    They were prompt with showing up the same day we called. Our technician, Armando was very nice and respectful. He made sure that he cleaned up after he was done and we were aware of what he was doing. The owner of the company also called us personally to make sure we were happy with their services and if we needed anything else to let them know and they’d take care of it right away. This was our very first time using them and I can say 5 stars no doubt. We appreciate a job well done and can rest easier now with no more headaches.

    Of course it was almost 5:00 pm on a Friday when we had a plumbing issue. Our regular plumber couldn’t come until tomorrow, I should say our former plumber. 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR was out within the hour. The plumber that came out put covers on his shoes at our front door and quickly determined the issue. The charge was a typical charge for an after hours call and we’ll be using this company for some shower faucet installs in a couple of months. Thank you so much for your quick & friendly service!

    We had a slab leak (can’t even tell) and by far the best quote received in the metro! Jay has been out to the has twice to fix issues that were not found on our home inspection moving up from Fort Bliss. I will use this company and request Jay for all of our upcoming future projects.     Friendly, ready to help even on a holiday, were prompt and we had no issues. Would recommend and we would use them again. Hot water tank removal and replacement and pipe installation.

    Devonne was the absolute best! When we need assistance again we will definitely request him! He knows the true meaning of customer service - he was courteous, careful, respectful, and very knowledgeable! He was diligent in seeing the job through and didn’t give up and we appreciated that as we had guests staying with us which would have put us in a real bind had he not stayed with it. He tried everything possible and then actually had to remove the commode to cure the problem and by the grace of God he broke through with the last 5 inches (and I mean 5 inches) of snake that he had. He brought 7 snakes (rods) but honestly he needs at least 3 more of those to carry with him because I was afraid we weren’t going to get to the bottom of the problem. He was so careful going in and out of the house and didn’t hit the wall or door one time, put towels and cardboard down to be extra careful and you just don’t get that kind of service from many people now days! I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job he did but I hope you can make sure his boss receives a copy of this review because he has an exceptional employee, the kind that are few and far between. I hope he realizes what he has and pays him well!Happy in Stillwater!!!

    The first technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and ordered the needed part. We thought we would have to wait for days, but we were pleasantly surprised when a second technician came the very next day with the replacement part and repaired it.We would definitely recommend!

    At this point, I am satisfied with the service provided, but the Tech just left. Tyler (the Tech) was very professional and explained what he did and why and showed the problem to be fixed. Only time will tell if the problem has been resolved. My frustration is another man from this company showed up 2 days early without calling to evaluate the situation and noone was home. He seemed very agitated that noone was here.With 30 minutes left in the time window given for the scheduled appointment, I called to make sure they were coming and at first he said no, but after some questions and conversation, they were able to get a Tech out.

    Awesome experience with both guys. They came out to give me a free estimate, was very comparable with pricing and got me a good deal got it fixed within an hour. Later that evening I had a separate issue that I needed help with and I texted Tyler asking for advice and within 20 minutes him and another worker show up and fixed it right then and there.     Explained everything about visit to open my stopped up toilet. The company was very on spot with keeping me apprised of what home shield would cover on claim I needed a new toilet and they would not cover only the stoppage they had to get permission to fulfill the claim so I had to wait 4 days to get my claim done. This is no fault in the plumbing company to just un stop my toilet first and then get permission for the toilet stool.
