We had a leaky faucet at my client’s home for sale and needed to get that fixed quickly to avoid water damage. Anthony came the next morning and he was great and very patient with my clients, helping them decide the best solution from the many options he offered. They ended up winterizing the house and now my clients can rest easy not worrying about pipes freezing in their vacant house. Anthony was very efficient and documented every step of the process for my clients to help them understand what was done. Great communication and a pleasure to work with.

Very pleased at this time.After initial install there were two issues that I was not pleased with. Emailed sales rep with photos and concerns. Waited a month with out any feedback. After second month I called company and was connected with Anne. Expressed my concerns. Had call back within 2 hours and told workers would be out within the week. Before and after photos.

I just had 2 Custom Comfort Mini Splits installed by Addario’s Services. It was an amazing experience. Starting with Josh S. Comfort Adviser who explained all I needed to know about the Mass Save program. The installer’s Mat, AJ, Anthony C., Jay, Shawn and Joey worked diligently to complete the job in the amount of time promised. Even though the rain showers. I would highly recommend this business to others. Customer service was #1. I couldn’t be happier with my results.

John is an excellent plumber and worked out a really difficult problem on old plumbing. The new shower plumbing looks great. The new toilet is securely placed. He laid down protective cloth on the floor and cleaned up well. What a pleasure to work with him and Brandon. Addarios is always so responsive when I need them with great staff!

Cold calling HVAC companies is difficult because you dont know who to trust. During my first phone call to Addarios the gentlemen who answered the phone spent a few moments walking me through a series of possible easy fixes. A few hours later I found the switch he was talking about that I wasnt even aware existed. It was in the down position. I flipped it on. The heat came on! Nevertheless, I kept the appointment since my furnace hadnt been looked at for a few years. The tech, Anthony, came the next day. Nice guy, respectful, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, didnt try to panic me. He was a pleasure to do business with. Final note, the guy on the phone when I first called Addarios sold me. He tried to do the easy fix with me first to save me money - who cant trust that!

My 10 year old boiler and hot water system have not been working properly for about 5 years. My house was freezing cold in the winter months and hot water would run out quickly and not be hot again for hours. I needed space heaters to help. I had another company come out multiple times to just tell me my system is working fine and my house was just too drafty. So I had every window in my house replaced. Went another winter, and still had the same issue. At that point, I thought there was nothing I could do.By chance, I saw an Addario’s booth at a local fair and decided to set up a consultation for a new water heater. I was still thinking there was nothing I could do about my heating problem and I was able to curb the issue with space heaters. There was nothing I could do for hot water. Josh S. and team arrived and was pleasant to talk to and inquisitive about my situation. Instead of selling me something I didn’t need, he snapped some photos of my system and set up an appointment with the heating team.The next day, Brian and Jay came to assess my situation. Brian found an issue and went through some options. They could have started that day but I wasn’t available. They were both very knowledgable and nice to work with.The next day, Anthony G. and team came to do the repair. They ran into many hurdles to get this complex issue resolved. They tracked down parts and troubleshot the entire day to get the job done. They were knowledgable and great to work with, even after such a long and hard day.Addario’s team went above and beyond, was exceptional, and I am so happy I chose them for my job. My heating and hot water seem to be working fine now. Without a doubt, I recommend Addario’s.

100% recommend Addarios! My newish gas heater stopped working during a very cold week in December 2024. I thought that I would have to wait for technical help because many others had no heat, while I was OK in my bedroom using a space heater. Surprisingly, an Addarios dispatcher scheduled Cam to come 1 day later, on a Saturday morning. Cam got the heater working very quickly, but being determined to discover why it had malfunctioned, he worked for more than an hour and succeeded. Cam also completed installing the ecobee smart thermostat program for me. Above and beyond service!

Addario’s was extremely responsive and was able to do my work within a day of contacting them. I respect that smaller operations are booked far in advance, but Addario’s has enough fleet to respond to more jobs and was therefore more useful to me. I did genuinely try to give the job to some neighborhood plumbers, but they simply weren’t available. So I went with the bigger company and, sure enough, I got the services I needed in a timely manner. I might have gotten a discount or a better price from a smaller operation, but I got what I needed and sometimes you just have to pay the piper. The guys were very professional, courteous, and conversational, and did a very thorough, tidy, and efficient job in my home. Thanks!

My wife and I recently decided it was time to upgrade our 35+ year old boiler and 15+ year old central AC units. We werent able to consistently keep the house at a desirable temperature during the summer or winter, and we were paying sky-high utility bills for the privilege.We were introduced to Addarios at a home tradeshow a few years ago. We were impressed by the person we spoke with, and took their card. We had previously worked with other HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical companies in the area and had not been impressed. So when it came time to think about upgrading our major systems, Addarios was the first company we called.From the start, our installation consultant Andy was great. He was very knowledgeable about all of our current systems, their ages, and how they compared to modern offerings. There was zero pressure through the consultation process, and he made it easy to discuss potential installation packages to help us achieve the desired comfort level for our home. We ended up going with two major system overhauls - converting our gas boiler and domestic hot water heater into a real-time combination heating unit, and installing a new central HVAC system.We had 3 different teams working on the project - plumbing & heating, HVAC, and electrical. All were exceptionally professional, friendly, and did very high quality work. I have to give a big shout out to Raul, Anthony, and Arty (plumbing & heating), Hank and Pierce (HVAC), and George (Electical). They each took the time to talk to me about what they were going to do and why, and ensured I understood what was happening every step of the way.The final product was extremely clean and tidy (see pictures), and they stuck around to ensure some minor issues were taken care of (e.g., securing some of our ducts with braces because the increased air pressure of the new system caused them to buckle in/out when the system turned on and off). Multiple team members gave me their cards and told me to call them if there were any problems after installation was complete and they would ensure I was taken care of. I cant praise these guys enough - they are the gold standard you hope for but rarely get (and Ive been around the block with other installation teams).There were some scheduling challenges with the job and some deadlines were pushed from what we originally planned, which was frustrating. But a companys true colors show when something isnt going smoothly, and Addarios office team was always courteous and responsive, even after hours. Once they reset expectations for timing, they ensured everything stayed on track and the rest of the job went very smoothly.With our installation completed a week ago and the summer temperatures starting to hit the 90s, our home is a comfortable 69 degrees with 50% humidity at all times. Our hot water is endless, and the water in our sinks / showers get piping hot in less than 10 seconds. Were extremely happy with the final result, and would highly recommend Addarios to anyone looking for internal home improvement work.

We had an accident in our driveway that knocked the meter off the house. My husband and I were both rushed to the hospital when we came home on Friday morning we had no heat no hot water no stove .this morning.National Grid came out after I had explained the whole thing and when they got here, they said oops you need a plumber first, we called Addarios and it’s a Saturday remember and they were here by 3 PM and did all they were supposed to do and then they called the city inspector and waited for several hours until he arrived here and inspected everything . so now we have the necessary certificate to get National grid out here to actually turn on the gas,.I couldn’t be happier with the Addarios. They responded to my needs immediately. I thought I’d have to wait until Monday to get an inspector but apparently Addarios’s has so many connections with the inspection department that they were able to send someone immediately so this is a five star company. National Grid is coming tomorrow to actually turn on the gas

Addario’s offer professional, comprehensive home maintenance service, with great communication and timely attention to detail. We signed up for their yearly service contract last year, which was an excellent investment.Recently, we needed a plumber to come through. Anthony was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with affordable solutions to multiple points of corrosion in the pipes going into our water tank, as well as recommending that we get our well water tested. He said that adding filtration—which we had never considered—should make the water safe enough to drink. Since moving in four years ago, we have been buying our own drinking water, so that will save us money in the long run—not to mention increase the overall safety of the water that we use on a daily basis for everything else.We highly recommend the professional services that Addario’s offers.

He walked me thru everything he was going to do. He also went to to home depot and got the right kind of disposal that was needed. Then when the installation was done...PLOT TWIST...my faucet was broken...I didnt know it! This didnt phase Anthony G......he lept into action and we went to Home Depot together and he helped me pick out a nice new faucet! He installed that and then gave me a recap of everything and gave me instructions on how to use the new disposal properly. Top notch attention and professionalism. You cant lose with Addario and their team of talented staff! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

We contacted Addarios, and I am delighted we did. Their plumber, Joseph, was promptly on time – and called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was well-dressed, polite, friendly, well-spoken and quite knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to have in the house ! He made a good call on using a by-pass as the point of entry for his snake. (In the past, I have used another plumber who did not display such wisdom, and damaged the trap and unions.) He restored our drain at a reasonable price - and left the kitchen area neat and clean. Our central AC died at the start of the heat wave. Addarios came out the next day, and recommended replacing with a Heat Pump. Not only did they walk us through how to navigate the Mass Save Heat Loan program, they gave us temporary portable AC units to hold us over until the new system was installed. Anthony G. found a problem with our new heating system (less than 7 years) that was not found during routine maintenance. Anthony was wonderfully calm when the neighbor in our duplex did not answer the door while three professionals were waiting to finish the installation and needed access to their basement because thats where my gas meter resides. Now that the efficient gas burner is installed and keeping us warm, I see so many improvements over the old system. Everything is clear and secure, whereas the old burner had been installed as cheaply as possible and behaved cheaply and looked corroded. We were told that our steam oil burner had a crack during our yearly maintenance and we took it as an opportunity to explore a bunch of different options with a bunch of different service companies. We met with Anthony from Addarios and his trainee within the first week and he set the bar extremely high when dealing with other local sales and estimators that we brought in following. He was respectful of our time, home and most importantly our situation. Having your boiler break right before the cold weather starts is nerve racking with two little kids at home. He took that into consideration and communicated that to their entire team and extremely considerate. When we decided to convert from oil to natural gas the process was a well-oiled machine top to bottom. Their entire team behind the scenes Debbie, Dj, Joseph all helped us with planning and organizing the work. Artie and his team who completed the install in under 48 hours had our heat back up earlier than expected and were also respectful of our home and communicative through the process. We will absolutely be reaching out to them in the future for more home service work. Highly Recommend.

Called last minute and was lucky enough to get guys to come out the same day to fix a leaky shut-off valve and help me pull out the dishwasher, which is needed for the haul away. Prior to that, it was empty buckets every hour or shut off all the waters in the house. They were reasonable, knew their stuff, did nice work. Went the extra mile to set me up for success when the new appliances arrive. Would use again.

Addarios Services did a great job installing a new high efficiency combo boiler in our home. After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day. For the day we were without heat, they brought in plenty of space heaters to make us comfortable for that night. When the installation was complete, the installation technicians took lots of time to explain the operation of the new system, and to answer any questions I had. The system is working great and there have been no problems with it.

If you are looking for a Quality and Professional Plumber at a Fair and good price, read this. I have used Addario Plumbing services for the last 6 year now and from the professional staff personal in the office who help answer any questions and help schedule appointments are so wonderful, and the service technician are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and the quality of workmanship that they do. I never had to call them back for any work they had done. They will also give you several options if it a repair or instillation so you can decide whats best for you along with a price. I am in the process of using them to replace my worn out a/c units. We sat down with Anthony from Addario Plumbing who helped us with our decision making on whats the best way to deal with our A/C replacement. It was nice to have someone who was not there to pressure you in your decision making.

They listened and were responsive to our request it was a 2 day job on the 2nd day they stayed until the unit was cooling. The 3 person team worked very well together! We do need them back at later date to hook up the heater that had to be temporarily shut down.

Jeff and his helper Fisher came to install a part on our gas furnace that had been ordered. It was a very difficult and intricate repair but Jeff worked extremely hard to complete the job and got our furnace pilot installed and working. Addarios is a very responsive and dependable company.
