We called 5 Star to help with an issue with our RV refrigerator and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. After diagnosing the issue it turned out that they didn’t have the part so we ordered it and they put us on the schedule for a couple of days later. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend them!

It seems when we come to Yuma we have a need to have repairs done on our RV. Our RV is a Fleetwood Bounder made in 2003. Our levelling system was not working and our circulating motor had burnt out. Of course these components had no replacements Because of the age of our rig.We called in Five Star with Marc he looked at the situation and started work. His hard work along with his partner took time and effort. Not many people could have accomplished the success he had in repairing our system with the patience and discipline and knowledge of RV SYSTEMS he showed. He dealt with vendors with patience and lack of frustration. He got the best possible pricing on parts.I would recommend FIVE STAR for any rv repairs no matter how difficult. They will give you an efficient and satisfactory result.

Christine and Mark are wonderful to work with. They are very experienced and professional. Their truck is well equipped and very well organized.We had an issue with our toilet. When we struggled to find a replacement they shared local stores to work with and we found exactly what we wanted. I emailed that we had the toilet and an hour later had a response that they had a cancellation and would be able to be at our rv early the next morning. Christine removed the old toilet and installed the new. From arrival to job done was 30 minutes, done right the first time with zero leaks and a clean bathroom. Based on their teamwork, the organized truck and their stories of other jobs, I would not hesitate to use them and recommend them for any rv issues.

I have a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. These vans have a horribly designed roof A/C that frequently leaks water through the gasket between the roof and the A/C unit. It is a very poor design! Five Star came to my home and performed a fix that I had found on YouTube. It was a bit unconventional, but they did a great job. A few weeks later, there was still just a tiny leak. Also, there was a new sound whenever we travelled at highway speeds. Five Star came back and found that the A/C shroud had cracked from the heat. They were able to repair it and did not charge me for another visit! Great customer support and service! I would use them again without thought.

Have you ever been on the road with your RV during a busy season and have your loaded refrigerator go out on you? That’s just what happened to us. After calling a few recommended Mobile RV repair outlets and finding them booked for several weeks we were getting desperate. Then I came across the husband and wife team of Five Star Mobile Repairs. This knowledgeable team agreed to work us in that afternoon and met us at our space in our RV spot to diagnose our problem. They not only diagnosed the problem but provided a temporary work around to keep our fridge going so we wouldn’t lose food while a bad control board was ordered for replacement. They also checked with us several times to make sure all was well during the wait. They moved Heaven and Earth to get us repaired. Happy to report within a few days we are now 100% with pricing and labor extremely fair. Thanks very much for relieving our stress and allowing our vacation to continue. Highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased and impressed with the service Five Star provided. My furnace didnt work on my 1999 Jamboree. Furnaces are complex systems but I suspected the problem was the (analogue) thermostat. Five Star not only confirmed that but actually had a replacement on their truck. Christine and Mark came out and diagnosed and promptly fixed the propane hot water board, installed a new shower knob, and put in new toilet seals. After it continued to leak they again came out twice more for follow through. We really believe they went above and beyond to fix our problems and appreciated their determination to make it all right. Google needs to add a six-star rating for businesses like Five Star Mobile RV Repair in Yuma, AZ. Mark and Christine met us at the RV park and repaired our chassis A/C, a leak in our refrigerator, checked a leaky faucet and our water filter and repaired our automated windshield roller shade. Not only was their price very, very reasonable, but they were prompt, courteous and interesting to talk with. We have used various mobile RV repair services in our travels from Arizona to Maine, to Florida, to California, to Colorado and Missouri. Our experiences with mobile services have been disappointing and expensive. Working with this knowledgeable couple was such a pleasant surprise.
