I had a great experience with Kovack. They really seem to care about their customers. I have and will continue to recommend them. They listened to my concerns and addressed each one, and gave me a variety of options that would best fit my situation. Scott was who assisted me. He was really personable and not at all pushy. I didnt feel like they were trying to upsell me at any point. I had several estimates from different companies, they were the best choice. If you need service or a system replacement like me, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to get your business.

The whole experience of replacing our heat and air system was wonderful. Our furnace stopped working on Saturday. I was able to call for an appointment on Tuesday, met Mike Wednesday, had financing in place and the installed scheduled for Friday. Mike responded quickly, answered my questions fully, and discussed the options openly. The install team was prompt, courteous, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and clean after they finished even with having to work in the rain.

Mike came out the same day we called when we had a problem with our Trane to give us a quote on repairs. I felt confident choosing them. Bill and Nate came out on the weekend since I couldnt get off work to fix our unit. On time, friendly, very knowledgeable and was comfortable to be around. He answered all my questions with professionalism. They got our unit back and running and I love the thoroughness from them. We will be going with them from now on. I recommend them hands down!! 👍

Bill came out promptly and had our AC running again in no time. We called Kovac at 4 one day and they were here by 9 the next morning. We had another company come out first and they told us our system had to be completely replaced so we called requesting a second opinion. He saw we had a leak that could be welded to fix and there were no other leaks that the other company found. Very honest man, could have easily quoted us another system and we wouldnt have known better. Would happily use them again.

Friendly, prompt service on short notice!I needed to have a system checked and serviced at a rental home that I was in the process of selling. I contacted Kovack early on a Tuesday morning to ask about having this done and whether or not they would have any way to fit me in the same day as I wouldnt be around the rest of the week. I was told that they shouldnt have an issue fitting me in and that the tech would give me a call when he was on the way. The system in this property also required a 16x20x5 media filter which generally runs about $40-50 extra, which I was prepared to pay. The technician called at about 1:00pm to say he was 30 minutes away. I wasnt where I could meet him at the moment, but since I had another person there doing some work at the time, I told him he shouldnt have any issue getting in and out as-needed. He went, checked the system and called me back to let me know everything was in great shape and the filter wasnt yet ready to be replaced.They could have easily replaced it and billed me for it, but did not. I greatly appreciate the honesty that they exhibited and will most definitely be using them in the future to service my systems at my personal residence. Awesome job and I HIGHLY recommend Kovack Mechanical if youre in need of an honest, reliable HVAC contractor.

I really appreciate Kovack’s quick response and accommodating my schedule. The serviceman arrived ahead of schedule and was able to perform the annual maintenance with excellence. He described his process, provided the correct assessment of my units and fixed the low level of Freon. He even recommended some ways to monitor the system and tell when it’s time for a fix or a new unit. I enjoyed the experience.

Heater was not working on the coldest week of the year, called Kovack Mechanical about 10:30 am and they had two techs arrive at 3pm, where they found two issues, ordered the necessary part, did a temporary fix and were out the door by 4:30 and it is nice and warm now. Both gentlemen were very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. I have also dealt with Michael Kovack directly on an upcoming project, and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I will always use Kovack Mechanical for all my heating and cooling issues.

The Kovack team descended on a home that has never had central heating and air.Just a furnace.In just one days time, the team removed our old first edition prototype heater, all of the old duct work, installed all new insulated duct work and connected it to a new ac/ furnace combo package.Reading this review does not do justice to the work that was performed just to connect the duct work.The Kovack team was tasked with accessing the crawl space through the side of a brick wall sitting on a block foundation.The team took great pains in making sure that the end result was professional, clean and down right sexy.Considering that this work was performed to my mothers home, it meant the world to me that this team created such a professional end result.The look on her face when the system came on line was priceless.Michael Kovack did a great job at choosing the system that best suited my mothers needs.This install was a big decision.Michael and his team lived up to all of the reviews.If you are reading this review in search of a quality HVAC business, look no further.Just call Michael.

I decided to go off of reviews & ratings online, and Kovack Mechanical had such good reviews I wondered how this was possible. Turns out they are just that good. When my A/C unit went out, I called a well known local company for service. I was disappointed with their quote just to come out and diagnose the problem. So, I took a closer look at reviews, and called Kovack Mechanical. His quote was very reasonable. He came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. We discussed repair or replace. I had numerous questions. He was very professional, and never pressured me to replace. He completed the repair, and I had a quote for a new system, when I was ready. Kovack Mechanical worked my emergency late afternoon call into a busy schedule. One of the coldest nights was forecasted and the heater in one of our rental properties went out. Kovack Mechanical were able resolve the issue in one trip, and even had the part to fix an ancient Coleman mobile home heater on hand. The price was much better than expected. We will use them for all of our rentals properties in the future. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

My furnace has been leaking water into my hallway for the past year. We were afraid that we were going to have to replace the furnace, and we had not saved up enough for that. Thankfully William Spikes came out and was able to fix the problem without having to replace the whole furnace. He was quick, efficient, and the problem was fixed in less than an hour. I also felt that the price was reasonable for the services rendered. Now I can keep saving money for to replace my furnace!

Nothing to complain about.Right from the start this company showed me great customer service over the phone when I called to set an appointment to have my HVAC system maintenanced and I liked receiving a call from the technician telling me that they were on their way over. I didnt Lord over the technician after showing him the system because I trust this company hires individuals who are experienced and trained to work in this field. Plus I dont know a whole lot about HVAC systems but I do know that my system has no problems blowing cold air or heat when I tell it to.So I dont have anything to complain about. I liked my experience with this company and Ill use them again this fall to service my system for the winter months.

Matt was such a blessing to our family on this day! I called him at 7 pm because our AC had gone out. At that moment, my father in law was in the house and was literally on the verge of going to be with Jesus and we had a houseful of family members and friends there to support us. He was at the house in less than an hour and had the system repaired within 30 mins at A VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! I truly believe that God played a hand in this as I don’t know any other company that would have showed up at 7 pm at night to help us. After Jordan Air in Watkinsville failed us over and over again for close to three years after they installed our system, the last straw came when my elderly parents went a week without AC during a heatwave. Indoor temps over 80 degrees day and night. Finally I reached out to Kovack for help, got an instant response, and the next day a real HVAC tech named Scott Richard came out and put us on the fast track to AC. A part was ordered and when it came in Friday, Scott came out and got the air going again. HERO Scott Richard prevented all of us from spending yet another weekend in dangerous temps indoors. Lets review:1) Jordan air should be ashamed of themselves. They dont have any skills, appointments or truth.2) The owner / manager of Kovack is awesome and made sure we didnt have to suffer anymore. We thank you.3) Scott is a HERO. Its easy to tell which techs have training and skill versus the shake and fake jokers Jordan kept sending out. Scott is a good man, and we will look to Kovack from now on to help us with our AC.

Mike and his technician Kevin are a true blessing. They are both incredibly professional and punctual. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable when he came out to look at the current RUDD system we had in our home. Explained everything to us in a way that we understood. When Kevin came out to install our system on 6/19 he was very professional, answering all of our questions and letting us know where he was on the install and about how long it would take. Great Guys. Easily RecommendOffered a significantly better product for the price than Stanfield Air. I had been using Stanfield for years, but their quote couldnt compare. Kovak Mechanical was very friendly and professional. Can easily recommend.
