My recent experience with Home Serve was truly exceptional. I had a small amount of water on the basement floor near the water heater. I felt lucky to get a same- day appointment. The technician arrived promptly, and he was personable, respectful, and professional. He replaced a leaking older circulator pump. He also evaluated the rest of my furnace just to make sure I would be good for this winter season. Everything was left neatly done. I thanked him and expressed how I felt so appreciative .

Home-serve customer for 2 years Ive had a plumbing issue actually several plumbing issues that were resolved Ive had electrical issues which they have resolved it is worth having this insurance homeowners . knowing something is always going break down and we dont always have the money to repair it this is definitely a service you would want to covering the most expensive investment we have is our home. From my 5pm phone call speaking with the service agent to and including the repair person that attended to my heating furnace, I felt like Home Serve was very engaged in my issues. The appointment was made within minutes for the next morning and the technician called that morning within the parameter of my 4 hour appointment window and insured me he would arrive within 1/2 an hour and he did. He attended to the issues with my furnace and answered all my questions regarding the furnace as to make sure I did my part to insure my furnace would be worry free for at least this current heating season into April of 2025. P.S. my appointment was the morning of Thankgiving and the serviceman said to me when I confronted him with that fact, he said....its just another work day for Home Serve and I (he, that is) happened to land on the holiday cycle of the scheduling.

We had a maitainace call on our furnace and there turned out to be a problem and we had to have the heat shut off for a day until the tech could get here . When he came he introduced himself as Wayne and I myself Avis and Brian . Wayne came in and went to the basement we had a conversation and he was just so helpful just a really nice guy who understood our need to try to have the heat back on asap . He was able to explain everything and stated we would need to replace the furnace soon . With that understood he also got us on our feet temporarily so that we can comfortably decide on our finances . Long story short Wayne presented as a regular guy who understand regular people which was to us invaluable ..

I’ve had this service since 2019. Usually just annual cleaning . Again this year, too. Seamless. Until my system wouldn’t turn on . So, I called after cleaning this year, and SP found that a new electrical panel was needed. DONE!! In 1 hour!SWEET. Worth it’s weight in Gold, right now!!

I consider myself lucky to be a HomeServe customer. When there is a problem with my heating/cooling, help is just a phone call away. They can always find a quick appointment to send someone to look at the problem and fix it, and if repair parts are needed to be ordered, they are always ordered as quickly as possible and, they always schedule the next soonest appointment to finish the repair with the ordered parts. There is no question asked for covered repairs and everything is handled perfectly.It gives me peace of mind, no need to call different repair companies to try to find someone, and very often, these companies charge a fee even just after a quick look at the problem and give me an estimate, and many times, the quotes are inflated, some are even dishonest.A big thank you to HomeServe from a very satisfactory customer.

I have used home serve for my home heating system, gas burner forced hot water radiators, for many years and found their service to be excellent. over the years i have had them come out for service 7 times and each time they fixed the issue at no cost to me. included in the contract is a free yearly tuneup service. for a plumber to come out and do that would be a couple of hundred dollars which is a bit less than my 1 year cost with home serve. i even use them for my 4 unit building with 4 heating systems. and you can cancel anytime. If you expect them to cover some of the most costly parts in a heating system they do not but then again that is usually a major problem with your heating system
