    I chose Colony Plumbing to install my water softener system, neutralizer and replace about 50’ of copper pipe to Pex because they have good reviews and I liked that he was local in South Windsor. He did a great job cleaning up after himself and his work is beautiful. He spent a lot of time paying attention to the details and making my new system perfect. He went above and beyond what a large company would and I appreciate his time spent here.

    Colony Plumbing has been the best gift of the Christmas season! After waking up to a major kitchen sink leak the morning after Christmas, I received superior service from Scott. He responded so quickly, and took care to explain the issues as he promptly solved all the problems related to the leak. He is a total pro who treated me respectfully and kept the price affordable. I recommend Colony Plumbing most highly.

    After having plumbing problems for years I finally had enough. I called colony plumbing and within the hour Scott was at my door to fix a leak. The second time was the shower head broke off in my hand. Scott installed a whole new shower system and patched the hole in the wall he had to create to get at the pipes. He explained in detail why the well water was deteriorating the copper pipes. Last week he cut out and replaced the copper and installed a filtration system. I thank Scott for his reasonable rates, honesty and professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

    Scott Antosik is an amazing plumber and worker. He does an excellent job completing his work and he goes the extra distance with making sure everything is done at the highest level. At the end of the day, Scott always leaves the work area picked up, organized, and very clean. If I were to rate Scott on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give him a 10+. My family is so pleased with the work that he did on remodeling 2 bathrooms and we are so grateful for a job so well done!

    We called Colony on Saturday morning. Scott the owner answered right away and was able to come that day. My husband had noticed a wet spot on the wall and it was getting soft. Scott came around 1p found the issue, and he had it completed and fixed the same day. the same day. He was very nice, knowledgeable, quick service and very clean work.Price was very fair for what he did. I would highly recommend Colony Plumbing.

    I discovered this morning I needed a hot water tank & was referred to Colony Plumbing by another business I use. I called Scott & he came over within the hour quoted me a reasonable price and moved up an appointment he was due to go to to take care of my emergency need. Scott is friendly & very knowledgeable with over 30 years experience. I would highly recommend him because he does quality work!

    We called Scott for an emergency on the coldest day of the year and a Saturday at that and he was at our house within 20 minutes of the call. He resolved our heating issue in less than an hour and did not charge us an arm & a leg like a big company would have. He was polite and even talked to us for a little while about how he got started.A week later my mom used him for an issue at her house.Highly recommend Scott.

    I was looking for a solution for my hard water and came across Scott who was familiar with the equipment I wanted. He and his daughter did a fantastic job of testing my water and doing the research to get the very best solution for my situation. He even came out on a holiday to make some adjustments to ensure we were satisfied. Scott is a trustworthy person, does what he says and stands behind his work. Highly recommend him for any job, big or small.

    I called Colony in an emergency when my furnace stopped working in the really cold weather and they came out right away, even though it was after 4pm. Scott diagnosed the problem, found the part in Hartford, ran into Hartford to pick it up and came back and installed the new part. The furnace works great again. I have used Colony Plumbing for a while and they have always gone above-and-beyond to get the job done. His apprentice, Sarah was also with him and she was helpful in getting the job done quickly.Colony Plumbing is my #1 plumbing/Heating company.

    Best Plumber in CT. I called this guy and he came out the next day to fix my well pump and put in a sediment filter. The new pump works great and he set the water pressure. The water tastes much better as well(pun intended). He also gave a fare price unlike most plumbers who overcharge or want top price and theyve only been in the business 1-2 years. Experience is everything. He does clean work and cares about what it looks like and makes sure all pipes are secure. 5 stars to this hard worker. 2/4/2020

    Simply amazing. In a day when many companies SAY that they care and put the customer first? Colony Plumbing walks their talk. My boiler wasnt acting right and there wasnt any heat in our house - and we have two young children. I called two other major family business local companies, at 9am in the morning, one of which had serviced our house in the past.....including delivering oil to us on more than one occasion. Unfortunately for us, even in this emergency situation, I was told by the first family business, that someone would get back to me that day, as they had many appointments already... (they didnt get back to me until the next day in the afternoon????) The second company said they also were too busy, and this is the company that we had our oil delivered from, but that they could refer ANOTHER company to us. I called that company, only to be told that THEY were too busy but theyd try and would give us a call back - which hasnt happened at the time of this writing. Well....I didnt know what to do. I let Colony Plumbing know my situation and Scott (the owner) and his daughter Sarah, came RIGHT OUT to our home. They not only got our boiler going again but told us what caused the problem and how to correct it going forward. Two hours later Scott called me, to check in to make sure that our heat was going and to ensure that our house was warming up. Now ALL of THAT is making sure that a customer is completely satisfied, and taken care of - as if we were his own family. I cant recommend Colony enough, especially as a sales person myself. I will only be using Colony in the future for my familys plumbing and heating needs. The ONLY negative? Is that THEY dont deliver oil (smile)! Thanks Colony!

    My heat stopped working on the coldest day in 5 years. Scott answered my call before 8 in the morning on a Saturday. He was there within an hour and got the heat working even though parts were hard to get. He even fixed a safety issue that I was not aware of.

    Scott, the owner, literally saved our thanksgiving by performing a complicated installation of a new range/oven just three days before the holiday. The install required a very experienced plumber since it was being hooked up to propane gas. The existing gas hookup was done incorrectly (not good when your dealing with something combustible) and Scott had the experience and professionalism to do it by the book. Bottom line, he spent the time to do it right and was available almost immediately knowing our situation with family coming over three days later for thanksgiving. His card is on our fridge as he is our new go-to plumber. You won’t be disappointed with his service. He can handle the most complicated jobs - 5 star rating!
