    Weve used this plumbing company several timesā€”for replacing old cast iron pipes (a huge job in a tight crawlspace), fixing a toilet leak, and replacing a water heater. They always come out the same day, are highly communicative, and provide clear, itemized quotes. They also take the time to help you think through the problem. Their work is efficient and top-notch. Ive worked with multiple team members, and every one of them has been pleasant and professional.     I had a recent conversation with Ben, the owner. Wow! That man knows his business!! Very knowledgeable , in fact I had him install 2 separate water heaters in 2 separate homes back to back. His 2 installers...Chase and Drake were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even gave me tips on how to properly maintain the units.     Highly recommend TNP! I have used them a few times now and could not sing their praises more. We have had some issues with our guest bathroom toilet and they were my first call. I got Christie on the phone and she scheduled me for the next available time and was so kind. Brandon and his team member came out, earlier than expected, checked on the issues that it could be and let me know what my options were to fix it. We ended up scheduling a toilet replacement and Brandon came out and got the job done!

    Chase walked us through throubleshooting a low flow spigot in our back yard that we had since we purchased our home. They tried to give us less costly options first but after being unable to locate a shut off valve they installed a new spigot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and super fast. After a few minutes checking on our issues they provided affordable quotes on the spot, and after completing the work both quickly and impeccably, we ended up paying even less than we had anticipated.They also identified another issue that we will need to tackle later, provided guidance on the best way to get our homeowners insurance to cover the cost, and after the service we experienced today, I will 100% be calling them again to help us with anything in the future.Very happy with the transparency and skill that we got working with these folks and will be recommending them to others!

    I had a house sitter over the weekend and the hall bath commode got plugged. The lady at Neighborhood Plumber said it would be $125 but could be higher depending on the difficulty. When they arrived, before even seeing the bathroom they said $175. One servicemen retrieved a line snake from the truck, inserted it into the commode and with 4 or 5 turns of the handle the clog was cleared. About 5 minutes total.Several days later I called the office and related what I posted above. She offered to refund $50. I havent checked yo see if the credit has been applied, but I trust it will.Update: Sorry if my review was taken as a total negative. I am very happy with the on site service provided and the customer service from the front office. The techs were very courteous and efficient. Neighborhood Plumber is still on my Go To List.

    I had been worried about water issues at my house after being informed of them when I was out-of-state. After arriving home, I looked online to find a plumbing company with excellent reviews- and that is where I found Neighborhood Plumber. It had the highest rating of all the companies. Immediately, I understood why its ratings were so high. I explained to the associateswhat I had been told - that every twenty minutes water was being released from my house- causing high usage. Immediately, the problems were identified! It was almost catastrophic, but I was assured that everything can be repaired in a timely manner! What knowledgeable Professionals!!!!!

    They scheduled us in quickly, gave a text update when they were on their way, and arrived within the timeframe mentioned. Barry did an excellent jobā€”very thorough recognizing something that needed to be fixed that we didnā€™t know about and it turned out itā€™s just what our house needed all along that we had issues with for years. He replaced the main water valve, installed diaper sprayer, and troubleshooted the leak in our bathtub then cleaned it up making it look so much better than how the previous owners of our house had it. He also answered our questions explaining what he recommends and what really needs to be done, all options we have. Plus the invoice was very detailed with what we requested and what he did!We are very happy!

    We have had around 10 water leaks since last year due to a faulty hot water pipe system (different story for a different review). Weā€™ve called Neighborhood Plumber every time. They are fast, professional, and affordable. While we hope that a new hot water system will fix the multiple leaks, itā€™s comforting to know that we have reliable plumbers just a phone call away. Very highly recommended!

    I know I can always count on The Neighborhood Plumber!! I have called on them since 2017 and always have been happy with their work and service. I had an emergency this morning and Christy helped get the team of Brandon and Luke out quickly. I had a leak that may have impacted other areas my home so TNP also sent a professional to check for moisture/moisture breach. Thankfully, there was none. My plumbing problem was solved quickly and professionally. Brandon is very knowledgeable and explains everything well so that a non-plumbing pro can easily understand.     I can not thank them enough. We had a leak in our condo that we rent out on the 2nd floor but the smell was in the bottom condo. It was a lot trying to organize the tenant upstairs, the downstairs own, plumber and gas company. Ben made sure he got me a top quality water heater that fit the needs of my home. He was there first thing Monday morning at 9 am and left with the heater installed and working at 1015.     Due to an unexplained odor situation in one of my bathrooms, my wife called The Neighborhood Plumber on Cedar Creek Road in Winder, GA while I was out of town. Caitlyn handled the request efficiently and scheduled Ben to come out for a a quick evaluation. He investigated the situation by doing a thorough inspection and assessment of the whole situation. He was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue.His thorough examination and evaluation did uncover more serious plumbing problems. The 54 year old copper pipes in my house had developed several pin-hole leaks in the crawl space where I was unable to see and find them.Ben provided pictures and reasonable estimates for conservative needed repairs. Ben also identified non-critical issues that we might need to address and provided estimates for those.When my wife and I discussed the situation, we realized that factoring in multiple recent previous similar issues that it would be best to replace the copper pipes in the crawl space before another unobserved failure left us with serious damage. She requested from Caitlyn another visit for a revised estimate to replace the existing pipes in the crawl space.David and Luke came by quickly at the end of their day made a new inspection of the site. They too were knowledgeable and made recommendations for improvement in efficiency of the plumbing. They tendered a fair estimate for the job and we accepted it.Caitlyn scheduled the work for ASAP, barring anyone with a true plumbing emergency .David and Luke returned and did the demolition and installation in a single day. The workmanship was good and they added in several efficient improvements at no extra charge . They stuck to the estimate given us.We have lived here 40 years and have used a variety of plumbers. Overall, we were extremely pleased with The Neighborhood Plumber, LLC team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality plumbers at a reasonable price.

    Ben is the most dependable plumber I have ever worked with. I can text him about a problem and he answers or calls me within 5 minutes. Hes courteous, easy to deal with, and does a top notch job! He has done several jobs around my house the latest being a new hot water heater and I was very pleased with his work and price. I highly recommend him for any job small or large around your home. He will not disappoint!

    Theyve gotten very busy lately, and reasonably so. But when they said a plumber would definitely be here to fix a clogged toilet, he was. Quick fix after a thorough diagnosis and explanation, and a very reasonable price.Edited to add: We needed another toilet unclogged, and once again we received stellar service. Kudos to these guys!Latest visit (7/19/23) - Tankless water heater diagnostics and draining condensed water got the water hot again. Great, quick work!Latest visit (8/14/23) - Toilet flushing mechanism replaced. Once again, great, quick work.Latest visit (9/26/23) - Clogged toilet. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and made recommendations for a toilet upgrade if the issue recurs. And as always, excellent, high quality service and work.Latest visit (2/29/24) - Clogged master bathroom tub drain. Once again, a quick diagnosis and fix, and a clear explanation of what they did and why.Latest visit (10/10/24) - Leaking kitchen sink. After the plumbers investigated the sink carefully, they recommended replacing the faucet. They did so quickly and efficiently, and for a good price.

    We had a new fridge installed and had a terrible time with GE. We had to call out plumbers in order to fix what GE wouldnā€™t do. Barry and Chris came out and did a fantastic job! They were informative, on time, and did fantastic work! We canā€™t recommend the company and Chris and Barry specifically enough.

    Chase & Jesse were on time, polite and respectful for the service call to add a recirculating pump to our hot water heater system. It was taking quite a bit of time to get hot water to the faucets throughout the entire home.Additionally I had them add hot & cold water lines to a garage area where I will install a utility sink for outdoor service & garage use. The entire work was done in four plus hours and at a very reasonable price.I will contact the Neighborhood Plumber for any future plumbing issues, and do highly recommend them to everyone.

    They were very professional and friendly. I apparently had a leak in the slab of my house instead of a simple water heater replacement. They got right on it and fixed the leak and few other problems I didnt know I had quickly. It took a little longer than a day but it was a lot of work. Brandon (I hope Im remebering that right) came back early in the morning to finish up. I dont know the first thing about plumbing prices but I thought the price very reasonable. Ill definitely use them again.
