    Champion plumbing is the best! Fast, reliable, and very reasonable with pricing. The entire customer service experience is always way more than you would expect. Tito Martinez came out and fixed up some washer box issues with corroded valves. He coordinated with the team at Champion to make sure we got just what we needed. Don’t mess around with the other guys, call Champion the next time something won’t go down the drain.

    Just had a clog in our kitchen sink cleaned out. Tech was very professional and properly explained all options so we could choose what would be best for us. He made sure the issue was completely cleaned out, and offered after care advice to clean up any remaining residue in the pipes. Champion has previously replaced our water heater and fixed some other issues in our house, and we are very glad to go with them. Theyre well worth the price!

    Gerry McElyea and his partner are true professionals. They accomplished clearing my drain blockage and provided me with a plan to better insure no subsequent blockage. Gerry’s partner was especially helpful in my understanding of how the blockages occurred and how I can best avoid contributing to the issues that caused this type of blockage.Tito Martinez and his partner followed the next day to insure my secondary drain line was cleared of all residual debris. Tito and his partner were also friendly professionals who made sure I understood the process.Champion has at least two teams of consummate professionals.

    I was referred to Champion Plumbing by a different plumbing company that thought I might be a great candidate for their re-lining of sewer pipe. Unfortunately I wasnt a candidate for the new technology and had to have my sewer pipe replaced. They were great to work with very responsive to making things right. They had to go into my neighbors yard to reach the main sewer line. My neighbors are new to the community, but commented that Champion team left their yard better than they found it, and ask for their name in case they ever needed a plumber.

    William was beyond great. He came to fix a warranty faucet and noticed the other that was installed needed to be replaced. He rechecked our pressure since they also installed that. He checked a few other items that we are going to have to fix and he found them before any major issues started. If all were as attentive, knowledge, caring and as curtious as him it would be great.

    I would like to thank all of the guys that came out and worked quickly and tirelessly in the cold and rain to fix my sewer lines and re-pipe most of my house! All of the guys that came out were extremely courteous, kind and explained everything that was going on every step of the way.     Mike was great! He was professional, took the time to walk me through the issues and associated costs, and did a thorough job of fixing the plumbing issue.     Amazing service! Jake—the plumber who helped me—was very kind and truly cared about helping me. First, he quickly fixed the busted pipe I called for. However, once Jake was done and getting ready to leave (and go home for the day) I ran out as I had an immediate emergency with water overflowing from my sink (unrelated to the pipe issue already fixed). Jake immediately helped stop the flood of water, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled to come back the next day to fix the issue. Jake also helped me get an appointment with a flood restoration company. Cannot thank Jake enough for helping me through two plumbing emergencies!

    Great company! Woodrow did a terrific job, he explained everything really well and worked quickly. He also did a walk thru to check everything else since I mentioned were about to sell the house and provided us with some prices for things we might need to fix.     Very professional. The tech took his time and went through everything to figure out what was causing our home to flood and leak water. He even went above and beyond to check the air conditioning unit and attic and let me knew a couple things wasnt hooked up right. The tech even took his time and explained everything to me and told me what he thought i should do about this matter or what he thought i shouldnt do.     I needed the main drain line scoped to determine if a break was contributing to a cracked foundation problem. Other plumbing services were quoting over $600 for a simple scope 16 feet into the main drain through the clean out. Champion techs Rile and Logan arrived ready to help in any way. They listened to my concerns, scoped the line quickly, explained their findings and we discussed the options. No consultation fee. No scope fee. Just an honest inspection and offer of help with some large, inevitable and pricey projects. Champion is officially my go-to provider on future projects involving anything plumbed or drained.     We had an urgent plumbing problem that required a plumber quickly. I called on a Sunday night and they had a plumber out first thing the next morning.     Phillip Seitz came out quick and diagnosed the issue with the leak from the water heater. He got the parts quickly and came back and fixed the issue. A little while after he left the water sensor went off again and there was water leaking from a different spot. So we called back and he returned after hours to ensure the work was done correctly. He even identified the issue which was not related to the initial problem.We are 100% happy with the service we received

    Adam and Jeff were here right on time for the given window of 11-1pm.I got an awesome message before hand telling me about the people who would be arriving along with a photo, honestly being a young female at home during the appointment having random men show up can be scary sometimes, so that made me feel really comfortable!Everything was explained before they started working, pricing was discussed with several options for my replacement.We expected the worst, but we ended up spending less money than we thought, and my issue was repaired in less than 45 minutes start to finish.Awesome job, 10/10- would recommend!

    The tech that was sent out was awesome as can be. I see tons of potential in him should he pursue it. I managed to break, flush our main water valve with a small tiny leak coming from where the valve was. Giving the age of the house I was mad that I broke it, even with the proper tools, at the same time, Im glad that it was replaced because it was needed.Props to my tech and I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

    Some of the best customer service I have ever had. The woman answering the phone was polite and helpful and then they sent out Woodrow, who I could not have been more pleased with. He was knowledgable, professional, and personable. The job was done efficiently and he walked me (a new homeowner) through everything he was doing and gave me a free home inspection afterwards. I would give 10 stars if I could. Can’t recommend Champion plumbing and specifically Woodrow enough!!

    We had to replace our whole sewer line to the main line and Champion came highly recommended. Anyone knows plumbing issues can be crazy expensive, but Champion quoted me a fair price, even when they had to be here all day from sun- up until dark.     We had two outdoor water spigots that needed replaced after that October winter storm. We have had a couple other plumbers come out and tell us they wouldnt do it because it required to get into our crawl space. However Will was great! I spoke to a very nice lady who understood my problem and concern about the cost for the service and she sent a technician named Kaylob to my home who assessed the problem and quoted me a fair price. In no time the problem was solved and my family was able to return to normal functioning.     The dude that came out to my house TWICE was very thorough. My water company sent me a $500 bill and said we most likely have a leak. The plumber checked for leaks and found nothing. We had him come back out to check our irrigation system and if it was putting out that much water. He took the time to see how much output of water there was in each zone of my irrigation system. He helped us gain leverage to fight the utility company over this bill.

    I’m going to be brutally honest.I called champion plumbing on Thursday they had a guy come out Friday to check my sewer lines to make sure they were not collapsed or broken, Victor came out to see what the problem was, (very pleasant young man) but he did not have a camera to scope my lines, he apologized and said he was close and finished up his previous job so he came over, my wife called me and told me that he could not do the job I needed so I called the office to complain because I was irritated that they did not send the right equipment out to do the job and I was in a time crunch as well, The lady in the office was super nice and apologize for the mixup, she sent another technician out to my house in about 20 minutes, Kalob and his partner, sorry I forgot your name, (2 very pleasant young men as well) they scoped lines under my house and out to the main and he said all looks good, and they were on their way, I was very pleased with the service I received even though there was a mixup in the office. The reason that I mention the mistake that was made because we all make mistakes, it’s how you handle your mistakes and addressed the problem and fixed it with a good attitude and an apology, that’s what makes a difference, I will use Champion Plumbing again and I will tell my family and friends to use them, Thank you Champion Plumbing.
