He was sensitive to my budgetary constraints, and I was impressed by his determination to track down a leak that seemed hopelessly hidden. Not a cheap repair, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the replacement in thirty minutes. He tidied up after himself and removed the unpleasant 12-year-old sump pump. Now we have a brand-new sump pump and no more foul-smelling sewage sludge in the cellar, so we consider it a success. Probably not the cheapest in town, but painless, speedy, expert, and guaranteed. Would call again immediately!
