    Called Pro rooter to schedule a drain clean out on Monday, was hoping to get it early that day but they were booked but said they could work me in sooner than Wednesday if I was available. Couple hours later they text and showed up and took care of business quickly and efficiently! They also gave me some much needed tips on ways to keep things working perfectly!     Jake came out within a couple of hours of me calling. We had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed since we bought our home. He was very helpful and addressed everything i asked and explained the things i didnt know about. We ended up needing a new hot water heater and he came back next day and got everything installed and working within a couple hours. Highly recommend for anything plumbing related! They really do go above and beyond! Extremely nice and informed!

    Great communication from the employees at Pro-Rooter. We had a strange problem with our shower so they came out and looked at it and after inspection they let us know they personally would recommend someone more specialized in shower repairs to help us versus them because of the severity of the problem. We appreciated the help and the honesty in them helping us solve our problem! We will use them again in the future.

    Jake was the best! This company was the best. Jake came out and fixed my problem in 2 seconds! He didn’t overcharge for anything and actually ended up only charging for coming out. This company is definitely about helping the customer rather than thinking more business. Thanks guys!

    Loved these guys! Probably the worst set up for a water heater replacement and I felt so bad but Jared and Clayton did a fantastic job! Appreciate them letting me sleep a bit because i work nights, these guys are amazing and will definitely contact them for anything plumbing related next time (no water heaters hopefully!!)

    OUTSTANDING! This started out as an after hours call. We had tried three other businesses and received voice mails. This was the only business that had an actual human being answering the phone. It was the owner and he stated he would be out in thirty minutes (including drive time). Unfortunately, we had root bound lines. An accurate estimate was given and an arrival time was given to start work. Every aspect of the work was recorded, photographed, and shown directly to us as it was being done. The work was done professionally with expertise and precision. We were treated with respect, kindness, and courteously the entire time. We hope not to have any more issues, but should we the first and only call will be made here. Our yard and fence were put back together better than before. Thank you. 10/10

    They responded at night in a holiday to let me know they could get to me the next day. They were super nice and knowledgeable. We had moved into a house and had a couple of back up issues that flooded floor. They found the problem and gave us an estimate for the repair. Also made shower pressure better in our shower. Highly recommend 👍 We will use them for the repair.

    Called Angus at Pro-Rooter at 10 am this morning for a clogged sewer pipe from the house to the street. Jared came out within an hour and got it unclogged quickly. Great prompt, affordable, and polite service. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks for saving the day!

    I came across pro rooter by referral. A friend had just used their services and had really good results. We have an older home, naturally we have old plumbing. We had two other companies out whose names I will not mention. They could not get our drain unclogged. They worked on it for hours and actually ended up leaving. They told us they couldn’t get it. We called Pro Rooter out and hopes that he could figure something out, keep in mind. We’ve already paid two people service. Call fees with no positive results. The technic was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He snaked our drains and said he felt something called “pulp stoppage”. I had no idea what the hell he was talking about, but he ended up making an adjustment on his drain snake and clearing our drains out first try. we have used Pro Rooter a couple times cents for little things and have never had anything but good results. I highly recommend Pro Rooter, everybody at their company seems to know what they’re doing.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Angus. Before we had called him we had hired another plumber to take care of our sewer line clog and they charged me $375 for them to do NOTHING. Angus did it in 30 minutes and only charged $150! He is very different from other plumbers , he actually cares about his customers. I Would definitely recommend :))

Angus showed up right on time (even though it was evening before July 4th and most of the other places I called did not have anyone working that night), was thoroughly professional, and took care of the issue promptly.     Nate was great. We thought we had a slab leak so he came out to do a detection and was very helpful. Shared a few tips along the way.     I discovered a leak that was coming from inside the wall. Of course it was a saturday morning so you figure its going to be hours before anyone could get to us and its going to cost a fortune just to get someone out to look at it. It was also the day big storms were coming. This guy shows up quickly and promptly finds the leak and fixes it. He cut into the wall showed me exactly where the leak was and explained what had probably happened and fixed it. There was obviously damage to the studs in the wall and MOLD! He told me he knew a company that cleans mold and said he would call them if I wanted him to. I would absolutely recommend this plumbing company and will continue calling them whenever I have any issues! He was amazing and as nice as he could be!!👍🏻👍🏻

    I wish I could give more stars than 5! I would 100% recommend Pro-Rooter. We had the drain line to our washer backing up. We called and Angus was headed to his last call of the day but said he would stop by afterwards. He communicated when he was headed to our house and showed up on time. He worked diligently to unclog the drain. He was so personable and even checked back a few days later to make sure the washer was still draining properly. Great customer service! Will definitely use him again for any future problems.

    The Facts:I made the call to Pro-Rooter about 7:30 pm , Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend . Got a text at 7:45 that he was on his way. Received 3 more texts indicating his progress . He arrived when indicated and with in 45 minutes we wereback on the stool. This was no ordinary repair . Im a retired radar tech of 35 years and his tools of the trade were as state of the art as the radars I kept running . After troubleshooting the problem , he located a broken sewer line , in the dark and cold , in 10 minutes and my yard is 2.5 acres . .Will I hire him again .......... Heck , Id send a limousine to pick him up .Thanks Angus .

    While other businesses claim to be 24/7, they lived up to it. I had a major issue with my shower and had to turn off water to my house. These folks came through in the middle of the night. They went above and beyond. They even made about 50 calls to get someone to open the store to get the parts needed. Their hard work and dedication to fixing the problem so that my family could have water to do the things so many of us take granted like a flushing toilet, water to brush your teeth or shower…etc. When you are in a bind give this company a call.
