Fantastic! New York Plumbing has my highest recommendation! We had a gas leak and obtained five quotes to fix it. The bid from New York Plumbing was 70% cheaper than the next lowest. The technician, was the only one who told us about a significantly cheaper alternative to the others proposals. The others planned to repair a section of pipes, which would have necessitated tearing up my patio flooring and leaving me with the bill. They claimed that if Robert did not repair the entire line, they would fail their inspection. New York Plumbing did not have to dig up my flooring to replace the leaking section. The technician was approachable and pleasant to speak with while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The technician was fantastic, as was my overall experience working with the organization. He not only answered all my questions but also provided detailed explanations and kept me informed of everything he was going to perform in advance. They contacted and texted me to keep me updated on the technicians arrival time. Whenever I have a need in the future, I know I can count on New York Plumbing to provide it.

Had to replace the ejector pump (again!) which has failed multiple times due to certain people putting the wrong things in the toilet and/or disposal. However, New York Plumbing has been excellent. They came quickly and the technician has been excellent each time. He did the work quickly, and got us the best deal.

My Plumbing system has been serviced by New York Plumbing for almost a decade now. My water heater was also just replaced in 2019. I purchased the Gold Plan, which covers both the heating system. Even though my system is 17 years old, it continues to function perfectly thanks to biannual maintenance checks by New York Plumbing and regular filter replacements. New York Plumbing works wonderfully for my compact system. When possible, I always ask for Kevin . He has extensive experience and is highly competent.

They presented Kevin and Robert, who were INCREDIBLE to collaborate with. They were prompt and courteous. At all times, booties must be worn when entering a unit. Before leaving, they double-checked everything by verifying it and detailing what they did and why they believed it would solve the issue. I cannot praise New York Plumbing and Kevin and Robert in particular enough.

The plumber that came out to my house was a major factor in my decision to hire this company. He called me later that day to see if I had decided to work with his firm. He made sure my water was all set and told me to give him a call first thing in the morning if I had any issues. Sure enough, the water Kevin broke that night, and water was gushing everywhere. I phoned a plumber, and he called back to say he would see if he could make it that day. The new water heater he installed for me was the first time Id ever had such professional service from a plumber. You have a valuable technician in New York Plumbing.

Thank you! Extremely skilled and conscientious in all aspects of the job. My older units convection heating system leaked and the motor was very loud. The New York Plumbing team assessed the issue immediately and walked me through their reasoning before deciding on a solution. They were able to stop the leak and calm the engine, and they also provided an estimate of the cost of replacement. There is no compulsion to subscribe to a service or purchase a comparable product. Labor and materials are guaranteed for one year.

The technician was FANTASTIC,. He fulfilled all the requirements my retired brother-in-law had outlined for a technician. We have an older system, but the technician was familiar with both ours and newer models and was eager to assist us extend the life of the older one. WHAT A GIANT THANK YOU. When THIS technician says something is necessary, I know its the truth!! The other firm, despite having a contract with us, sought to sell us a new unit even though they were the ones who had not serviced it since my brother-in-law retired years ago. The burnt points and other issues that needed servicing were discovered, thankfully, by my brother-in-law. Surprisingly, after replacement components were inserted, the machine began operating again. However, it is possible that the unit failed before its time due to a lack of maintenance. I appreciate New York Plumbings hardworking staff very much.

Today while outside I observed sewage puddling around the clean out pipe outside. I called a local plumber who actually recommended New York Plumbing. I called them afternoon and Kevin arrived in about 2 hours.

Within half an hour, a sewer technician arrived and determined that, rather than a problem with the sewer line, we had an issue with our ejector pump. He replaced the pump and gave us instructions on how to avoid future problems before leaving within an hour.
