New York Plumbing was simple to reach and work with. They were transparent about pricing and offered me options. Darion was extremely professional and installed my new tank quickly and effectively. Even my laundry room was left cleaner than when he arrived (sorry for the disarray!). They will be utilized again in the near future.

Seven years into its service life, my water heater suddenly quit heating and began leaking. After calling New York Plumbing, I was gently guided through each step of the process by Trevion. To determine what he would need to fix the issue, he asked to view photos of my current setup. A short time later, I got a call informing me that he had located everything he need and would be coming out that afternoon to replace my water heater and bring the existing piping up to code. They arrived promptly, cleaned up after themselves, and kept in constant contact with us. These days, such prompt responses are extremely unusual. I have no reservations about using them again or recommending them to others. The fact that New York Plumbing is a family business, run by the fourth generation, is a great bonus.

Darion the Plumber was outstanding! I requested an emergency callout on a Saturday for a commode that had been clogged since Wednesday. This was an emergency situation! On the initial phone call, I was informed that I would have to wait between two and three hours, which was acceptable given that most locations could not assist me until Sunday or Monday. But once I transmitted my information to this company, I was given a 35-minute ETA! Within 10 to 15 minutes, our toilet was repaired, and I no longer needed to visit another to urinate. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and courteous service.

I scheduled the next week since I felt the price for the device and the installation was fair. Sadly, the building elevator was broken, and the workers spent the next two days calling to inquire whether it had been repaired. As soon as it had, they came over and completed the work. When the current hot water heater broke down two days later than expected, New York Plumbing was able to expedite delivery of the replacement unit and have it on hand the same day. I was very happy with their promptness and willingness to go above and above. I have faith in this bunch, and so do you.
