Our home burned to the ground in 2021 during the pandemic and while supply chains and construction were disrupted along with crazy material pricing. We had 1 year to get our home rebuilt on site and Mint was the only contractor we felt comfortable to award the project in hopes of meeting budget and deadline. The project manager worked closely with us and our Insurance company to solve many problems throughout the project as they arose and got the job done, on budget and in a year to the day. They also did upgrades for us along the way at a reasonable price. We love our new home. Thank you Steve and the whole gang at Mint restoration.

I had a water heater fail. While was away tending to my wife. I selected Mint Restoration to mitigate the mold issue and to restore my home back to usable condition. They did an excellent job. I was called away due to my wife’s health issue but they continued to work and coordinated with my realtor.I had a second leak under the house, they checked it, my agent coordinated with a plumber and Mint Restoration dried the place out in a timely fashion.

I hired Mint Restoration to restore my fathers master bathroom before we sold the home. They replaced approximately 25% of the subfloor, rebuilt the vanity and put down new flooring in the bathroom. They also renovated and rebuilt the hot water heater alcove.The team did excellent work and the team leaders, workers and office staff were completely professional in every contact. They are very efficient, they show-up on time and keep you informed of the project progress and provide high quality workmanship! I would highly recommend Mint Restoration.

I had my mothers flooring replaced by the awesome gentlemen at Mint and from start to finish we had an amazing experience. The guys got it done faster than anticipated, workmanship and cleanliness was awesome, and the staff was extremely helpful when assisting in flooring selections. When my dad had a garage fire Mint was quick to come out for a bid. Working through the process our insurance company has been anything but responsive or timely but Mint has been very helpful in also trying to reach out to them to get things going. We had a counter made for the front desk of our salon. Mint had a few guys out right away and they were able to get the job finished within a few days. They were professional, went above and beyond and helped us install our new back cabinets and even made sure they cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend!!!

My house in Yuma got flooded when a water line to the ice maker popped. I was in Show Low at the time but my daughter found the disaster and called Mint Restoration and they showed up immediately and began to fix the problem. They did a fantastic job and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I would recommend them if you have a similar situation.

Mint Restoration did a great job restoring a wall in our 125 year-old brick and adobe home after storm damage. The same storm damaged a section of our roof and they did an astounding job restoring and updating our roof even to the extent that they followed our wishes to keep the original vigas used for roof joists instead of having to have new construction trusses installed.

Great company! Was in Arizona visiting my grandmother, who is going blind, and found that she had a major mold problem in her basement that she was unaware of. She had been sick for months and know we knew why! I did a Google search to find a mold removal company and found Mint Restoration. Chris was a God send miracle! They were at the house in well under an hour and knew more about mold than I care to ever learn. They worked fast and efficiently and were very kind and respectful to my grandmother. I thought that it was going to cost an outrageous amount being an emergency and all. I could not believe the final bill and how low it was. At first, I thought the bill I had been handed was just the 1st payment and that they had broken up the bill into a payment plan. I was then informed that no, this was the entire bill! Im still in shock! Thank you guys so incredibly much! I will call you guys for every service you offer and my grandmother has you guys as preset number 5! You all rock!
