No one wants to hear the news: WATER LEAK! It can be a very expensive situation. However, when it happened to me, after I realized I had to take immediate action, I called Danny at DRS. Here in Village Deaton Creek, DRS Plumbing Services have a fantastic reputation! Sure, there are other companies to choose from but why would anyone when you hear 100% positive ratings about DRS. Not only are they professional, but they also do their best to help in a timely manner. If they cant do the repair work right away, they will install a temporary line so your water bill doesnt continue to soar! I very rarely post but this time it is a pleasure, and I even asked to because I was so very impressed with the work and the professionalism of the entire crew. So, I highly recommend DRS Plumbing and if I should ever need plumbing services again, they are my go to company. Thank you, Danny and your great crew.

Amazing customer service! Called at 8 with a leak in my water heater and by 10:30 a new one was installed. Very upfront with pricing and reasonable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

I cant say enough good things about this wonderful company. We had a water leak outside the house and they were quick to respond. They completed the project in less than 3 hours. Everything was put back as it was. They left the property spotless. We were so impressed we asked them to come back and re-plumb the inside to prevent any other plumbing issues that we may encounter. Apparently there were issues in this neighborhood in the past. All of these people are courteous, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. No wonder word of mouth in the neighborhood is call DRS Plumbing. They know what theyre doing and youll have peace of mind knowing it was done right.

They were awesome! Came next day and put a temporary fix on our water line. Then came back the following day and replaced the entire water line. They did a great job in only a few hours. They were on time both days and very professional and answered all my questions. Would use them again for any other future issues.

We had a leak in our front yard on the main water line that was (unfortunately) not going to be taken care of by the county water department. DRS Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor, and we are so glad we used them! They came out the same day we called to take a look at the problem, and then they were out the next day to fix the leak. They were professional, polite, and communicated every step of the process so there were no surprises. We couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. They were done in about 2 hours, and we thought the price was very fair! We hope we won’t need a plumber again, but if we do, we will definitely be using them!
