    Amazing job of diagnosing our problem after the county came out 4 times, including sending their contracted private plumber, and completed the repair incorrectly. Mind you, house, with its plumbing, was built in 1953 so the obstacles were quite challenging. Calebs understanding and professionalism allowed the problem to finally be resolved after 3.5 weeks. He even spoke directly to the county crew to ensure they understood what he had found as he investigated with his equipment.Grassroots was genuinely caring and concerned. I highly recommend them and would use no one else. Dentists, mechanics, and plumbers - find one you trust and stick with them!

    We have used Grassroots on two occasions. Once to replace the water line from the street to the house. The second time to replace water heater, sump pump, and re-route a hose spigot. Caleb is an amazing plumber. He does great work and kept us informed as his work progressed. We highly recommend Grassroots Plumbing!

    So pleased with how professional these guys were! Caleb, Hudson, and Joseph all were top-notch, Very hard-working and remained calm even when pieces of equipment lost power. I highly recommend grassroots plumbing! Of course, the expense for plumbing is high, but I don’t think there’s any way around that. They certainly delivered. Thus the statement, you get what you pay for! I got top-notch service!

    I have used Grassroots Plumbing twice in the past month or two for various issues, and I have not been disappointed. The young lady who takes the calls, Ashley, I believe, is so kind with a friendly voice. She sets the tine. The plumber, Caleb performed excellent work and cusomer service both times. He was thorough, told me mevwhat he knew foe sure and what was not fully clear about the issue. He is personable and its obvious that he loves what he does. Lets face it, no one wants to spend their hard earned $ on plumbing, but if you need a plumber, may as well call one of the best the first time!

    I just (today) had Nikolas diagnose 2 leaks and repair one leak. He was professional and unbelievably kind. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking. He also pointed out several other issues that might become a problem down the road and gave quotes for them at no cost. The house was built in the 70s, I just bought it and it seems to be a landlord special based on every other tradesman Ive had quote or fix something. So his patience, kindness, empathy, quality workmanship and company warranty made my day. Highly recommend.

    I had an emergency leak in my pipes due to Freezing on Christmas Day and Grassroots were able to give me same day service when I called while others plumbers were backed up until next week. Upon arrival Hudson found out that my shutoff valve gasket malfunctioned which caused water to leak continuously for over 24 hours. He was informative, polite and cool. Apparently freeze breaks happened all over Georgia and it would’ve been worst unchecked. I’m ultimately grateful. My ceiling collapse in the photo due to the excessive amount of water.

    Jason and the team at Grassroots Plumbing just completed a burst pipe repair and some shut off valve replacements. They did a great job in a half day effort, cleaned up the area in which they worked, and did so at a reasonable cost. Ibises GP to replace two water heaters previously, and the quality of their work was the same. I easily recommend them highly.

    We had the unfortunate experience of an old valve breaking in our washing machine outlet box as our new washing machine was delivered and being hooked up. Grassroots was here within hours to replace the valve. Caleb Y gave us several options at various price points to fix the issue. Everything was fixed by the end of the day and has been running smoothly ever since.

    We used Grassroots for the second time last week. We had a shower that would not turn off and called the day before a holiday at 4pm. Caleb arrived by 4:45 and repaired our shower, including having a co-worker bring an additional part, by 7pm. He was extremely knowledgable and clearly passionate about his work. Great experience!

    My experience with Caleb Yeager of Grassroots Plumbing was nothing short of exceptional. He was attentive, explained the issues extremely well, and you could tell he genuinely cared about me as the customer. Caleb even when the extra mile when he didn’t have a specific part that fit my toilet perfectly by driving to a local Home Depot to purchase a another part so he could complete the job in a way that met the extremely high standard he places on his own work. You can tell Caleb takes pride in delivering the best possible service to his customers, and I couldn’t have been happier with said service. I cannot recommend Grassroots Plumbing enough, and I will specifically be requesting Caleb anytime I have a plumbing issue.

    So first let me preface this review by saying that I have a very old house over 100 years old and when I purchased it I found out the plumbing under the sink had been put in backwards so the sink has never drained properly. It got to the point where I had to do something about it. I found Grassroots and saw they were very highly rated so decided to try them. When Jameson showed up he texted me prior to let me know he was heading my way. He was on time and professional. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors on a rainy day.I felt very comfortable as he spoke common language to me so I can understand everything that was wrong with the sink. He went above and beyond and checked for leaks as well. Because of old lines he did find some leaks but before he began any of the work he gave me two options right there on the spot in the home breaking down the charges and giving me an exact price for both options. He was so professional, organized and prepared I decided to go ahead and use these guys right then and there. Their price also came in below the other estimate that I had been given by another company. Jameson had all of the supplies he needed on his truck which I was very surprised about because this is a very quirky old home but he seemed as if it was a breeze. He left the area neat and clean and protected the floors while he worked. These guys are my new go to plumbers!

    Grassroots Plumbing was recommended by a friend of ours, we reached out to them as we had failed our backflow prevention test and were advised to have the device replaced.Very professional service!     Jamison and Grassroots were great! We had a horrible experience with another large plumbing company a few weeks ago so needed to get an opinion from another licensed plumber on what work SHOULD have been done for us. Jamison went above and beyond and wrote a very thorough report that has helped us tremendously. I would recommend Jamison and Grassroots 10/10 times.     Josh and Caleb were both very honest and upfront explaining everything they were doing and making sure it was okay with me before they proceeded. While Grassroots may be a little more expensive the peace of mind they provided in the repairs is worth it knowing i can use the water in my house again without worrying about flooding my basement.

    Put out on FB for recommendations for a plumber and several referred Grassroots. One call, came out same day, knowledgeable, professional, and quickly helped me identify the issue of a leak. Unfortunately its a major repair to my master shower, however he also helped to identify a couple of other issues that I can tackle myself. Was very pleased and while I would rarely need a plumber, its nice to know you have a company you can call and trust for when you do. I highly recommend.

    I had a big plumbing issue at my house and had Grassroots come out to determine the problem as they were referred to me. Josh, the plumber, initially came out and it was determined that my sewer line under the house, 73 year old house, was rusted and needed to be replaced. I got a quote and it was competitive and so I decided to use them. Three days later, Josh and the team came out and spent a long day replacing the pipe. I highly recommend Grassroots as they are very service oriented and technically good at their craft!! My thanks to the entire Grassroots team!!

    I would highly recommend Grassroots Plumbing. We had Caleb install a whole house filtration system, also a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and a few other plumbing issues that needed updates. Caleb has an eye for detail and was meticulous about the installation. Every detail, from the location of the tanks, direction of shutoff valves, materials he used, everything was just perfectly organized. He even relocated our house shut-off valve which had been in tough to reach spot. The company also had a great process. Our first call was handled by a master plumber, which then led to Caleb visiting our home for an assessment. Even the little things add up, like the text messages when Caleb was in route, detailed explanation of how our system operates. Overall, great experience.

    I am a land development civil engineer and am familiar with plumbing. However I do not sweat copper pipes. I needed hose bibbs on copper pipes and their valves replaced. Not an emergency, just annoying leaks outside. They were over 40 years old. Grassroots scheduled a visit for the next week. Hudson was able to come out sooner than scheduled. He explained the whole process and offered prices for different options. He was professional and kind. He wore shoe cloth covers every time he came in the house. He went above and beyond and cleaned the two rooms he worked in before he left. He tested everything twice when he finished. He showed us the work when finished.     The plumber from Grassroots was on time, super polite, professional and did a great job. We had replaced our kitchen counter and he came to install our faucet.     Very happy with Grassroots Plumbing. Highly recommend them! Hudson, Nickolas, & Grant all did a great job. My home is 70 yrs old. I had the house re-piped to get rid of the old galvanized pipes. They also replaced my 24+ yr water heater and the service line(pipe from meter to house). Replaced the valve in the shower. Chewed through the roots in the pipe which backed up my kitchen sink, installed a whole-house filtration system plus several other things. They were on time each day. Hudson explained everything that was happening & answered all my questions. He was honest, personable, & hardworking. So glad Grassroots was recommended to me. I cannot thank them enough! 🥰

    Grassroots is fantastic. Jamison came out today to look at a problem that three other companies could not fix. He was very knowledgeable and offered a solution that the others didnt even talk about. Will be having them do the work soon.9/29/2022 Jamison came back today and replaced my entire line in the basement and put a better than required fall angle from the guest bathroom to the septic. Water flows as it should. Jami and his helpers did an excellent job. You cant even tell they were here. They cleaned up everything.

The pricing can be a little expensive for some types of installs or repairs. But there is no way I would ever consider using anyone else. Pay a little more and get that top rated service and work.     My family and I are very pleased with our experience with Grassroots Plumbing and with the services they provided. My story is that one morning I noticed a slight hissing from the supply pipe into my garage, indicating running water, which persisted even after I turned off the house supply valve. A friend highly recommended Grassroots plumbing and so, after I turned off the water at the street, I gave them a call. Jacob talked through my questions and came out right away. I was already aware of a leak somewhere in the yard and so, after much Q & A, we ultimately decided to run a new line from the street to the house, and also get a couple of old leaky valves replaced while we were at it. From top to bottom the experience was great.     Updated June 26, 2024: We had the need to use Grassroots again, this time for a leaking main waste pipe that goes from the house to the septic. Caleb Yeager was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. This was not an inexpensive repair but is a crucial part of our home and something you want done right the first time. Caleb did a great job explaining the issues and that he would first try the least aggressive/expensive option. Unfortunately, our 32 year old home and pipes needed the larger repair but we were kept updated on why and how the repair would be made throughout the process and feel confident that it was done correctly. This job required work inside and outside the house. We continued to be wowed by their great service!We are so happy to have found Grassroots through the referral from a neighbor. Trevor was professional, skilled, kind and did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with our kitchen faucet and water supply. He replaced the hot water shut off valve to both the dishwasher and the sink and installed a complicated new faucet. The people who work in the office are just a professional and responsive. We are happy to recommend Grassroots Plumbing!
