Time and time again Ive called Jeff and his guys with a problem and they have yet to let me down. They always make you a priority and have the best of the best on hand to ensure the job gets done and gets done right. Its been a pleasure to have them in my home and I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. 5 stars all around.

Jeff the plumber from Boston Mechanical Inc is truly a gem! He went above and beyond to fix a leaky pipe in my home, and I couldnt be happier with the service he provided. Not only was he prompt and professional, but he was also very personable and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he made sure I understood the whole process.What impressed me most about Jeff was his attention to detail. He didnt just fix the problem and leave – he took the time to inspect the rest of my plumbing system and make sure everything was in good working order. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent future plumbing issues!Overall, Im very impressed with Jeff and the service provided by Boston Mechanical Inc. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jeff and this company to anyone in need of plumbing services. The gentleman I believe his name was Connor Mackin replace my dishwasher unhooked the old one cleaned up all the mess. I would not hesitate to call this company again or referred to somebody else, he work like a professional.

He recently visited the school where I work and quickly identified and resolved a hot water issue. His prompt action saved the day for all the kids who would have had to go home otherwise.
