    I had an absolutely fantastic installation and wonderful experience with Harp Home Services. Their installers are incredible professionals. They understand the equipment and understand every nuance of operation. They explained things during the day as they were installing my new HVAC system. I also have to say they were incredibly respectful of my home and absolutely neat and clean at every turn. When they left my home, there was no trace that they had been here except a beautiful new HVAC system. There is also a great feeling of confidence with this company in that I know if I have any issues with my equipment in the future, they will stand behind at 100%. I’ve been with them for about 20 years now and two homes. They have always been wonderful.

    John Bruce came to check out our leaking water heater. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, he carries several new ones in his truck and was able to install a new one right then and there. He worked quickly and efficiently, he communicated updates throughout the job, and made sure we got the best price possible!

    We have been using HARP for a few years now and have been very impressed with their service & communications. The most recent experience was with our hot water heater and the technician, Evan, who was both professional and knowledgeable. I personally was not home at the time, but my husband said that Evan was very thorough with the service and was quick to call the manufacturer for advice on the specific unit since it may have still been under warranty. Not sure if the issue was 100% resolved, but we certainly appreciate the proactive approach and recommendations that Evan provided to fix our water heater. Now we just wait for the manufacturer to support the warranty.

    Very professional. My heater stopped working in cold weather day, I called them and they made an appointment over the weekend.The technician guy Jeffrey, was beyond professional, very welcoming and friendly. He made sure that it was going to be fixed right away. He even followed up on the next day, called me. Wanted to make sure everything was working properly.

    I was impressed with Nick Shannahan. He found the problem areas quickly and explained what tools and materials were needed. My only disappointment was that these materials were not available on the initial visit. I had made a second call once the pipes actually burst (they had not on the first call) and hoped that this would be anticipated. But He did give me good advice on keeping the pipes warm until the work could actually be done.

    We have been using Harp for many years and its been a great experience overall. Today we had excellent service from Kacey V, who was kind enough to help us out with an EV charger re- installation. Harp did a great job on the first install - but due to technology issues we had to return it and order a new brand. Kacey came out the same day, made sure we were set and had it up and running within minutes.

    Yes Eric was very friendly & helpful.He kept me in the loop, taught me a lot about my furnace and worked hard to tune up my furnace. I could see that he had an extremely difficult time closing the old style gas valve even with a monkey wrench so I asked him if it was possible replace the old style valve & he showed me an example of what the newer style looked like which looked like something I could handle in case of an emergency. He said that Harp does that work too so I asked for an estimate & we are setting up to have that scheduled. I was very pleased with Eric and enjoyed working with him.

    I am so happy to have a referral from a friend to HARP. After dealing with a failed central air system for 3 years it was time for a replacement of my furnace and central air. Temps will be in the 90s next week.It took a day to book my appt. Anthony Valade and the team were very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommended! Install in one day ! From the technician Rick to salesman Perry everything has been wonderful. They also have 0 percent financing for one year to make it easier. My old unit was not even up to code it was 17 years old! Do yourself a favor and use HARP. Their customer service is excellent.

    I had a great experience from start to finish with Harp Home Services. My water heater stopped working on a Saturday. I went on the Harp website at about 1:30am and scheduled an appt for 8am-12pm on Sunday (next day). I definitely figured I’d have to follow up myself in the morning (and truly didn’t think anyone would come out so quickly) but at 8am I got a phone call that a plumber would be to me within the hour. Mark (and a helper!) came out and replaced my hot water heater quickly and efficiently! Mark explained all my options upfront and quoted me for whichever option I’d prefer. I was super impressed with the level of service I received at a very reasonable price. I had some follow up questions after the plumbers left and the response was immediate and thorough. I would absolutely use Harp again and refer them to anyone looking for quality work.

    We are new home buyers and Mario was a huge help! He came for an initial diagnostic for our humidifiers and gave us a lot of great insights and information on how our systems worked and suggested a couple of repairs. We chose him to complete the repairs and the fees were very reasonable and the work performed was excellent.     1/7/25 Again Zachary is the best! Extremely thorough and very professional. He even noticed I need a relatively expensive part. Although it will.cozt me more money, it will prevent my boiler from giving no heat. He has got to be the.best you have.FIRST VISIT:Zachary was.excellent. however same day service witH HARP is a joke. Since 2016, the only time we got same day service was at installation of our boiler. Yearly maintenance and service calls always get pushed to a few days later. In this case, for the first time ever, the tech had the part we needed on the truck. Its not his fault HARP cant remain true to its advertising. You need more of him.

    I called this morning and spoke with Erica who recommended I have them come out to assess the problem(s) and proceed with the work if I so chooses. I was pleasantly surprised that John and Wyatt arrived two hours early to fix my plumbing problems. They were understanding, polite and professional. I had more work done than just the kitchen sink problem and did not feel pressured. I would have liked a sugar daddy to pay for it but owning a house costs money. I have used Harp Home services for many years taking care of as well as replacing my AC System and have been satisfied with all I have had done!!!

    Nick P. And Jeff N. went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood the faulty parts on my boiler. In addition, they actually gave me a lesson as to why the faulty parts were negatively affecting the function of my boiler. They offered different options for repair, and exceeded my expectations with their service and overall professionalism.     We had such a great experience with Harp! Our steam boiler cracked due to the low water cut off failing and we needed it replaced asap before temperatures dropped. Harp was able to send someone out within 2 hours of us contacting them. Sean met with us at 7pm on a Saturday night and spent nearly an hour and a half talking us through exactly how our system worked, what the best options would be for our over 100 year old house, and was able to get us to a price we were comfortable with and a fantastic warranty. The following week the install team arrived bright and early at 7am, were extremely pleasant to work with and had the job done in a day! Enigen, our tech, came back next day to replace a part on the new boiler that was damaged and ensure everything was working efficiently. I highly recommend Harp for all your heating and cooling needs! Above and beyond customer service!

    I had a dimmer switch go bad in my kitchen. The switch itself was sizzling (arching) and the lights died. I was very concerned about the possibility of an electrical fire starting. It was late afternoon when this occurred. I called Harp and explained my situation and concerns. They sent an electrician over to my home in under 15 minutes! The electricians name was Kacey. He was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and replaced the dimmer switch within minutes! Easing my mind of any type of fire occurring. The price was very reasonable for the immediate service I needed. Highly recommend Harp and their electrician Kacey.

    My water heater broke and was leaking around 5pm Friday evening. I later called Harp around 9pm to see about an appointment. The individual who answered ultimately stated there was a system glitch and she could not see appointment times for that day or the weekend but stated that I could try to call back on Saturday. No big deal, called back Saturday morning just prior to 10am and was told they could dispatch a tech to my house between 10am and 2pm. By around 11:15am, a Harp dispatcher called to ask if it was ok to send the tech my way….absolutely! By 12 noon, Juan was here and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He talked through the options with me and even though he had a slightly larger water tank than my existing 40Gal one (a 50gal that would still technically work for me) in his truck, he offer to go get the slightly smaller 40gal water heater tank to match exactly what I had per my request. He was soon back with the 40 gal tank and removed the old and installed the new with zero issues. I checked in once in a while, mostly because I was just curious how things were going and how the piping would be fitted, and everything was done absolutely professionally and to perfection. He left things neat and clean…job absolutely well done! Juan is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone in my same situation! Thanks Juan and Harp for getting my hot water back up and running and for getting it done same day (and on a Saturday)!

    Nick with Harp arrived to service my boiler. He is very personable, friendly and highly knowledgeable. What an asset he is to Harp’s team!! Also, while servicing my boiler, Nick uncovered something funky about how my oil heat zones were wired - and he fixed the problem. Now, instead of turning on one thermostat and having two zones in the house calling for heat, each thermostat heats its respective area in the house. Bravo!! Nice job Nick…and thank you, Harp.

    I had been having issues with my furnace providing consistent heat and reaching the set temperature. After contacting my landlord, he scheduled with HARP for today. The technician Mizanur Ripon arrived in a timely fashion, was soft spoken and respectful, was attentive to my concerns, and reassured me he would thoroughly test both the thermostat and the furnace. He maintained consistent clear communication throughout the visit. He spoke directly to my landlord and managed assisting the landlord with his decision making. He installed a new thermostat and took the time to show me that the thermostat was controlling the heat and that he hadn’t just left the furnace running. He also took the time to explain the basics of using the thermostat and how to program a schedule.I highly recommend both HARP and service technician Mizanur Ripon. The service was a step above others.

    Harp Replaced a Furnace for me recently at one of my rental properties in east Hartford ct. sales rep Michael Nieves was great and did an awesome job and was able to help me get a major discount on the job. they were able to send out 2 technicians the next day to do the removal and installation of the new furnace. lead tech Michael Nieves and his help Musa Hajrula Was very knowledgeable and professional. Michael went above and beyond to install the unit in 1-day despite having some hiccups with the old unit.

    After waiting for my installation for two weeks-one because I was on vacation, the other because the parts had not come in, the technicians arrived slightly before scheduled.     Contacted HARP Home Services as my A/C tripped the breaker off and I had just had the new A/C installed in Oct. 23. I reset the breaker and got the A/C running again.     I received three quotes to have my central A/C and Heating system replaced. At the time of replacement my systems were running and presenting no issues but was well over 30-years old and due to be replaced. By my surprise Harp was my 3rd proposal received and provided the best price and warranty. Previous experience using Harp was for repairs and as though they could always get someone out to make repairs in a timely manner they were not always cost efficient compared to other companies. We were very pleased that Harp came in with the most affordable price. William.N was our comfort Advisor and was very knowledgeable of the products and provided a clear understanding of cost/efficiency/warranty. He was patient and professional throughout the contract signing and when he left I was very happy that we signed with Harp. We had a Lennox A/C system and Navien NCB 240 heating system installed. Day one of the installation we had about 6 trucks/installers arrive on the work site on time. One arriving to the driveway as early as 650am. To name a few that were complete standouts Joey, Josh and Miguel. I cannot say enough positive things about the employees of Harp to include scheduling coordinators Gail and Nicole. Understanding this was a very large project I felt I needed to be patient as the work was performed. However, I have feedback as I felt this job could have been more efficiently managed. As though installers arrived early and on time they found themselves waiting for the materials to arrive to the worksite. This job involved electricians and carpenters to arrive to get the work moving along but they were not on site that caused slowdowns and delays prompting the job to carry on for several visits. What was more frustrating than anything is for every visit it involved another set of installers and as though there was some notes on where other installers left off there clearly was always delays by trying to understand the scope of the work that needed to continue. Well today is my 4th and final visit to close this job. Once again I cannot say enough good things about Harp employees. Juan arrived today to close the job. He arrived timely but once again found himself waiting over 1-hour for the parts to arrive to the work site. Prior to Juan leaving he took the time to ensure I understood my new Heating system. Overall I’m happy but wanted to share my experience with the hopes that you would take serious consideration to improving the deficiencies with what I have identified as a very professional company.

    We ended up getting a new AC replacement done. Jorge from sales was very nice. The people who installed the system pretty much kept to themselves, got the system installed in one day which was great, they worked hard. Only issue was they didnt reattach something so that our heat wasnt going on when they left. We were without heat overnight with a 9 month old, it was 30 degrees on this specific April night. The tech that came to solve the issue with the heat and thermostat, Dorian I believe was VERY efficient and helpful and was in and out with the fix. The reason I didnt give 5 stars was obviously because the installers caused an issue and inconvenience for us. It appears they didnt test the heat prior leaving when the job was finished. ALSO, when I called about the issue I was told I might get charged an 89$ fee if its not something from the install? When is clearly was something related to the install. Other than that system is working well so far. We had an 80 degree day to test it out.

    I was very nervous to begin the process of getting a new HVAC system. When Perry arrived I made him completely aware of this. Perry was great!     Nick did great. He tried to save unit was shot. The new unit was installed next day with Anthony installing and put extra time and payed attention to all. Great job and thanks to all the team. Today I had a sewer problem.they sent Jason on the holiday. He went thru everything I needed. Today the next day he came out and did a major repair. What a awesome tech.
