We had an emergency at our home and needed a plumber ASAP. We called Marks plumbing and he came down within 15 minutes to check out the problem. The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day. He was friendly, professional and caring at all times. We highly recommend him as a plumber. We will be calling him for other projects we are planning. Thank you Mark

I needed a leak under my bathroom sink repaired and a new faucet in my kitchen I found Marks Plumbing & Heating on line, he had great reviews so I called Mark. He fixed everything the next day. And reasonable rates!I deleted my other plumbing company from my contacts and added Marks Plumbing.As another post said, if I could give 10 Stars I would. Great company to do business with.

Mark from Marks Plumbing did a great job for us in our latest rehab project. He took care of several items on our to-do list in a timely manner with fair prices. He installed a dishwasher, installed three shut off valves. installed a faucet, dry fit a vanity, repaired the shower, and replaced a toilet. He worked quickly to get the repairs done as the condo association only allowed the water to be shut off for a short period of time. Communication via phone/text was excellent and we wouldnt hesitate to use Marks Plumbing again.

I was so grateful to find marks plumbing when my pipe in the basement exploded with water. All other companies wouldnt even schedule me that week. Got a hold of mark and he came by to check it out within an hour after his first job of the day. He was honest about what the issue was, showed me what needed to be replaced and had my water back on within 25 minutes. I will be keeping is number handy.

Marks Plumbing came to change the valve on the water pipe for our washer. We just got a new washer and Lowes was not able to install until the valve was fixed. Mark was very accommodating with the timing, arrived right on time. Very kind and efficient. The cost was also very reasonable. I gave him enough information and a picture of the valve so he could give me an estimate before coming. He installed the washer for us and moved the old one of the way. Really nice work and nice person.

He came immediately after I called him and was able to quickly identify the issues and fixed all of the issues quickly. The pipe clogging issue was a hard one since the site clogged was far from the garbage disposal . Mark did a great job to have it fixed. In overall, I am very satisfied with Mark’s quality and responses. Mark was also very patient too!

Had a shut off valve start dripping on my ceiling in my basement at 730pm. After calling a few plumbers who were unavailable, I stumbled upon Marks company on the web. Mark answered his phone at 8pm, said he would be there in 20 minutes, arrived in 20 minutes, replaced the dripping valve, and was gone in two hours after conquering a couple of complications. He was reasonably priced due to the late hour and was professional. I will call him for all my future plumbing issues or needs.

Called Mark on Saturday at 11:30 AM, because my washer machine was baking water into the tub and put under the toilet in the next room. Mark was here by 1 pm and he and his guys removed a root from my main drainage pipe. They were done by 2 pm, they were fast, courteous and it was done at a very reasonable price. If I have plumbing problems again I know who to call!

I want to share with everyone that Mark Hammond of Marks Plumbing, out of Woburn MA, should be applauded for his work. I was referred to him by a friend, an excellent Electrician, Frank Reid, also out of Woburn MA., and cant tell you how happy I am with his work. He responded to my phone call in a very timely manner, and repaired my plumbing issue in the same way. Besides the excellent work that he did, he is also very neat. He cleaned up what was inevitably a little mess, and that also made me very happy. So tell everyone to hire Mark Hammond as their Plumber!!!!!

My faucets needed to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment on the same day which was amazing. We were so lucky to have Mark come and fix everything. He was on time and very thorough. The cost was reasonable not a daylight robbery like other companies. He was respectful of my home, I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Highly recommend Mark. He is very professional, knowledgeable and takes his time to answer all our questions. We used his services twice so far. He replaced our water heater, added heat control and repaired our toilet. We are definitely planning to work with Mark in future.

Due to the Freezing weather this 2016 winter brings, the water pipes in my house broke and there was water everywhere, I did not hear anything until I wanted some water from the kitchen fridge downstairs. I quicky googled Plumbers near me and I chose to call Marks Plumbing out of despair. There was lots of water coming out in my kitchen, laundry area and the basement. Mark the owner answered my call, he was kind and said he would come right away, he arrived in 15 minutes. I have had a similar problem before and the previous plumber really messed up my plumbing and electrical (yes electrical).Long story short, my urgent problem is fixed, I have water running again and no leaks, all under two hours from my call. We have agreed that he would return in the near future to look at other pluming and heating issues the house has.I am very grateful for your speedy availability, guidance, knowledge, fair pricing and most of all for your kindness.
