    Fantastic experience with Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air from start to finish. We just bought a house in the middle of summer with no AC. Tanya and Lindsey were super sweet and helped us schedule, reschedule, and reschedule an appointment while we were busy moving. Jeremy came in and helped me understand the process and explained everything in such a simple way that it was like talking to a buddy. The price was so good, I ended up asking to get my 40 year old furnace replaced too. My last thank you is to the two gentlemen who came out to install everything. Kaleb and Aaron completed a masterpiece. They were so kind and professional. They listened to all of my questions and explained anything I didnt know. Again, absolutely beautiful work. Take a look for yourself.I have been told my entire life that you can have only 2 of 3: good quality, good price, done fast.     What an outstanding local business! Customer service and interaction with the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Responsiveness, both to examine my water heater issues and to replace the unit, was within 24 hours.     Iā€™m value shopper. Doesnā€™t have to be the cheapest, but I have to see the value. And I ask tons of questions because I want to know! Polar Bear gave me the biggest bang for my buck in terms of equipment. Their people are pleasant to work with and they are super responsive when I had questions during my comparison to the competition. Their installers were also pleasant to work with and always put booties on when inside my home. They answered all my questions as they worked (I want to know what theyā€™re doing and how things work). And when Iā€™ve had questions after install theyā€™ve continued to be super responsive. At this point I really have nothing but good things to say about Polar Bear.

    We had a leak in our laundry room. Our technicians with Polar Bear came out twice (the first time they couldnā€™t locate the leak) and stayed over an hour both times running the washer through a cycle and assessing the leak. They were kind, respectful, and thorough, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

    Our old water tank failed right at the New Yearā€™s holiday. I called first thing in the morning and the staff was amazing. I knew this was my emergency and not theirs, but they sent somebody out right away to give me a quote and answer all of my questions about the different options available. I went with the tankless option and was back up and running the next day. Everybody I dealt with was amazing and the work was top-notch. The price was hands down more than fair and they have earned another loyal customer!

    We had a large leak under the sink where the builder had failed to properly attach a piece of PVC pipe rendering the sink and dishwasher unusable. I called Sunday night and asked if a plumber could come fix the problem the next day and Polar Bear Plumbing sent a field tech and then their master plumber. The problem was completely fixed by mid afternoon Monday. Every employee I had contact with was professional, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this local Windsor company for their integrity and expertise. I could not be happier. The price was right too!!

    Got scheduled quickly when I called in. Steve came out and was timely, friendly, and provided a reasonable quote. Quickly went to pick up materials, and had the issue fixed in less than two hours. No up sells or salesmen like Lion Home does, will be sticking with Polar Bear from now on.

    I had Polar Bear replace my water heater. They gave me the options (no pressure) and I opted for a straight replacement. They sourced the right unit so as not to need to make any changes, installed it in 2 hours, hauled the old one away and left everything spotless. Andrew installed it and he was professional and personable and knew what he was talking about. The bill ended up being very close to the estimate. Ill definitely use them again if the need arises.

    I cant say enough about Polar Bear, they are now the first people I call every time I am in need of any plumbing, heating or A/C work. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In the middle of being under contract for a house sale, they came to my rescue with accommodating my hurried schedule to get work done before closing, everyone involved in the house sale applauds them for their speedy work as well!     David was really good and professional. He explained everything and checked plumbing for our entire home for any leaks or if it is done as per expectations. He checked our air filters and changed them as well. Helped with increasing our water pressure as well. Overall a very good experience.

    This was my first time calling Polar Bear and Iā€™ll definitely be calling them first in the future! Mike was super friendly and transparent with what he was checking. On top of getting our heat running, I really appreciate him answering my questions.Iā€™m SO glad I called them for a second look. Another company spent half the time with us the day prior, quoted us $900 for a fix that wasnā€™t even necessary, and their fee for a service call was more than twice what Polar Bear charged me.

    Everyone at Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air was amazing to work with. Their team showed great communication, compassion about our issue, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Before using Polar Bear, we had our new AC unit go out that was purchased through a different local contractor. Unfortunately, the contractor we hired could not get it to function properly which caused us to have no AC for almost two weeks while taking care of our newborn and three dogs during the hottest point of the summer. I called Polar bear and they were able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, and resolve it by the following morning. I would recommend them over and over again hands down. I canā€™t thank them enough for helping us out during this difficult time and we will always use them in the future. Donā€™t bother searching other companies, this family owned business will be the best service you find!

    Huge shout-out to Polar Bear Heating and Air! We went away for the weekend and came back to our house being 84 degrees in the dead of summer. David came out to the house, he explained everything thoroughly and submitted different options to replace the water heater.
