Highly recommend!! I had several local companies/plumbers come out to give me an estimate. Some of them didn’t show up, some showed up and promised an estimate but didn’t get back to me, and one company came and did a different plumbing job for me which I was very unhappy with.Michael from Pure Flow came when he said he would. His communication was excellent and he always let me know what was coming up next. He gave me a written estimate first, and once approved, completed the job same-day, even working into the later hours of the night to make sure it was completed. He also fixed some of the shoddy work the other plumber had done.I’m very grateful to this company and especially to Michael for his honest, thorough service. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

He was very knowledgeable. He did a beautiful job. I have no fears that there will be any leaks under my sink. He changed my shut off valves for me and he explained what he was doing. Taylor was wonderful. I will definitely hire Pure plumbing again if I need anything done. He is the only plumber that came into my house and because my cold water pipe burst under my kitchen sink right away he asked me where is my pressure gauge. he checked the pressure gauge, and he found out that it was too high and very old My water pressure coming into the house was not regulating He put a brand new valve on. Now I feel more secure, knowing that my water pressure will not be going so high that it may burst another pipe. definitely hire October Taylor if you need a job done His price was very Reasonable.

We had a beautiful new range installed today by Michael, who was just brilliant by the way. He’s a very very nice, diligent, talented and capable plumber. He ran a gas line and converted us from electric to gas. He came out a few times to check on things and get us all set up. He dealt with the permitting and inspection process too. We now have unbelievable water pressure and the CSI softener and filtration tanks are fantastic and do the job much better than our old system. He assessed the situation, found the leak, repaired the leak and then provided me with options for dealing with the greater issue - PEK pipe failure (this is my third leak). The quote he gave me was reasonable, and he is coming back Friday to completely replace all my water lines. He is a real professional!

Taylor came out to a rental property of mine in Chester.. I had another company come out the day before to snake the sewar line but they were very unhelpful and charged me $600 to spend 15 mins snaking a line. They offered no detection or diagnostic help at all even when I asked for estimate to repair being that this was 2nd time. I knew at that time I would look elsewhere as I knew it was an ongoing issue that needed fixed. Taylor came out the same day and spent a couple hours diagnosing issues at the rental. He offered 3 options for repairs and truly went above and beyond. He even contacted the city as part of the issue was on their side. My husband and I are still discussing what route we are going to take but we will definitely be calling Taylor for any and all of our plumbing issues at our 3 properties from now on. Taylor came to the house and inspected the damages, then took the time to explain the options we had and what each option cost (no salesman tricks here 😃)then gave us time to decide. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
