    Honest, Kind, and Caring. If you need a plumber call these guys.The woman over the phone i believe her name was Maria was very kind, direct and helpful. The team that came out (Weston and Kyle) were polite, friendly and took the time educate me on some ways I could better maintain my homes plumbing.They were able to arrive early, called ahead to notify us as such, and when they arrived got right to work diagnosing our issue. They were open and upfront about prices and what my different options were to solve the problem. I elected to snake the drain and they went to work.Ultimately they found that the issue was solved without needing to snake it and thusly we were only charged for a diagnostic fee and the service fee, saving us nearly two thirds of what the expected cost was.My thanks to Weston and Kyle and Maria youre all amazing representatives of your company.

    I cant say enough about how pleased I am with this company! We had a tub removed and a new one installed. They scheduled us in a very timely manner, showed up on time, were very polite and professional as well as easy to talk to. We had very minor issues after and they scheduled us asap in a very timely manner, showed up when promised, went over our issues very thoroughly and completely and were extremely satisfied with every contact weve had with this company! And they also cleaned up extremely well, No mess left behind! I would highly recommend this company for any work you need!!

    Any world where it is very hard to find reliable and trustworthy contractors I have to take a minute to recognize Joe and his team at Joe the Plumber. Christmas Eve and his crew was here on time got the job done on budget. from the first interaction with their website through the conversation with dispatch and each of the professionals that have showed up at our home over the last two days to deal with this nightmare the experience has been above and beyond what we would have expected. The communication and their systems are impressive. I could not recommend Joe and his company more. Merry Christmas guys

    Had a root in my sewer drain causing back up in the basement. Contacted Joe the Plumber and they were able to come and put a camera down the line. They saw a blockage so I okd them to do a dig. Few days later they made necessary arrangements (to get town to give location of lines) then proceed with digging up the problem. Replaced the problem section of the drain pipe all with in a few days of first contacting them. With a pregnant wife stressing about the whole situation, Weston, Dillon and Xavier were first class during the whole process. Thanks Willy for getting me in!! Yall the best!!! ”

    So amazing… my hot water heater broke this morning. Wayne came over a few hours later and replaced the water heater. His older brother came by to help. Great guys…so nice and courteous. Within an hour and half, everything was done and hit water back on. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber!!!

    We had a half bathroom installed. William was our technician. He was on time and very polite. He was very thoughtful of the placement of the piping that needed to be installed through our kitchen. He was able to make minor adjustments to ensure our needs were met. There was another tech that worked with William and I have forgotten his name but he was also very polite and helpful. They made a great team. We highly recommend Joe the plumber and we will use them again for all of our plumbing needs.

    To make a long story short, we hired Joe the plumber to perform a simple preventative maintenance job that we just didnt have time to do. They told me in advance that they have a charge just to dispatch their employees to our home. I understand that as I realize that they have to pay their employees, and no one should work for free. When they arrived at our home the 2 employees were courteous and professional. I escorted them to my water heater where they were to perform the job. After a few minutes these employees notified me that they could not perform their job because the water heater, which is new as a of a few years ago, was a different style than the one that I had for years. The old one needed this preventative maintenance, and I assumed the new one also needed it, however the new one didnt even have the part that I thought need to be replaced. I paid the dispatch fee and chalked it up to my ignorance and had no animosity towards Joe the Plumber or its employees. The employees were gone no more than a few minutes when I think i received an email and a text from the company. I ignored both because I was not thrilled that I just paid the dispatch fee for essentially nothing, but I could not really blame anyone but myself. I then received a phone call from the office because they were not going to give up until they spoke with me. I told them how I felt and that I did not blame them. Their answer within seconds was to credit my card the dispatch fee in full. I stated that we should split the fee but they credited me in full anyway.I would absolutely call them again and I am thinking of signing up with them for their Diamond Club warrantee program.

    The whole project from the first phone call went very well. The scheduling department was friendly and efficient. I received an email confirming my appointment. I got a call from the installation tech one hour prior to my appointment and he showed up on time. The work was done in a reasonable time and very efficiently. The area where he was working was clean and swept up. The billing department was timely in getting my bill and there were no charges assessed that were not on the quote.

    Excellent experience all around! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful and courteous and provided a reasonable quote for the services needed. The gentleman who came and did the work arrived the very next day; he was also friendly and courteous, did the work quickly, and the cost came in under the quote. He did it well too, as the work has held up and we have had no problems since. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them again next time we need a plumber.

    Xavier looked like an apprentice, I thought the veteran guy’s name was Wayne I might be wrong. Professional, personable, on-time, kept me in the loop. Really not sure if I got a good value, seemed like a lot but beat other quotes marginally. Quality appears excellent, time will tell. There’s a slight flex to the shower pan but mortar hasn’t set yet. Seems like they run a good business, would recommend.

Dazhaun was super friendly and had the work done very quickly (replacing aged pipes under kitchen sink and putting in new faucet which had to be switched from metal to PVC because of rust/leakage). I will definitely use them again.

    On a Sunday evening our water pump and tank failed. There was no water in the house. We called, and Kyle arrived shortly after lunch on Monday afternoon and quickly checked the whole system for us. Kyle was able to get a new Jet Water Pump and Water Tank through a Manchester suppler, and installed both for us. This included all connecting pipes, shut off valves, and duplicate pressure gauges in the system. He then did a thorough check out of the working system, and stayed until after 6:00 PM to assure all was working properly. This was expensive compared to trying to get each item indivually, but the total system (parts and labor) were much appreciated. Kyle was knowlegable and friendly in working through the whole project.

    Setting up my appointment was easy. They were on time with great communication the whole time. They fixed the problem without a hitch at a very fair price. Perfect service.     We had a couple issues in our house that had been lingering until one of our plumbing appliances stopped working. They sent Gary out timely and he was incredible.     Had a plumbing issue at work with a toilet overflowing and running. Called Joe the Plumber in S. Windsor (made sense since theyre literally a block away from my office) at around 10am and they were able to come out that same day around 3pm and snake and camera the line. Come to find out we had a broken pipe. Once the quote was approved by our landlord they were able to schedule and perform the needed and extensive repairs very quickly. They were very transparent in the diagnosis, scope of work and quote - final invoice did not deviate from the quoted repairs at all. Their crew left the jobsite clean, the workers are very friendly, professional and informative. I will recommend their services to others and use them in the future for business and residential plumbing issues. Bottom line, they were fast, honest and youre not going to get ripped off.

    10pm, water gushing out from the boiler...the next morning 10am, Joe the Plumber came and replaced the boiler. In my experience, that is a pretty fast service. The guys were nice and respectful. Two guys showed up, a third one delivered the boiler, and they were done in no time. They also vacuumed all the water from broken boiler. Price wise, can not speak on that, since not sure how much would have other people charged us. Highly recommend these guys.

    Omg ... What fabulous service. My boyfriend is the Operations Manager for Telefunken Elektroakustik in South Windsor and has been using Joe the Plumber for a while now for work. Never imagined we would have a problem in our home until today. Woke up to water in our basement and water spewing from a pipe more than 100 years old. Called this morning to see if someone could come out today. Was told they would be out between 4 and 5pm. No issue. Got a call a few hours later asking if they could come on out! That never happens! That was the first inclination things were going to be okay. And then, what thorough service. These guys are great. Prompt, Polite, and Professional. We arent even finished yet because we have to replace lots of pipes, but I can tell you, they will be coming back to finish this job. I refuse to call anyone else and will definitely be recommending to anyone. This proves there are still good, honest businesses around. 5 stars for sure!!!

    Since returning to home ownership there has been only one Plumbing service in my house - Joe The Plumber in South Windsor. I have had THE Joe and also Gary perform various plumbing jobs for me. Only moments ago Gary arrived on time, quoted price, explained the procedure, left to get what he needed, performed the job, cleaned up as if he wasnt here, and showed me how things worked and what options I had moving forward. Considerate, professional, easy going - in and out. So from a new water heater to a new one-handled shower install (including neatly cutting through sheetrock) I couldnt be happier with service! Thanks Gary and Joe!Review One: Ok two jobs under my belt so here goes - 1. when many other companies dont read their online request form (why have them), call back late or never called back, Joe The Plumber of South Windsor responds first time every time; 2. NO B.S. - straight and to the point, heres the problem, heres the choices, heres the cost (with no surprises) and here is when it can be done. 3. Cost - on point, AND NO surprises, no diagnostic charges, no appointment to check things out, then an appointment days later to do the job. 4. Job 1, hot water heater - removed old, installed new on the same day as call, Job 2 old shower diverter broke no way to shower - saved me hundreds of $$ by hunting down an out-of-production part (as in not made anymore) and installing ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED able to To Shower! and both times Willie gave me the Real Joe the plumber!

    Though Ive tackled similar projects in the past with ease, I was at a loss for how to install under the counter kitchen draining in such a tight space. So I called Joe the Plumber and the technician came out and did and excellent job... and to a degree that I could NEVER have done. And the price? More than fair.They are now my go-to Plumbers.

    Joe the Plumber’s (JTP) services were beyond comparison. I give him my highest recommendation. I had a complex problem with pipes and drains under the concrete slab beneath my kitchen that required multiple days of work. JTP’s plumbers were professional, meticulous and tidy throughout the entire process. Joe personally went out of his way to keep me informed every step of the way. He even went to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure I got the claim reimbursement I was entitled to! If you have a plumbing issue big or small Joe the Plumber is the plumber to call!
