John with All Affordable did such a great job the day after Thanksgiving to disconnect and install a new water heater for us! He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable! Then last night out C02 alarm went off in the garage and John came by to double check there was no gas leaks due to new installed water heater. There was no leaks and we just need a new CO2/fire alarm. Thank you so much John! You have our business here on out!! Call him, you wont be disappointed. FYI: gave us a discount for being Military and teacher too!

Giving All Affordable 5 stars for a job well done. John and Mike were on site repairing our broken drain pipe. On Friday the sub Contractor for Allo, Foremost Splicing went through our sewer line during their installation of lines for Fiber optics. After talking to Trey Mire project Manager for Foremost Splicing they have agreed to pay for the repairs. So after a rocky start, our lines have been repaired. Thank you, John and Mike we appreciate your professional presence. Be sure to Note the picture of the owner (red shirt) in the dirt ensuring that the job was complete. Thank you All Affordable!

Today I was called by some of our employees letting us know that the restrooms at our gym had been overflowing. I immediately called John and his crew and they did not hesitate to show up. Within minutes, his guys arrived and cleared out the main sewage line and it took no more than half hour to get it done. They even cleaned up and left no mess behind! Thank you guys for being so efficient. 100% recommend!

We have been having problems with our air conditioning for the two years that we had our trailer. Jose came and looked at our unit, and John fixed it. Also, the ducts were cleaned! The worked despite the air conditioning being out, and worked fast and professionally. John, who repaired our unit, made our unit run stronger and colder than it ever has been. The receptionist is also amazing! She is super sweet and really ties the whole process together nicely! I called All Affordable Plumbing on a Saturday morning at 9am and John Close, the owner personally came to my home! My hot water had gone out and I could not figure out the problem. John checked everything and contacted D&H Electric and they also came right out! Between the 2, I had hot water in one hour!!! I would recommend All Affordable to anyone who needs an awesome plumber! This was handled so fast and professionally I was shocked!!!They will have my business forever, they earned it!

Honestly, Im beyond pleased with the service john provided, to make the story short, our main line for the water got clogged and water kept coming out the drain hole where the washer and dryer are located, he basically right off the bat knew what the problem was over the phone, gave me and estimate and how long it normally takes to complete the job ( something that other companies didnt do ) came over, was extremely professional and extremely kind. Finished the job in his quoted time. First time doing business with John and it wont be the last one. Great local company!

A pipe under our sink sprung a leak. It was late in the day, but without the repair, we couldnt do dishes or other basic tasks that require the kitchen sink. Daniel came the day we called. He used a plumbers tape to temporarily solve the problem. He returned the next day to do a proper repair job. Also, I had started to change our RO system filters and encountered problems that I couldnt solve. Daniel solved the problems and finished the job. He then explained to us how often the different filters need to be changed. His final words were, ”call me if you have any problems.

Just had a very positive experience with All Affordable plumbing! Mike is very courteous and professional! He explains the work and cost estimate up front. Mike and his assistant cleared out the roots blocking my pipes. Ive asked them back to do a more permanent root treatment to coat the pipes. Im looking forward to clearing up this pesky root issue on a more permanent basis. Couldnt be happier with the service Ive received.

Jessie came to our home to resolve a smell that other plumbers couldnt find. He took care of the problem. Was very professional and did a great job. He cleaned out the P-trap and was very informative about going to the next level. We were so impressed that he will now be maintaining our central air unit instead of the company who put it in. Highly recommend him. Its obvious he loves his work.
