Showtime Express did a GREAT job replacing my water heater! The original WH was nearly 22 years old, so things needed to be brought up to current code requirements (thermal expansion tank etc.) and they had all the necessary supplies and tools to get the job done in a very timely manner. Not having hot water is not something you want to deal with for long, so I appreciated their quick availability. In addition to a good price, customer service, and attention to detail! Cannot ask for a better service! I highly recommend these guys for the job! Oh! And they also fixed a bathtub faucet that had been slowly dripping for months! Other companies told me I would have to cut into the wall to fix it! But Showtime Express knew exactly what the faucet needed and included it in their service call. Thank you guys SO much!!

Hands down the best! Chris with Showtime Express Plumbing has helped my family with plumbing issues from small to large and helped us avoid major repairs. Appointments have been timely and completed thoroughly more quickly than expected Repairs are completely resolved first time with quality parts and skilled labor. His service is professional and friendly. He has helped us over the past 8 years and saved our home from leaks, mold, and ruin. Chris is an amazing plumber and great guy. Worried he might become overbooked, but I had to share for other homeowners with water woes.

Hello, my faucet came apart, John the plumber came out. He was very early. It took a minute to get it back in place but he did an excellent job was not expensive. Professional service was awesome and I’m happy with the service showtime express plumbing provided. This is my first time using you guys and he did an awesome job. Many charge just to come out then they charge a fee and labor you guys didn’t thank you so much for your service. Greatly appreciate it. Chris and everyone at Showtime plumbing are top notch.I got 5 different estimates for a difficult project I needed doing with my main sewer line in my crawlspace.They werent the cheapest, nor were they the highest. It was worth every penny. Professional work, knowledgeable plumber that did the job and went above and beyond.Just cant say enough about everyone that I dealt with.

Was able to get Showtime to come out same day to take a look at a couple different things we had going on at my father in laws house.John arrived within the time expected and presented himself very professionally. He listened as I described the issues we wanted to address, performed an inspection and then provided me with an estimate. I thought the estimate was fair and the final price came in below the estimate. Overall extremely happy and wouldnt hesitate to use Showtime again.

We had a flood in our basement over the weekend. We were able to stop it; however, were not sure where it was coming from. Chris came out today tested everything and found that it was probably our sump pump float having debris on it causing it not to drain.I appreciate him being so thorough, but not charging me to cut into the wall unnecessarily. I will definitely call them again!

I called Showtime plumbing to replace my pressure release valve. Chris came out and was so nice and professional. It did not take him any time to put in a new one. I’m glad I was able to find him on the Nextdoor app from a review a former customer gave him. You don’t have to worry about being over charged with this company. Their prices are better than other plumbing companies I have had work done by.

Chris was very helpful I had called atleast 10 different places to have someone come out and install a new bathroom for us in our basement before I found this place. When I called I was fit into the schedule very fast and when Chris showed up he was very honest and upfront with everything and on time. The whole process was very easy and stress-free for us. Chris even helped us figure out what all we needed to buy and have done before he can start the work. The job was completed in 2 days and I must say they did a amazing job. I had asked a bunch of questions and not once did he or his crew ever give us a hard time but it. I will recommend them to everyone and continue to use them for any and all of my future repairs when needed. Thank you guys for everything.

Glenda in the front office had great customer service. I have been dealing with a water heater issue for several days and she was able to send someone out the same day I called. The technician (Chris) was knowledgeable and very personable. The manufacturer sent the wrong part Chris said no worries I will come back when the right part comes in. Sure enough I called and Chris and Glenda worked me into their schedule so my family didnt have to go another night with no hot water. I can say enough about this company and their quality of work. I will definitely be using them again.

After using another plumbing company, I was at my wits end. They came back twice to fix a simple job. I was fed up, so when my water heater gave out, I went with showtime. Chris was awesome! The installation was completed in about an hour. That was exceptionally fast given that he had to bring the unit up to code before installing the new water heater . He was polite, extremely professional and took the time to explain some of my questions about with the unit and also my questions on potential mould damage. The job was reasonably priced and I am very happy with the outcome!

Chris replaced our drain pipe under the kitchen that drains the washing machine and kitchen sink. I called on a Friday afternoon because our washing machine was overflowing the standpipe. He came within 30 minutes and gave an estimate for replacing our drain. (A second estimate for the same job was significantly higher.) Chris showed up at the time promised and got the job done. No more water on the floor! Then when I asked him to take a look at my attempted plumbing DIY under the sink, he tidied it up at no extra charge.

We had an issue with our washing machine drain on our short term rental house. We had a guest coming in to stay for 3 months and had to get this issue taken care of quickly. We called Showtime and they got to us right away. They fixed our problem as well as other issues we didn’t realize we had. It’s an old house with cast iron drain lines. DJ was our plumber and I can’t say enough good things about him. Very knowledgeable and hard worker. We will use these guys from now on on all our plumbing needs.

Dj and Chris Whitmore from showtime express plumbing came out to my house after several plumbers were giving me the run around about my sewage ejection pump. One said it was just the float switch and the other said he seen nothing wrong with it even after it was overflowing with him there. They came out accessed the job went and got a pump and installed it. Works like a charm.. they cleaned up after themselves very well, even swept and mopped the hardwood floors. Exceeded every expectation I had of them. Would highly recommend them. 5 ⭐️

Cant say enough nice things about Chris and Glenda. We had a water line break outside our house. The local water authority read the meter on a Thursday and turned off the water. All I could think of was spending a weekend without water. When I first spoke to Glenda she was very helpful and understanding. She got Chris out to look at the issue as quickly as possible. When he arrived he quickly identified the issue and began trying to schedule the repair with his sub who could do the trench work. He kept me informed about scheduling and ended up arrive as planned on Saturday morning. Within an hour the work was done and we had water again.Chris then made us aware we could request a rebate form the water authority and gladly provided the paperwork showing that the break was outside the house and that we could not have know about the leak. Now were just waiting on the County Water Authority to process the request.Im happy to recommend Showtime Express and will be calling them the next time I have a need for plumbing.

She explained some issues that they’ve seen recently, asked me relevant questions, and explained what might be going on with the water bill in my home. She definitely assuaged my fears and made me feel like I was in good hands. My experience only got better once Chris arrived. He showed up early, was quick and efficient. He performed a free inspection and offered to have his wife, Glenda, email me a follow up to send to my water company. He didn’t try to upsell me and took time to answer my many (many) questions. He checked out everything I had concerns about and offered thoughtful, reasonable solutions. He showed me my meter and he explained how I can read it. I could tell that he was an experienced and confident plumber. Also, these two are super funny and sweet. Always a plus! I will definitely be working with them again.

Ethan was AWESOME!!!! He gave us a fair and honest price within the national average for the job we needed done. He also used upgraded materials for the pipes that can withstand 500psi. He did not overcharge on the supplies needed at all. The main part he installed will last us 15 years.He was able to do the job in 45 minutes, while some other plumbers told us at least 2 hours with a much higher estimate.I got several estimates and there were a few other less expensive contractors we could have used, but Ethans company had more good reviews which to me equals more happy customers. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the work, which puts my Dads mind at ease.Our faith is restored, as we have had so many bad experiences in the past with contractors taking advantage of my 80 year old father who really doesnt know how to navigate the internet and read reviews or do research on the backgrounds of contractors before he hires them.I look forward to working with Ethan again when we eventually install a kitchenette in the basement! :)
