We’ve always had excellent service from Garner plumbing. My technician, Pedro, is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. He has done a great job for us when we needed it. There has been a time or two when he’s had someone else out with him and they’ve done a great job as well. We always call on Garner when we need plumbing work and will continue to do so in the future. I just had them out to snake our showers and reseal a leaking commode. Fair price and quick response time.

We trust Garner Plumbing with all of our household needs. Pedro and his crew have completed multiple jobs for us and our friends. We have nothing but excellent things to say about his service and expertise! We have had two whole home water filtering systems installed by Garner and multiple new lines plumbed. When we could not understand why our water bill suddenly became high they came out and were able instantly find the issue and source. Pedro and all of Garner are very responsive and consummate professionals!

I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. I called them and they were out the next day. They found and corrected my problem quickly, in and out in around an hour. Charged a fair price. Angel Reyes, the plumber that came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable.

Pedro Osorio and David Soto came out to install a new 50 Gal. Electric water heater. Install was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the issue with a delivery charge since they had to pick up the water heater from another location. $150 charge was never mentioned by the office and Pedro did not mention the amount until the day of pick up. However, was able to neg. that charge down to $75 .I still recommend them and will use them in the future.

Another BF Plumbing service call with excellent results! Low water pressure complaint meant I needed a new Pressure Control Valve (after 14 years with the original). Technician surveyed the property to verify no other issues. Diagnosed problem and repaired quickly. Cleaned up, communicated what was done, gave other advice and made a great impression. I am a repeat customer and love the professionalism of BFP.

Discovered we had no hot water at 1:30 PM. Put in a call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (have used them in the past with great success). Angel arrived one hour later, did a beautiful job replacing my expired water heater down to new shut off valves for the unit and the water line to my refrigerator and all is well. Hot water in the house!!

The day before Thanksgiving and preparations are in full swing. Then it happens; the garbage disposal breaks and the sink backs up. Carey sent Angel & Pedro here and within 2 hours we are up and running again. They were professional, efficient, and completely cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. I have used them for years and no one does it better!

Ben was terrific! He showed up right on time, installed my tankless water heater quickly and neatly, answered all my questions, was majorly informed of all plumbing issues, left the jobsite clean and helped me with another issue. I havent been happy with the water pressure/flow in the house since I bought it a year ago. Other plumbers told me there was nothing I could do. Ben showed me that you can regulate it from right there in the basement. I am so happy with all the results.

We first called Ben Franklin Plumbing for help in extricating a cat from the HVAC ducts (they have a snake camera and were highly recommended by our HVAC people). Even though it was a weekend and the situation was unusual, they came right over and helped us find the kitty.This time I called for a jammed disposal, and Ben spent an hour trying to fix the broken disposal. He tried his best, but it was beyond repair. He explained everything to me - how it broke and how to prevent further incidents. He installed a new disposal quickly for a fair price, and did not charge me for the time spent trying to repair the old unit.Both the plumbers and dispatch are always extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable, and are great problem-solvers, even when the problem is not their usual thing. Why would you call anyone else?

We had our sewer drain blocked. Called Benjamin Franklin in the evening. They offered to come right away, but told them next morning would be OK. Technician came, they unblocked the sewer line and with a camera found out that underground line was broken and blocked by tree roots.Technician advised me to call the city first to see if they would pick up the tab for this issue. At the end, the city came and had their own plumber replace the broken underground pipe.Benjamin Franklin tech was willing to loose a job to help me save money on fixing this problem. Cannot say enough about the integrity of the company employees.Will call them for sure when I need plumbing services in the future.

Called them in the morning and they were here at 1 pm sharp. Angle gave me a price for the work, I said OK, and he completed the job. He said the job was easier than he thought and revised the invoice DOWNWARD 25%. Angle was professional, clean , polite, etc.Ask for Angle if you ever need good service.

While you might pay a little more up front, the fact that Ben Franklin sends out a FULLY LOADED truck is a god send. Theres no having to make a second appointment or take more time off work when a part (or in my case, an entirely new toliet) is needed. You get what you pay for, and I am always happy with their service.

PEDRO --- BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING-THE BEST!2018, JAN 02-New Year off to a great start with Pedro here to help with kitchen sink leak 2 HOURS AHEAD OF APPT! Only got ONE time to make a first impression and turned out to exceed my expectations. Explained what was wrong, had all parts on truck, and what the cost would be. Lot of work done in approximately an hours time. If have future problems will wait till Pedro is available if not an emergency even though his other co workers I read about have great reviews here also. Sounds like you cannot go wrong no matter who comes to help you.

They are expensive. Standard charge of $225 to fix a leaking facet and $550 to replace facet in shower!! They did show up on time. Plumbers were courteous, but had a hard time understanding them.

When BFP came to my house to fix a broken water pipe I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he repaired the problem. I had attempted to fix it myself, but did not have the proper equipment to do the job. BFP took care of the repairs in no time flat.

I called Garner Plumbing last Monday to install my new kitchen faucet. They originally stated they could come last Friday but ended up coming out that same day (last Mon). Timothy was the tech who came out and he did a very thorough and complete job. He took the time to look at the other items I was concerned about in addition to installing my new kitchen faucet. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Timothy and Kimberly for a job well done.

Bathtub drain repairShower wall system repair and replacementPedro worked at my house in Alpharetta, then at my moms and sisters houses in Lawrenceville. Each experience with him was a joy! He was always on time, always professional and even went so far as to suggest ways for us to save some money on our water bills and repairs. It was easy to reach him. He always returned my calls quickly and reacted with kindness and care. We had a tricky bathtub situation at my house that he spend time getting it right and its been fantastic ever since. We had a situation at my sisters that required extra care for her that he didnt hesitate to provide. Ive recommended him many times since then and theyve all been so happy to have him too. Hes a rock star!!!

Great same day fix on an emergency gas leak. They worked me into their schedules making sure that Id have hot water for the newborn that I just brought back from the hospital. Jack arrived on time, had to go get special parts, and had it all fixed up in no time. He was very professional and took his time to explain everything he was doing. I am always glad to have a professional who likes to show his craft. Jack came out the day after because I was having some issues with my water no charge and helped me troubleshoot it for over an hour.
