Bruce was meticulous in his work, taking his time to thoroughly clean the cast iron pipe. However, he had to be cautious given the age of the pipes, which were over 65 years old. Once he was done, he installed an in-ground clean-out. My sewer lines are now draining better than they have in over a decade! I was thoroughly impressed with Bruces knowledge and professionalism. Hes a great asset to his plumbing service. While I hope I wont have to face any more plumbing problems, if I do, Ill be sure to ask for Bruce again!

Leonard (the plumber on the job) has been very understanding and either directly addressed or attentively listened to my concerns about the recent events, which I appreciate. As a result, I feel assured that I can continue to rely on their plumbing services and just consider this an unfortunate incident. Its been more than two weeks since I was billed for a job thats still not done. Attempts to get updates about the status or an itemized bill have been futile. Update: Im still awaiting the previously requested itemized bill. Despite the service not being fully completed, my VISA account was billed the full amount 10 days ago. Not the best experience with the company. However, Leonard (the plumber) has tried to rectify things. - Initially called for repair on a utility sinks drain pipe. - Leonard pointed out the issue and suggested replacing the entire sink. - The company mistakenly ordered the wrong sink (wall mount instead of floor version with legs). - I didnt realize the different sizes, and a smaller size was ordered. - Leonard installed it with legs from the old sink temporarily until the correct legs could be arranged. - Service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. Received a call late in the morning that Leonard was out sick and no one else was available. - Installation was rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) with an 8:00 to 10:00 window. - Received a call from the company at 10:30 indicating a problem with the order and the parts were sent somewhere else. - Later that day (Tuesday), I received a text from the company that service was scheduled for Wednesday (between 8 and 10). I was never contacted to discuss and agree on a convenient time. No one showed up. I did receive a call (about 10:45 am) from the owner wanting to rectify things. My response was that I just want the job completed and want an itemized bill since my VISA was charged the full amount and the job was not yet done. - I have requested a new (correct size) sink to be ordered and installed without any additional charges.

I experienced a slab leak and reached out to Bruce first thing in the morning. He was the only one who responded to my calls during the holiday. Not only did he get back to me, but he also identified my issue over the phone and guided me on how to mitigate further damage until he could arrive the next day. He managed to locate the leak in my foundation by removing just a SINGLE tile. I was extremely impressed. Theres no substitute for experience, and Bruce certainly has plenty of it. He tidied up once he was done and charged me less than his initial quote. Hes a reliable and honest plumber, and I cant recommend him enough. Theodore recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in York. Since we lost a loved one, the house remained unoccupied as we fixed several things. Theodore knew how challenging it was for us to oversee our projects from a distance, so he constantly sent pictures and updates, and was always reachable by phone. The project became quite convoluted and required countless adjustments to repair irrigation valves, fix leaks, and every other minor issue that comes up from an empty house. Theodore was patient throughout and didnt see this as a chance to exploit us. service stayed punctual and reasonably priced. Well utilize Theodore for all our needed plumber services in the future.

The call was picked up instantly, and despite having two previous commitments that morning, Javier was still able to squeeze me in. Even better, he showed up sooner than anticipated. Javier had the task of fitting a new toilet flange and filling it in with quickset concrete, as well as installing the fresh toilet. He went above and beyond by also including a new shut off valve. So, admittedly, we were anxious about what was to come. Upon their arrival, we were initially concerned by how youthful Theodore and Bruce appeared. Armed with common replacement parts on their truck, they quickly identified and resolved the problem in a timely manner. To our relief, it was far less severe than anticipated. I found myself in a predicament when our sewer system stopped functioning entirely, the day following a major holiday. Javier was the only one who was able to accommodate me on short notice during a busy holiday weekend to attempt to rectify the issue. What we initially hoped would be a quick fix (snake/jet), turned into a more extensive investigation to pinpoint the root cause. This led to the uncovering of a 5ft deep hole in my yard in York. This hole revealed one of the most massive tree root blockages one might encounter in the plumbing world. We successfully removed the obstruction and applied a temporary solution while we awaited the necessary parts and approval from the city for a permanent fix. Once this was done, everything was functioning as good as new. Javier will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Theodore and his team are simply outstanding. my boiler broke down late one weekend night. theodore reassured me they could swing by early next weeks morning. they quickly procured the necessary parts and began the installation of my new boiler that same day! the boilers setup was handled in a highly professional manner. i also requested them to address an issue with the hot water baseboard heating loop. some fool had set up part of it directly over the electrical panels. needless to say, the electrical inspector was less than thrilled about this. theodores team smartly moved the pipe away from the panels while they were reconnecting the heating loop. his team is courteous and professional. they removed the old boiler and even left my basement tidier than before they began. ive contacted them on numerous occasions and have consistently received stellar service. ethan & sons plumbing corp is my go-to for all plumbing and heating needs!
