Arranged for SKC to begin the yearly maintenance on our 2yo Generac whole house system. All interactions were pleasant and professional. Josh was the technician. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Even took the time to call Generac for us to obtain an electronic part that was unavailable at the time of installation. THANK YOU!We highly recommend this company. On Sept. 5, 2024 my AC went out. I had an AC tech come to fix it. He identified the issue was the connection to the Generator. That evening I called SKC Electric who installed and services my Generac home generator. The next day their technician showed up. He identified and corrected the issue professionally and efficiently. All of my interactions with SKc, from the generator installation through their service/ maintenance of the generator has been very easy to work with, they fully explain everything and are a pleasure to work with. In my experience with them they are always responsive, timely and professional. I highly recommend SKC Electric.

My wife and I just moved into our new home on the intracoastal in Hampstead NC. We decided on a generator and selected Generac. Our builder said that we needed to call a certified dealer to start it up and have it connected. I had no referrals or suggestions so I Google ‘Generac Dealers’ and a handful companies populate the screen. I was drawn to SKC because they had reviews and they were all positive. Shane answered the phone and quickly I could tell he was professional, knowledgeable and offered good service plans. He came out in a day and assessed a few issues, one being there was no battery.He can monitor my generator remotely so I feel secure. Same day service! The starter on our generator went out right before a big storm. SKC had someone at our door at 7:30am and then tracked the part down even though it was not a brand they carry. They also wired our house 10 years ago and weve had no issues. We highly recommend them!
