We had them come out and install custom handicap bars (that I ordered online) in several bathrooms and look at a toilet that was constantly running. They were easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule an appointment with, and arrived right on time. Excellent work! We will be using Big Daves Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and would recommend them highly.

I had a 3 knob faucet and shower head that leaked and was looking to upgrade to the one handle design. I was told by other companies that I’d have to wait almost 2 weeks for a tech to come out and give me an estimate. I could not wait that long so I chose Big Dave’s Plumbing. He had a few other jobs but he was at my residence in less than a week. The whole job was completed in a couple hours and I am very much satisfied with the new installation. Price was decent, and they give a 30 day window to pay if needed. 5 stars, will definitely contact again if any other issues arise.

So I called Big Daves to fix my garbage disposal. Their dispatcher was able to get them to my house the same day! Were in the country, so that alone was amazing. They figured out the problem, fixed it and were on their way. Im going to tell the entire neighborhood about them. Outstanding service!

Dave arrived the same day, he was very professional and fixed the issue quickly. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Big Dave for him coming to our rescue to remove and install a Bosch dishwasher we had order from a local big box store on July 1st that finally arrived to our house on September 10th! Even after paying for the installation when we purchased it, we were told by the store their team couldnt do it. After many frustrating phone calls, the Manager of Home Depots Marketing Delivery Operations helped its locate someone that could install it...Big Daves Plumbing, LLC. After one phone call, he said hed be over Monday Sept 14th to install it...no questions asked! He arrived just after 8:00 and was complete by about 9:15! My wife was thrilled at how professional he was and explained everything to her as he went and when he cleaned up to leave, you couldnt tell hed been here except for the shiny, new dishwasher we had! Without a doubt...if you need plumbing work done, dont hesitate to give Big Dave a call...you wont regret it!

Had a plumbing leak under our kitchen sink. He was able to repair it within a day of calling where other plumbers I contacted could not put me on their schedule for at least 3 days. He was very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. He also noticed that the chrome on my Delta faucet was starting to deteriorate. He recommended that I contact Delta regarding this problem and that they may replace at no cost. I contacted Delta and he was right!! They sent me a replacement at no cost, not even shipping. Thanks David for the tip and the excellent service. Will definitely recommend!!

I sincerely could not have asked for a better experience. I had a frozen pipe burst in two places on Christmas Eve night. The day after Christmas, the morning of 12/26 I started calling every local plumber. After a list of 10-12 plumbers that didnt answer or were busy for the next couple of days, thankfully I reached Big Daves. Dave showed up timely as promised, found the leaks and repaired efficiently. Despite it being the day after Christmas and having a busy schedule he also took the time to make a couple of smaller repairs to faucets that were needed. Customer service is somewhat hard to come by these days and I am very grateful for Big Daves coming to the rescue and a special thanks to his wife, Mrs. Big Dave for answering my call so early the day after Christmas. I will be recommending your service for sure. Thank you!

By far the best company around. They will definitely be my go to from now on. I have a rental property in Virginia where the tenants caused some damage to the washout. Not only did they fix fast he made it so that the problem would not occur again which will save me money in the long run. He didnt repair so that he would have to come back later. He fixed it so that the problem will not occur again. Any company that looks out for my pockets has my business for life. Let me not forget the back office staff is extremely sweet and spoke to me as if we had been friends for years. Here is the kicker, we have never met in person. I wholeheartedly recommend Big Daves any day over any other company around.

We had a pipe crack in the shower on our second level on a Sunday. We shut off the water and had a mess. Called a few places and no answer or answering service. Big Dave’s phone service picked up, listened to what we had going on and gave us a time of arrival the next day. He arrived with his assistant on time, listened to what we described and quickly located the problem. It was repaired within a few hours and the water was back on. We really needed somebody to help us and he was there for us. I’ll recommend his company to anyone and I will be calling him for all of my plumbing needs.

Big Daves Plumbing is a professional business. Polite people to deal with from beginning to end. First job he replaced our kitchen sink. Long job to do but no complaints or bad words. Always polite and respectful. So when we had another problem we called again and he came. Funny thing about this one his wife solved over the phone. Mr. Dave worked hard to help even ran a snake and found something under ground. Yep , you guessed it. The pot of gold that was backed up and smelled worse than my cooking. I would use Daves Plumbing again and recommend his work to anyone and everyone.
