    Hi, just wanted to thank the owner of the company. I had 3 call a head to request oil but the Secartary forgot!So I called late night to let him know,I was surprised he responded right away and he insisted to come to deliver the oil so the family not sleeping without heat!He came at 12:20Am deliver oil and started the burner too.Really wasn’t expecting that which I had bad experience with other companies!Just wanted to share the quality company with all respect to people and family.Highly recommended.Thank youHany

    As customers of Top Tier for the past year for fuel oil deliveries , we have been very pleased with their prompt service ease of placing orders, and pleasant staff. This month we contacted Top Tier for an emergency second opinion when our HVAC company of many yrs told us we needed a new furnace since they couldnt correct a problem that occurred shortly after their annual cleaning. This left us with no heat or hot water in Nov. Although it was the end of their work day, two men from Top Tier arrived within half an hour of my call and repaired the furnace. Needless to say, Top Tier is now our new HVAC company!

    Terrald from Top Tier Fuel serviced and repaired my home central air conditioning system. He did so on a very hot day and worked diligently to ensure that our system was up and running. The initial appointment was also scheduled in a timely manner. I highly recommend the services of Top Tier Fuel.

    First time customer with Top Tier Fuel and the way my fill up went so smoothly seemed unreal. From the first call to a very pleasant receptionist to my tank being filled in less than 24 hours. That’s what I call service. They didn’t try to sell me a month to month contract and their fuel prices are LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! Definitely going to be a permanent customer. All of their five star ratings are definitely real.

    The people for this company are the best you’ll find. I called early morning because I realized I had no oil. I needed an emergency oil delivery. Scott immediately squeezed me in to his delivery route and Delivered my oil quickly and despite his best efforts I found out that he still needed to come back to light my pilot. The lady I spoke with on the phone about this was so kind and pleasant she told Scott he needed to come back to get this done for me and there was absolutely no push back. They didn’t have an attitude nor did they make me feel judged. And the price to come back was the fairest I’ve had. Great company, great people and they made a long term customer 💜

    First time customer looking for a fill before winter hits. Called a few places to price shop but Top Tier had the daily prices right on there site. They happened to also have the best price at this time. So I called and spoke directly with the owner who took the time out of his day servicing, to set me up for a fill up the next day. Even warned me about the recent spikes in fuel costs before I gave them the go ahead. Was topped off this morning as promised. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt filling, the phone interaction, and the ease of purchasing. (No pushy upselling service contracts like other companies I called.)Will definitely use top tier again!

    I needed my boiler to be serviced and working with top tier Fuel and Scott was a very good experience! I set up the appointment online, he called to confirm the time, and when a issue arised he was flexible with the reschedule. On the day of the appointment he showed up right on time, Scott was friendly, professional and thorough in tuning up my boiler and replacing the oil tank filter. The price was reasonable especially considering Im not a regular customer of theirs for buying oil. Although now I will be shopping them for my next delivery!

    Furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving. Initially thought I had run out of fuel, sent his son same day to fill me up. (Black Friday) Turned out that wasnt it, I needed service. Owner came out that same day (I called him at about 3 pm) and had me back in business within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

    We noticed a several pinhole leaks on the underside of our oil tank this past weekend. We reached out the same day and recieved a phone call back and able to schedule an appointment first thing Monday morning. He explained that the tank removal was an emergency and the process that it entailed. He set up a time the next day for the swap out, he and his partner arrived as scheduled and worked quickly on the replacement even with the siding job we had going on outside at the same time. They were knowledgable, professional, fairly priced even not as member, overall great to work with and a good experience with them. We will continue to work with them for any future work and maintenance we may need.

    This was my first time using this company, it will not be the last. Not only is Top Tier Fuels home heating oil pricing very competitive but their communication is phenomenal. I got emails and texts confirming the order, setting the date and time and reminders sent. My appointment was scheduled for 930am and the driver was in front of my home at 9:20. Top notch - Do not hesitate to schedule YOUR home heating oil delivery with these folks. Highly recommend

    I needed same day service for my oil burner. No heat. After calling the a few companies. No one could come out same day. Another told me they could service me bc I didn’t use them for oil service. I googled companies and came across Top Tier Fuel. Scott came out the same day, on time and ran basic service on my unit before he started changing parleys as I experience before. He was honest, I felt very comfortable with him. Friendly, and felt the price of his service was reasonable. Would use this company in the future. Highly recommend. My oil burner is working, I have heat.

    Top Tier always has very competitive pricing. I have been using them for years. Last fill I was quoted 3.83/gallon. The price must have dropped when they got their fill and rather than keep the extra money they crossed out their quote and charged 3.77/gallon og their own accord. That speaks volumes to me in this day and age.
