We were redoing our second bathroom from the studs out and Above All Plumbing worked with us as we accomplished tasks one at a time. When I called them to come out for the next phase they came in a timely manner and showed up at the appointed time. All work was professionally accomplished. There was one problem with a new drain not working correctly and they came out right away and discovered it was a problem from the manufacture of the part. I ordered a replacement part and it arrived two days latter and I called Above All Plumbing and they set a time to come out the following business day. They installed the part with no charge for the return visit. Very pleased with ABOVE ALL PLUMBING!

Whats nice about Above All Plumbing is their prompt service. Every time we have called they responded quickly. Our calls were non-emergency so I imagine they have a great response time for emergency plumbing issues. Another plus about them is their guys always leave a clean job. Pipe dope, glue, the very sticky toilet goop, rusty decayed pipes, and sewage make plumbing a messy job. So when there isnt any mess left behind, then you know they took that extra step.

These people are amazing at what they do. We have always used another company, Westar. 3 weeks after I paid Westar $80 to come out and order parts for my toilet (They never could give me a date of arrival or price for the parts), I called Above All Plumbing. They came the next day and replaced my entire toilet for $80! I purchased the toilet on my own, but they do provide toilets if you wish. Also we had a leak in our kitchen sink. I called and they came about an hour later and fixed the problem. Moses was the plumber we had on both visits and he is such a fast and friendly worker. I cant say enough good things about him. Also, they give you a 10% discount on subsequent calls after your first for repeat customers. We will always use Above All Plumbing.

I called several different Plumbing CompaniesI found on Google and either I couldnt get an answer or they couldnt come out tell almost a week later. I called Above All Plumbing LLC und they were able to come right out the next morning, I was so elated. Ed was so professional and courteous he let me know right up front what the estimate was ,what he was able to do fur me in the mean time at least get me water. And schedule a time of return fur convience und cost. I had my water heater flood und had to turn the main water off manually. So it wasnt a great situation. Above All Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy that I called them to fix my leaking hot water heater. Ed was on time and quickly assessed the issue. Ed went even further and contacted the manufacturer and found out the original owners did not register the hot water heater. He got it registered and saved me a lot of money as it was covered under warranty. It is really great these days when you run across a fair and honest company that looks after the customer. We had above all plumbing come out to our home after we started have issues with a bathroom toilet not flushing. The guys from above all plumbing came out, removed the toilet and found roots coming up from around the pipe . They cleared out the giant hair roots, removed some dirt from between the foundation and the pipe, then filed the gap with salt to prevent further root growth. They sealed everything back up and we’ve had not problems since ! The technicians arrived on time, were professional and did a great job ! I’d recommend above all to anyone needing plumbing work or repairs.

Our toilet was leaking, so we googled plumbers and came up with Above All Plumbing. Eli showed up early. He ran into difficulties with old pipe and rusted out bolts. He solved the problem, reinstalled bolts using quick drying concrete and put in adapter to seal the hole. He did it all in a reasonable length of time and the charge was reasonable. I definitely like this company.
