We had a great experience with Devin from Roto-Rooter in York. He came out late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend within 1 hour of calling and he resolved our issue in 1 hour. Devin was kind and upbeat which added a positive boost to our negative situation. Very pleased with Devins quality service and would recommend.

I called Roto-Rooter at 9am and by 1030 Jason was at my house. My bathtub was backed up and my sink was backing up into the tub. He was able to fix this and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future if we have any problems.

Just had Jason (Hey, cool name!) from Roto-Rooter at my house for a slow main sewer drain. He arrived right in the middle of the appointment window and got to work. Had my issues sorted out within an hour. He was competent, professional, and friendly. Even better is that the price was very reasonable! Roto-Rooter York will be my first call if I have any more plumbing or sewer needs!

I had to use their service multiple times now and every time we called them was any emergency and fortunately for us they were able to accommodate either same day or early next day. They are thorough, they explain clearly what the issue was. They even tell you tips on how to avoid the same issue from from happening again. I highly recommend them.

I had a mainline sewer backup, my first ever experience with that, and the man from this company came within hours of my very desperate call. I was panicked but the young man evaluated the situation and had it totally repaired within an hour of arriving. And guarenteed his work for the next 3 months. I could not have been more pleased with Roto-Rooter or the young man who came and solved my problem. I wish I had been thoughtful enough to get his name so I could have included it here, but he and Roto Rooter gave me extremely great service when I really needed it.

Great service. First time homeowner and didnt know who to call. Had main line clog at 10:00 at night, called Roto rooter and got a response within 20 minutes. Convenient scheduling, was able to schedule it for the very next morning at 7am. Todd was my service man, showed up a few minutes early. Diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything he was doing and helped me understand better. Very knowledgeable. Fair priced I would say, got him to snake both parts to my main line and clean the backup line for $213.00. Would definitely recommend using these guys for fast and good service

Great service. I called 3 different companies on a Saturday for a clogged sewage line, and Roto was the only one who responded (all 3 listed emergency weekend service as an option). I’m still waiting on the other 2 companies to call me back.Tech was great (Glenn). He spent extra time making sure to vacuum up the leakage in the basement, but didn’t charge extra.

Outstanding customer service from the time. They communicated with me to let me when their time of arrival would be as there was 3 clients ahead of me. Very knowledgeable with drain problems had issue clear up in about 1/2 hour. Had very good suggestions and insights . Zak was awesome! Highly recommended their work is backed by a guarantee!

Had a pipe drainage to septic tank problem that a plumber and septic cleaning company could not solve. Could not use toilets for 2 days. Called Roto-Rooter and they sent Jason. He did an excellent job of cleaning the pipe that ran from the baffle on septic tank into the house. Thank you Jason for a great job.

At around 8pm at night on a Friday (as it always is when these things happen), our toilet backed up, the seal broke on the toilet, water dripped into our basement from an overhead pipe, and wastewater backed up into the tub/shower. Called and promptly got a call back. Decided to be nice to the guy and wait until morning to have it fixed. Even with the additional after-hours fee (which was less than another company I called), the bill was under the $1000 I anticipated. Was actually under $500. And it came with a 3-month/2-return warranty should it happen again. Super pleased with the service and outcome!

Cody came out and did a great job getting my clog cleared up. They were also very fast after I called they were calling me back in a hour saying they were on the way. Great service and even warranty the work. Will definitely recommend and wish I had known before paying a normal.plumber who couldnt get the job done.

Great service. Hubby woke me up to a flooded basement at 5:30 am due to the main line clog. Called a few places but Roto Rooter had the best price and convenience. Everything completed by 7:30am. Eric is very courteous, I would highly suggest requesting him if you can! Great tips and great service. We believe they deserve a five-star rating

Had a different company out who couldn’t exactly identify the issue but had a plan for us to spend thousands to tear up our floors and walls to fix the issue. Called Roto Rooter who promptly came out, correctly identified the problem and was able to clear our drains without tearing our house apart. Couldn’t be happier and will go to them first in the future.

Very professional. Had them out with the camera to see what was happening. First guy tried but had a too large of a camera to get it it though a 90 degree turn. He suggest we wait until the next day when they could bring the right equipment. They came and in no time figured out the problem. Was very please with their suggestions. Also the support staff kept me inform when they were coming.

Great quick service. Called on a saturday and got a call back within 20 min. Estimated time to get to me was between 2-4 pm he showed up at 1:45. Had a main line clog it gave him some issue but he was done in under a hour. Will definitely be my first call next time

Considering it was a late Sunday night and, I think it was less than two hours from the time I made the call to the time he was headed home, I feel like the price was fair. Wow I cant say enough about how good the sevice tec was that came to clean our drain. It was a late night emergency and it was pouring rain . He responded promptly was up front with the cost and went right to work and cleared the clog ....wow! Great job

They are quick to come out and clear clogs. Wouldnt recommend for complex plumbing. I needed a tub drain pipe replaced and they were unable to do that type of work. This is my go to for tiny plumbing issues, because of quick response.
