    Our family is so grateful that during such a demanding time a service tech was sent out to our home, the same day we called, to diagnose our broken heater. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.Our tech explained why our unit was not working and how he was going to fix it.Our unit was back in working order by the next day.     You guys deserve every star, I am beyond happy with the service I received today. Larry Floyd was a absolutely gentleman. He is very good at communicating I understood every process before he even started. We had a different company come by first and they simply didnt find the root cause, just snaked everything. This gentleman was in my crawl space for maybe 10 minutes and knew exactly what to do. Also was able to use the same parts to correct the problem. He was literally mine and my familys hero today. 10 out of 10 I would recommend you guys in the future. You got a good one there at that is so hard to find now days. Thank you for all your help!

    I have used Bailey Brothers three times recently - all for water heater issues at 3 properties - and each time they were amazing! The first experience was when my water heater at my personal residence began spraying water out of the control panel. They came within the hour and fixed it, and I found the price to be reasonable. The second visit was at a property we are working on flipping and the tank went completely out and cracked along a seam. Todays had a failure at an occupied rental property and they called my tenant within an hour and had somebody out before the 2-hour mark. Robert called me and informed me of the situation and had the tank replaced shortly afterward. I really felt badly having them coming when it was 104-degrees outside, but they were very nice about it. I REALLY appreciate the great service Bailey Brothers provides an have already extended their information to several family members.

    Robert Frullo was absolutely amazing!!! We had an after hours sudden major water leak in our closet. We shut the water off and called in. Once he called to confirm the work order he was there within 5 minutes of time he quoted. Went straight to the leak behind the hot water heater. Within 10 minutes he had the closet drywall out and located the leak with minimal removal of drywall and insulation. Figured out a fitting had broke from the weld on the tree. Got the parts, rebuilt the entire tree in better condition than the original design. Explained the original design has too much tension and eventually gave way. Fun conversation and great attitude through the entire experience. Would highly recommend Robert Frullo anytime.

    I had a water leak in the shower, in the wall. I called Bailey and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and professionally asked all the questions. Aaron contacted me within an hour he came and it turn out the problem was not as bad as I thought. He worked on the problem professionally and completed within an hour. Aaron was very professional from the moment he came in to the time he left. He inspected the problem, assessed, and provided solution. He made sure that I was comfortable with the expense right from the beginning. Their charges were fair with such quality work. You bet I will save their number and will be calling them back.     We have used Bailey Brothers twice in the last year: last summer for our air conditioner and just last week on our furnace. Patrick was our service technician both times and he was fantastic! The temperatures were extreme in both cases and Patrick was here within 2 hours both times. Last Friday on December 23rd our furnace went out in the morning on the coldest day in decades. I was frantically trying to get anyone out to fix it and due to demand everyone was booked. Patrick was out in less than 2 hours and had it fixed within 10 minutes- fortunately a minor issue. Patrick is extremely polite, quick to diagnose the problem and always explains the issue. 5 stars for both service calls and for Patrick!!Had to have a technician come out again for our ac unit. Aaron Fagerson came out within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and then checked everything and did a thorough cleaning of our system. You guys rock every time! Referred you to a coworker and Aaron fixed his ac just a few days later!

    We were having issues with heating unit. Bailey Brothers responded immediately to our call and Patrick, service technician called to schedule time to come by. He arrived as scheduled and within minutes had diagnosed the problem. We had a bad circuit board. He did not have a replacement on his truck, but immediately got on the phone and tracked one down. It had to come from Tulsa. He told us it would be about two hours to receive, and he would come back immediately once he got it. In less than two hours Patrick called and had the replacement and came and switched out the circuit board and had us up and running. He was extremely professional and communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. He had an apprentice with him that day, young man named Ty. I was impressed on how he interacted with Ty and how he involved him in the entire process and taught him along the way. Great to see him taking time to do this. We have used Bailey Brothers for a long time and am always impressed with their service and the quality of people they have working for them.

    This was a Surprise, your sink and secondary drain are overflowing situation. They were contacted in the morning and said they would try to squeeze us in that afternoon. At about 1:15, Aaron Baldwin called and said he could work us in between appointments. He made it to my house before I even arrived. The problem was identified quickly, cable lines were used to snake out the clog. It was about 50 feet to clear it out, so not something we would have easily tackled on our own. Aaron was friendly and professional. He informed me of the cost before work began and it did not change. It was money well spent and I will call them again for future work.

    We had a leak from a water heater today. Bailey Bros came out quickly and corrected the problem. They did not charge us as it was a minor problem. They installed it over a year ago.     My water heater broke down last night. I called Bailey Bros. early this morning and spoke with Kim who was very professional and responsive. I was very pleased they could send a service man today! Robert Frullo came out to my house today at about 2:30 pm and installed a new water heater in a very competent, professional way. My wife was very happy to have hot water this quickly. I was very pleased too. I highly recommend Robert and appreciated him very much. The new water heater is a 50-gallon capacity that uses propane, and it is commercial grade, made in the USA. So, I have top quality, professionally installed by a plumber certified to install propane.

    Patrick installed my new high efficiency gas furnace in October. He informed me what was going on every step of the way and even showed me how the system works on a technical level. I was very pleased with his high quality of workmanship. It shows how much pride he takes in his work by the clean install. Even when I had an issue in January, he called me and was able to come out on the same day (issue turned out to be a 3rd party thermostat malfunction and not any of Patricks work). If you have HVAC related issues, I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone.

    They got to our house quickly, were honest and efficient with the quote (which was free), and had us fixed within an hour total I think. Our technician was extremely polite and did great work! The price was also about what we were expecting for the work, which was a sink/disposal hook up with pipes needing to be moved. If we ever have other issues we will for sure call Bailey Brothers again!

    My wife and I left our cat at home with a sitter and went on vacation. Temperatures in the high 90s. The next day our A/C failed. We called Bailey Brothers from out of state and explained the problem to Kim who dispatched Patrick Garner to assess the problem - failed fan motor and capacitor. The parts were not available locally. Patrick determined that the unit was still under warranty, called the manufacturer to have the parts shipped, and installed the parts the same day they arrived in town - all via the phone while on vacation! He also did our routine maintenance check at the same time. We returned to a cool house and a thankful cat and sitter. Thank you Bailey Brothers and Patrick!

    I had a broken sewer line connected to my laundry room. One company I called wanted to charge me $2930 to bust out a floor drain and P-trap so they could get their camera in to find the leak, and then a similar amount to repair it. Another wanted to just start breaking up the concrete in the laundry room and follow it until they found the break. Since I didnt have a vent pipe on that line, Cody recommended I use a locating service to pinpoint the leak. I did, and for a couple hundred dollars, they marked the location in the dining room. When Cody and Shane broke up the floor, it was right there. They also found another break a few feet upstream. They replaced the cast iron with PVC and made sure it was all going downhill. I felt like they were committed to doing the job right and making sure I wouldnt have any issues with it later.

    I called and related my situation to the service rep and she worked me into the schedule of the technician in the area. Jeremy called shortly after noon and came right over. He was not only familiar with what was happening but was ready and willing to replace our 50 year-old toilet with one wed purchased a few years ago for a remodeling dream that never saw the light of day. Very helpful and a lot of fun to talk with. He was very patient of my questions and able to inform me of what was wrong and what we should be doing to help prevent it happening again.

    Anthony came out and took an initial look at my hot water heater that would not heat properly. He had me call an electrician before I completely replaced the unit to try and make sure there wasnt a simple electrical fix before we spent over $1000 on a new unit. Initially, I scheduled an appointment on Friday morning with Jeremy for a free estimate to replace my water heater on Saturday, but before my appointment, overnight, a terrible gushing leak occurred and I had to have OKC water come turn off the supply. The next day when Jeremy from Bailey Brothers called to let me know he was coming over, I let him know about the leak and how flustered I was by these consecutive water related problems in my older home.     Nice to find an honest company. I had need of a ac repair. Called another company. They came out and told me my unit was 14 years old and ran on the old refrigerant so dont waste money on fixing it. They recommended a $9000.00 new unit. Called Bailey Brothers for a second opinion and they sent out Michael. Turns out my unit was made in 2015 and did not need to be replaced.     Called Bailey Brothers when I wanted a second opinion for an immediate plumbing problem. Another national recognized plumbing company had sent someone out to unclog a drain. When they were unsuccessful, they theorized that there was a unclearable blockage in the p-trap (below grade) and that it would require them to cut through my slab and replace it. That came in at a nice $3600 price tag on the quote. I wanted another opinion of course. Baileys put me at the top of the list and sent out a technician right away. The two young men that showed up were professional and polite and best of all they were successful at clearing the blockage saving me thousands!     Very responsive, extremely quick, and reasonably priced.As luck usually has it our heater went out on Friday afternoon with the temperatures already at the freezing line, and guaranteed to drop below freezing by night. I had been recommended Bailey Brothers by family so I decided to give them a call, and after giving some basic contact information and an idea of what was wrong with the unit I am told Ill receive a call from a scheduler. Roughly 20 minutes later a scheduler calls me and says a technician can be at my house in 15 minutes.Hes there in 15 minutes. Guys name is Carlos. Super duper nice guy and the same guy that usually sees my parents house.Now mind you that our HVAC system, as a whole, is old. Each of the individual components in that system, however, has been upgraded over time. This has always made me nervous with HVAC companies because I think theyll just try to sell me a brand new system rather than fixing the problem. I imagine anyone reading this already knows that fear.The guy is in the attic for no more than a few minutes before figuring out the blower capacitor is dead, he has one in the truck, and can have everything up and running for $195. Im more than happy with that and agree. Carlos grabs a capacitor from the truck, goes in the attic, fiddles around, tests the system a few times, and were set.Carlos comes back, we chat some, I pay, get the invoice emailed to me. All set. Carlos leaves, and I head off to do more chores.Come back home about two hours later and the heater is off. Go to turn it on...no dice. I can hear the heater kick on, but I can also hear the blower just sitting there humming. Call Bailey Brothers back and they get in contact with Carlos to have him come back by. I need to run yet more errands so I leave while my wife stays home - Carlos arrives shortly after Ive left.My wife is worried to have to make a decision without me there, but Carlos took care of that by just calling me on his cell phone from the attic. Yes the blower motor was the culprit, and it would be an additional $257 to replace it. I give Carlos the go ahead.Now I thought replacing a blower motor couldnt be that bad...heh...yeah...its not fun. It took me 20 minutes to drive home and Carlos was still in the attic working on the unit. I was home a further 30 minutes before Carlos called me again to ask me to turn the thermostat to Run so he could test the system.You might balk at $257 for a blower motor, and I admit I am no expert on HVAC supply pricing. However, I can say that it took a skilled HVAC technician who knew exactly what he was doing a solid hour of straight labor to get that motor replaced. I have no idea how long it would have taken me to do that, and I certainly wouldnt have known how to do all the safety checks on the heater that Carlos did. Further Carlos knew how to get the fan speed set in right. Just replacing the blower motor wasnt enough, though, because a prior repair job had set up the Main Control Board wrong. Everything should have been running, but again no fan spin, so Carlos disappears into the attic for a couple minutes when suddenly it comes to life.All said and done I paid just over $450 for an afternoon callout for a replacement of a blower capacitor and blower motor. That includes one solid hour of manual labor getting the old motor out, and the new one in, in a somewhat cramped attic...in below freezing temperatures.Not only is my unit repaired, and functioning normally, I think the heater may actually be performing better than before. Normally I never had a difference of more than 16-17*F between the air return, and the air vents, when the heater was on. Now the difference is more like 23-24*F. Ideal, according to what I know, is 18-28*F so it seems Carlos got the system dialed in quite well.Carlos never tried to upsell me.Carlos never tried to convince me I needed a new HVAC system just because one replaceable part broke.Totally recommend Bailey Brothers.
