    Robert was amazing! He got my water heater working super fast! He was super professional and explained everything super was. And as far as plumbers go, the cost wasn’t terrible either. I definitely will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone!

    I cant recommend Frankie enough! Hard working, honest and an all around great guy.     We had a main line clog and they had Zeke come out to snake the line. Awesome guy, did a great job, explained everything he was doing, and was professional the whole time. Having him come run a camera down the drain tomorrow so we can fix the root problem we are having.

    I had a clogging issue coming from my house, where all of my water was being backed up. Couldn’t flush and my water wasn’t draining while trying to shower. Gave 1 Tom Plumber a call at 10:00pm where Zeke Contreras gave us a call and told us he was 20 mins away. Zeke gave outstanding service as soon as he came to door. He was very informative from explaining what the issue was and where I could check for future instances and what indications to look for. He located the issue and told me exactly what he was going to do. Even giving me further information if the issue reoccur what the next step would be and how much it would cost. He knew exactly what he was doing and was super cool and friendly. Would 100% give him a call for any of my plumbing services.

    Awesome service! Robert arrived less than an hour after I called for an after hours emergency repair when a pipe burst on my tankless water heater.     Frankie is an employee here and he was fantastic. He called us in advance to let us know he was coming, and got here before he said he would. This was a late night emergency, and he was friendly from the get go. He went through some trouble shooting and taught us what to look for in case something like this ever happened again at the same time. He was able to figure out what was going on with just a little information and he had everything he could need with him to fix our problem. He was up front with us and took a lot of time to explain exactly what the issue was. He never acted put out or rushed when one of us had questions. He was very friendly & he was able to clear it even though we had a different company try and fail earlier that same afternoon. He then scoped it & discovered our problem was tree roots had busted our tap off the city main. Him and Frankie then came and did the repair in a single day. I came home to burst pipes in the garage that connect the hot water tank to my home. They came within 2 hours of my call. They had to come back the following day to complete the pipe replacement. I appreciate how kind & informative they both were. My initial estimate went down once the work was completed! I highly recommend them.

    We had a small job that just went down hill fast. It ended up that our sewer line from our house to the main had to be replaced, a slab had to be jack hammered, a bathroom ripped up and flooring to be removed. This was also over Christmas and New Years. This is crazy expensive and I would not wish this problem upon anyone. With that said, I am so glad our neighbor recommend these guys. We got to know Jordan, Frankie and Zeke pretty well over the process. Every step we discussed the price and what was involved and thats what they charged. They did everything they could do to get the job done as fast as they could. They do quality work and I will absolutely recommend them for small or large jobs.

    It’s never fun when your main line gets backed up at 8 PM. So I called 1-Tom-Plumber and was able to have someone come out last night. Zeke was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, took a look around out back, and explained to us what he would need to do. He also told us how to fix it if the issue should happen again. We truly appreciated Zeke coming out last night in the rain to help us get everything running smoothly again. We definitely recommend 1-Tom-Plumber and if you need a great technician, Zeke is your guy! We will be requesting him from here on out for any future problems we may have.

    Im a stickler for good customer service and quality work. We needed a couple of fittings replaced and werent getting very hot water to our kitchen sink. Jordan came out and replaced the fittings and made some suggestions to get hot water to the sink, ultimately installing a small insta-hot tank under the sink. The quality of work done was top-notch, customer service from first call to final work done was second to none and super friendly, and the price was fair. We have found our plumber! Stop reading reviews and just call - you wont be sorry!!

    Frankie came out on Christmas Eve for the people of the complex, which was good emergency service, warranting 5 stars. He knocked on our door to ask if we could plug in an extension cord so he could service the drain blockage in the building, a bit of an inconvenience while entertaining company while I was cooking Christmas dinner, but an understandable inconvenience. He was courteous, perhaps a bit hard on the sell for a review, but seemed nice enough.

    1 Tom Plumber was amazing throughout the process. We had a main drain line break. 1 Tom Plumber was the only plumber willing to dispatch a professional (Jordan) Saturday morning to diagnose and fix the problem. He had all the tools (snake, camera, locator, etc) and found the line break within minutes of using his tools. Very professional and very kind. Understood the urgency and worked to compete the job and get our plumbing issues resolved.Since the line break required excavation, he had to return with an excavator and his teammate Frankie.I can not speakly highly enough about both gentlemen. Jordan and Frankie are super professional, knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly.Id give both Jordan and Frankie ten stars if I could, but unfortunately Google only allows 5.Dont hesitate to call 1-Tom-Plumber for any and all plumbing needs.     I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that could send someone out the same day, let alone within 3 hours. Robert called 30 minutes before arriving, was able to find the leak, and quickly repair it.     Had an emergency issue with a corroded toilet line and shut off valve that sprayed water everywhere in our bathroom on Saturday evening. Called a couple places and Robert was able to come by within an hour. He was fast, responsive and immediately understood the problem.     My mothers house had a leak under the slab. I called 1 Tom Plumbing based on recommendations on the Mustang Happenings Facebook page and Google reviews. They sent a person within 2 hours to determine there was a hot water leak. They added a cut off valve on the water heater and had a 3rd party pinpoint the leak the following afternoon. They gave us 2 reasonable estimates for fixing the leak and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, it was too late to get on the schedule for the following day.Robert and Frankie fixed the leak between the bathtub and bathroom sink. They kept the slab demolition to a minimum. They cleaned up the dust, filled in the hole, ensured their work didnt leak, and checked to ensure there wasnt any other leaks. Thank you Robert and Frankie.

    We had an issue with our toilets at my wife’s salon. It’s a business unit with multiple units connecting to ours. The plumber tried to do his best to trouble shoot what the problem was. Unfortunately without the information from all the other building tenants couldn’t, he couldn’t work or fix the issue. He explained the reason why and it was due to liability issues with the other buildings. They didn’t even charge me to come out and diagnose what the problem was. I’ll be using them for any plumbing issues I have in my own house if I have any. Let’s hope not!

    1 Tom had a great crew! Tabatha is super sweet and she has great plumbers who really change how you view plumbers! Frankie was always positive and always sports a big smile. It definitely helps in stressful situations and brightened my bad day!

    My plumbing clogged in the middle of the night and of all the places I called 1-Tom-plumber was the only place that got me in the same day. I met Robert who was a wonderful professional that took the time to teach me how to prevent clogging the drain again. I have had this issue with my plumbing multiple times and no other company had the integrity to teach me how to take care of my plumbing so I wouldn’t face this issue again. I will definitely do business again.
