    This company is amazing. Every time I used them, they always go above and beyond. This most recent time, I had a busted main line at about 8:00 at night. They answered my call that late into the evening. Deron Lee and Jimmy Clark came out first thing in the morning. They quickly found the leak and corrected it. Due to my work schedule they coordinated the repair, provided pictures and explained why it broke through text messages. All in all another great experience with them!!!

    We just moved here and our sinks were leaking. The owner Deron came out and took care of everything quickly! By the time he left we felt like old friends. (And now we know where the best places to eat are!) Prompt service done right, friendly and professional.     I recently had a major water main leak. After 4 year$ of various plumbing problem$ and 5 dishone$t plumber$, I nearly broke when this happened. A sympathetic stranger recommended T&S so I called them, dreading the process. But it quickly became clear that T&S was absolutely the right choice. Deron was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, collaborative and thorough. Garrett was conscientious and efficient and very helpful. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent.     We called this company on Saturday and they came out on Monday as promised. The 2 young men were knowledgeable and courteous and got right to work. They repaired a leak under our kitchen sink and cleaned out the master bathroom sink drain. They made no mess and were finished within a few minutes. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Only one observation is that I received an email invoice which is fine, but no notation that I paid the same day. Just a heads up. Thank you for the great service and we hope we have finally found a plumber we can trust whose charges are not outrageous. Thank you!

    I called T&S late Thursday night because I lost pressure in the house. Jimmy (super nice guy) came out Friday morning, replaced the pcv valve. This didnt work and I called Friday night and then Jimmy came out again Saturday morning and informed me that it was my salt water filtration system. He was correct and I was able to resolve the issue without paying a huge amount to do so. Total cost for 3 service calls $350.00. Totally recommend them and without a doubt if I need a plumber Im calling Jimmy.

    Very impressed with T&S customer service! I called on a Monday morning for issues with our main line, and they were at my house within 3 hours, while other companies were telling me Id have to wait until Thursday. They did a free onsite evaluation and didnt charge a dime for 45 min of their time. After, they were honest and told me that there were portions of our issue that my husband could actually fix for much cheaper than their rate. So while we didnt pay them for any of their services today, guaranteed Ill be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you T&S!

    I have been using T&S Plumbing for several years at my rental unit. Theyve done work for me like replacing faucets, hot water heater repair, and various toilet repairs. Theyve always been great about quick response times, are honest, and great about communicating. I especially appreciate that they will always tell me what they anticipate the problem and cost to be based on our initial phone conversation, then call and confirm the problem and cost once they are there and have assessed the problem, and then also follow up after the work is done to go over everything. Theyre always polite and professional and do solid work.

We thought we had a water leak but they confirmed the issue was NOT a leak, but a humidity issue with our crawl space. They could have made up issues but they didnt.     Quick, courteous service, and at a price I felt was reasonable. We had a water main leak on ‘our side’ of the meter. T&S came out the same day and did a higher quality repair than I had expected, using brass fittings instead of pvc. We would definitely call them again if/when we have a need in the future.

    Great professional service! We finished our basement bathroom and T&S Plumbing installed all the piping and fixtures for the shower, toilet and sink. John was our tech and he was excellent! Customer service is superior with these guys and cost is affordable. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!

    Chase came out to check on a leak at my 81-year-old Moms house. He was very cordial, courteous and gave us a free estimate. The repair was so simple, it was something I could do myself so there was no charge. I even offered to pay a service visit, but he wouldnt except. The next time we have a problem that I cant solve, T&S and Chase will be our first call!

    A few years back I used them to help me complete a leaking shower knob replacement on a DIY situation I had started. The repair was now on my third day of cussing myself while trying to do this on my own in my shower where I couldnt get the stripped bolts off the original leaking fixture knobs to add the new ones I had purchased to hopefully fix the older homes shower handles from leaking. I called T&S plumbing and They showed up and in no time at all (I was three days stuck remember on trying to get old ones off ) they had not only installed my new shower knobs but additionally went over to my bathroom sink faucet installing new under sink piping saving me from the leaking from old rusted and incorrect sized p trap piping the home had... And then Today some few years later had to call em again, the septic guy I reached out to explained after digging up my 1000 capacity septic tank in yard said he could fix my clogged toilets and tub and sink drainage issue I was having and so I reached out to T&S plumbing again. And like my last time I called them they rescued me from clogged lines backing up water in all my areas of the house and saved me AGAIN. They are Good People, HONEST, And if they can will always work with you on what they feel the issue is and pricing on the spot. They are thorough with explaining what is going on with my situation. Listen to my concerns, and care about my home as if it was their own asking any time they needed something or informing me from every stage of their time here what was going on before doing anything out of respect of my property. They work hard from the moment they arrived to the moment they are leaving to make sure I was satisfied and that I had everything I needed before they left . Great work again guys... Thank you for being the kind of HeLP and honest people we NEED during these unfortunate times we experience and showing us positive RESULTS everytime I have called for HELP.. I WILL always recommend you and your team to anyone who I hear is in need of a Plumber or experience any plumbing issues... Great JOB guys

    These guys were great. Russel came out and gave me a quote. I had a major leak in the front yard. He gave me quote on all my options. I chose to replace the line to be on the safe side. Due to the route that the line takes that had to do additional digging and use more materials. They still stayed with the original price. These guys are honest and upfront. I will definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to anyone with plumbing issue.

    The recent storm cut out power and my newly installed sump pump went out and my basement flooded. Jimmy came within an hour of my call and pumped out my basement and restarted the pump. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

    I noticed my water heater leaking and looked online for a company to call. T&S had great reviews so I called them. I did have a little trouble getting a call back but my second attempt got someone on the line and they came out as quickly as they could. I had an expensive water heater and the price was a bit of a shock. But Russel explained why it was more expensive and they installed it on Saturday morning not charging the weekend rate. Easy to work with and very courteous. Because of my job Inwas unable to take phone calls so most of our communication was done by text. I really appreciated that.

    Great company with great values. We had a leaky faucet. T&S were quick with sending someone out to repair the faucet. The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. The repair was done quickly and the cost was very fair. Hopefully we will not need a plumber in our future, but if we do, we will call T&S plumbing!

    My main sewer pipe was clogged. They came out the same day. They called me after a few hours to let me know they had not forgotten about me as well as the technician called when he was on the way. They Fixed it quickly and had a good price.     What started out as a small job, turned into a big job. I suspected an issue but never could find it. These guys did. While I was not looking forward to the time commitment and associated costs, we knew it had to be done. Derrin and Steve ( there was another young man, and I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) provided options and worked me into their schedule. It didn’t happen overnight, but they did the best they could. They fixed it in a few days and that was almost three months ago. Now, the entire system runs like new. Because of the amount of work, some significant landscaping had to be initiated. Derrin spoke with my landscaper and advised him on a retaining wall in the event the septic tank and lift station needed to be repaired in the future. The landscaping is complete and all is well. T & S was very professional and treated us respectfully and honestly. The pricing was also more than fair. It was hard work and they earned every penny. I am more than satisfied and feel very confident that I could have not gotten better service for a better price.

    I had another plumbing service in the area work on a bathtub faucet. The repair only lasted a couple months and the handle broke off. They charged $350. They were also very unprofssional and had real attitude. To fix the faucet this time, I called T&S Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond. Came to the house and determined the first plumbing service put the wrong part in the faucet and that was the reason for it breaking again. T&S got the correct part. Put it in and the faucet works like new. They also rebuilt the the kitchen faucet which had a slow drip. The other company suggested that we purchase a new faucet that they could not rebuild the faucet to stop the leak. T&S saved us a lot of money and hassle. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    Small leak in crawlspace pipe was fixed FAST and PROFESSIONALLY and the price was very nice too. Less than the other guys being they were local and travel didnt factor into price.     John did an awesome job! I have a tiny house that has a full bathroom and I needed everything done in there to get it functional. He was on time, every time, and came when he said he was going to come. I high recommend T & S plumbing! You won’t be disappointed..... I’m sure not!!!!!

    Russell at T &S Plumbing is my hero!! He is professional and an excellent plumber but more importantly he is patient, kind, and extremely helpful. I have a rental property built in 1940, that has a retired couple living there. The shower was leaking and Russell fixed the issue but my renters felt there was still a problem. Russel arrived and looked at the shower and realized the issue was fixed but instead of leaving he worked with my renter to show her how the quirky old faucets worked best. He walked her through the process and sat there answering her questions and addressing her concerns.This week my renter let me know we had a leak in the downstairs bathroom. I sent a text to Russell and he got me on his schedule and had the wax ring changed out on the toilet within an hour.My renter is so comfortable with Russell that I do not need to be there when he is working.If you need a great plumber, call T &S Plumbing and ask for Russell!!!

    T & S Plumbing is an honest and reliable plumbing service. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs. They immediately diagnosed the problem, scheduled the Do Not Dig to come and mark all the cables, lines, etc., and made all the necessary repairs. There were no additional costs added to my invoice. What they quoted is exactly what I was charged. They worked us into their schedule and resolved our plumbing issues quickly as we were down to one bathroom and were not able to use our kitchens or the laundry. I cant recommend them enough!

    I called these guys yesterday because I could see in my downstairs bathroom something had leaked on the ceiling. I figured it had to be the sink or tub of the upstairs bathroom leaking down. The tech came out same day at the time I specified. The tech called 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He examined the situation and informed me that I did not have a leak, it was condensation from the A/C. He did not charge a trip charge or anything. A lot of plumbers would have at least charged a trip charge or souped up charges for an issue I did not have. There is no substitute for INTEGRITY in business.I will always refer these guys. I had utilized their services also when I was in the apartment business and never had an issue.
