We recently had Jeff and his team replace our 50-year-old gas furnace, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jeff came over to walk us through all the options in detail, offering his expert suggestions. The quote he provided was not only the most competitive but also very clear and detailed.Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to his wife Tiffany in the office, who was so pleasant and easy to work with. The team that came to install the new furnace was efficient, reliable, and professional. They checked everything thoroughly, disposed of the old unit responsibly, and took the time to explain how the new system works.It’s also a bonus that this is a local, family-owned business—so happy to support them. Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided it didn’t want to hold water anymore and leaked into our basement. I made one call to Nunes who came out and replaced our old gas power vented tank with a tankless system. The install went smoothly and aside from the new heater and extra space in the basement you’d never know they were at the house. Nunes is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them enough.

I contacted Nunes to get a quote and availability on a water heater that we had for almost 16 years. Jeff was very prompt and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the newest water heater technology and that what he would install would be just as good as what I had. The price was reasonable and he and Albert did a great job and fixed the expansion valve at the same time. Jeff found insulation was actually blocking the original vent pipe and once removed vastly improved the venting - thank you Jeff!

What a great family run and owned company! We had an issue with our outside faucet, called them on a Thursday, Tiffany called me back within the hour and scheduled to be on site the following Monday.Albert showed up with an apprentice, took a look at the issue and not only fixed the faucet but also replaced the one in the back, and installed 2 shutoff valves in our basement where has been leaking unbeknownst to us. Job was wrapped up in less than an hour. During these times of COVID, both guys had masks on and were mindful of social distancing with us.Everyone we interacted with was professional, funny and good natured.Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
