Gil was my technician he came out to replace our water heater, and his level of customer service was far above what I expected. He walked me through every important part of the inspection thoughtfully, patiently, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He offered suggestions, and alternatives. I could tell that he was really looking out for my best interest and knew his craft very well. Another thing I like is that he gave me a same-day quote, which was truly unexpected. Im looking forward to working with Water Heater Central again.

Gil came out to my house to replace my hot water heater. I cannot say enough about Gil and his company. He was very professional, hard working and very friendly. He explained everything in detail to me. He’s a great communicator, he texted me, he called me and let me know when he was coming.I literally cannot say how pleased I was with Gil and Water Heater Central LLC.Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Im so impressed with this company and its employees! Its so good to know that customer service is still out there. Justin was my point of contact in the office. He was so helpful and all my phone calls, text messages and questions were answered within less than 2 minutes! He also helped me with the financing part of my project.Gil and Joe installed a Tankless Water Heater and they were incredible - efficient, knowledgeable, and at the end of the install, my garage was cleaner than when they started.I called this company on a Monday after finding a leak. They were at my house within 1 hour. If you ever need a plumber - do not hesitate to call them. You will be as impressed as I am! I guarantee!

This company is exceptional - we did some remodeling and needed to replace the hot water heater in the basement. We called Water Heater Central and Gil came out that same day. Extremely professional and personable, this is absolutely a 5 star company.

Great to work with! Our hot water heater died on Friday night super late, and I called them to see if they could come Saturday! They immediately answered and setup an appointment for me the next day, a Saturday! Gil was there bright & early and was super efficient and great to work with. He explained everything to us (this is our first home and our first issue with our home) and was fantastic. I would recommend Water Heater Central to everyone!

Gil from Water Heater Central was the most thorough, professional, and experienced plumber I have ever worked with. I had a significant plumbing issue which improperly addressed by another company. A coworker then told me about Water Heater Central. When I called the office and mentioned the bad service I received from the other plumbing company, they scheduled Gil to resolve my plumbing issue, based in part to his significant experience. My plumbing issue is now resolved!! I cannot recommend Gil enough!!

Gil Celestin from Water Heater Central, provided top notch service.Gil came on site this past Saturday within 90 minutes of calling him, due to my old water heater failed, (he had nothing to do with the 12 year old prior water heater). Gil walked me through the steps to safely shutdown water heater, turn off gas, and purge water from tank to avoid further damage to basement.Gil obtained the required parts, arrived on site to perform the replacement, on time as committed. Gil conducted a great install, took pride in his work and ensured to take care of the house conducting the repair.Gil is my first call for future repairs or service.Thank you!Rob Bruderer

This was the best experience that Ive ever had with a plumber. Gil came out to install my water heater and was very knowledgeable. He explained the whole prorcess and made me feel really glad that I called them. Definitely would use them again for any water heater replacement.
