They came the next day and got a new top-of-the-line backup pump installed for a great price and in better shape than the day it was installed. Took the time to do it right. Very friendly and professional.The wet dirty floor is from another plumber, which will no longer be an issue for me. Thank You!!!

Adam Jacoby is amazing! He came to my house to help with a septic system back up that flooded my house! It was after hours and he stayed until the job was done! He even was able to get a septic company to come pump out my system right away! Professional and didnt overcharge even though he was at my house at night for three hours. I cannot say enough about this company! I dont know what I would have done if he didnt help me. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend Jacoby Plumbing. Responsive and very knowledgeable in his line of work. We had two other businesses assess our situation and could not give us an answer that solved the problem. Adam came and within 5 minutes told us what was wrong and by the end of the week our new tank was installed and problem was fixed! Very friendly employees all around and great to work with. Will be using them for any future needs that may arise.

I have used Jacoby Plumbing for many different issues I have had over the years! They always show up the same day, and if not the next morning! Adam has even walked me thru some quick DIY’s over the phone to help save me money as a widower! Prices are fair, job is always well done, & they stand behind their work which is ALWAYS a plus in my book! I would definitely recommend this company!

Awesome service and reasonable rates from Adam, Rick, Kylar, Justin, and Michelle at Jacoby plumbing. What a professional hard working crew they all are! I had several problems. Adam troubleshot the causes and solved all my plumbing nightmares. Apparently I had an improperly installed upflush for over 20 years! Im not one to trust repair and installation guys until now. I have the utmost trust and respect for the entire Jacoby plumbing team.These guys are the real deal. They know how to do the job right.

Adam and Rick were out to repair the toilet. It was easy fix and leak stopped, only to recur the next day. Spoke with Michelle and another appointment was scheduled. Kyler and Rick came out and found the issue. No more leak! We have used Adam and his guys for other problems and always pleased with the results. Thank you!

My water heater tank died recently. Some sensor problem. A kind gentleman on Facebook gave me a sensor, but alas that fixed one problem then a different error popped up (sigh). Consulted with Jacoby Plumbing, Adam (the owner) recommended a tankless system.His guys just left, took me from the old tank (left) to the new tankless (right). I was worried about lag between turning on the spigot and actually getting hot water, but heck, I think its actually a little faster than my old system. The guys were nice, did a great job, in and out in just a couple hours. Took care of everything and hauled away the old clunker for me too. I was also super appreciative that Adam was willing to work with me, splitting the payment as I was a little short on the funds and payday is a week away. I bathed the last couple days with a bucket, so Im *SUPER* super thankful for having hot water today not next week haha. Not to mention heating water on the stove to do the dishes was NOT fun either 🙂So yea, if you want to explore a tankless system, Jacoby Plumbing is a solid choice. You wont be dissatisfied!

I know Adam and his family through mutual friends. We had a broken water pipe at our restaurant and we called him to help us. He was ready to drive from PA to fix it. We were able to find someone else local. However, he stayed in contact throughout the whole ordeal making sure we were okay. Thank you Adam for the moral support we needed at that time. Next time if you’re “local” you’re our call!

Rick and Kyler came out today to try and repair my faucet in the kitchen sink. They were so pleasant and professional... and most importantly so honest. They attempted to repair it and when it couldnt be repaired they offered to change out the faucet for me. I wasnt that dedicated given it was more than I wanted to spend right now. lol! they didnt even charge me for the visit. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Once again Adam Jacoby has helped our church. This is now the 3 rd time we have worked with him. Our well pump went out. We needed it fixed and he fit us in. His work and genuine attitude of helping someone in time of need far exceeds good customer service. He communicated what the problem was and got it done. I highly highly recommend Jacoby plumbing! Adam, Justin and Ryan were all brilliant, they were very professional, gave a reasonable quote and helped me to understand a couple of additional issues I didnt know we had, pointing out everything and explaining to me what needed done in a way I could easily understand. They were far more in-depth than the other company we had out to quote us. Great quality workmanship & professional, give them a call, they are the best in york!

I contacted Adam about the water leaking from the pipe above the water heater which caused water all over the basement floor. He immediately replied to my message and arrived to my house within the hour. He was super polite and professional. He fixed it right away and showed me what the problem was. He saved the day!
