Five stars is not enough so I want to rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ six stars. Owens Septic is the type of company you envision in so far quality materials, quality service, quality installation and most importantly stand behind the work and products they provide.I had a small issue a few months after installation. So…. I called them around 7:30 PM figuring that I would leave a voice mail and they would call me during regular business hours.However, to my shock and dismay, the called with in 20 minutes of my voicemail and stated they would be out around 9. So I assumed they meant 9am the next day. Absolutely not. The showed up at 9pm and fixed my issues. WOW 🤩 what great services after the sale.

Hailey was prompt and polite with scheduling our service and the tech, Alan, that serviced my A/C frequently communicated what he was doing while working on my unit. He was nice and the service went well. A/C blew colder and I appreciate their work.

There is no a better company out there, very honest & professional company. We called at 5:20pm and spoke to Jody and she had someone out within 20 minutes, they showed up the next morning at 7:00am as promised and got the job done. This is the only company I will use from now on.

Of course! We had family in town and staying at our house and the toilets start to back up because our aerobic septic tank is full and not draining like it is supposed to-we weren’t even able to manually start the sprinklers to drain it. We needed something done ASAP. We called Owen’s and they were out within a couple of hours, inspected and diagnosed the problem right away. We were back on track without any distraction, worry, or need to change any plans that we had with family members We now use Owen’s Septic Service for our aerobic system needs and highly recommend Owen’s Septic Service to everyone!!
