Ryan and Alex did a great job in repairing leaking water meter connection, they also installed a garden hose spigot with an additional ball valve to shut the water off in case the spigot is leaking after prolonged usage.I am very happy with their professional plumbing service.Moreover, their company offers Emergency Service, which is very helpful if the repairing job is urgent.

We had a huge problem with the flashing system in our toilet and we were desperately looking for help. Unfortunately for us, other companies that we contacted ether did not do residential plumbing in our area or can’t promise anything in about a week. Super Service Today company was very responsive and they send us the service man right away. Roy C did a wonderful job for us. He came to our house just after 10 am and at approximately 12:30 pm a brand new toilet was installed. First he analysed the situation and explained everything for us, then he calculated 3 different options to fix the issue and gave us enough information to make our own decision. After we did it he immediately started working. The result is very impressive to our full satisfaction. Good professional job! Thanks!

Old house old original plumbing and new years day no water since late new years eve. We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon in which a clog in our building was pushing wastewater through our toilet and bathtub, along with our neighbors toilet and bathtub, and flooded our basement. Ryan was able to arrive earlier than the anticipated appointment time (which was amazing) and quickly identify the problem and fix it. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and helped suggest ways to avoid this problem in the future. I would definitely recommend Ryan D and Super Service for any emergency and non-emergency needs!

My family is going through a very tough time after the loss my father recently ( who was also my landlord) and they were not only caring of their craft and their diligence, but caring as humans in general — making sure they explain everything to myself and my mother and going above and beyond to double check their work and make sure we were well taken care of. They made the whole experience of a stressful situation easier on our hearts and minds and I could have asked for better service and — in my opinion — better humans to welcome into my home to help. I ordered a brand new gas stove from Home Depot and being a first time homeowner, I just assumed paying for install & haul away service meant it was a one stop deal! That was not the case! They would not install my stove, because my old stove was still connected! So then I was suddenly in the search for an urgent plumber visit! I called around and got some attitude or no availability! Super Service Today has a very friendly office staff, that quickly set me up with an appointment same day! Alex M was my tech. He arrived quicker than I expected, which was a giant plus! He was professional and friendly! Not only did he get my stoves swapped, but he swapped out the very old gas piping, so we could have a hand turn gas valve! No pressure to commit, just informative on his recommendations! Grateful for the connection as I’m certain this will not be the last time Super Service Today, will see off this old house!

Super Service Plumbing was terrific! We discovered that we had no heat Sunday morning before Christmas and contacted several plumbing companies. Super Service responded right away and was able to have someone come out within an hour. CJ Campbell was the plumber: he was great—he diagnosed the problem efficiently and picked up the part as soon as the supply store opened the next day (was closed on Sunday) and came directly to our house. CJ arranged for an assistant to immediately bring a second unexpected part without delay, purged the system, and was finished by 10:30 AM. This enabled us to leave in time to save our first day leaving for Christmas in Quebec. CJ really worked with us to fix a serious problem ASAP. I would recommend Super Service Plumbing (and especially CJ Campbell) for plumbing, especially if an emergency.

Waking up in the morning with no heat in December is not fun, I think everyone will agree with me. Finding a professional who can come on a same day, would be mission impossible. Super Serice Today was able to get out to me on a same day, but even more surprising, the arrived technician offered not the most expensive option, but the most reliable option which was actually the simpliest andmost affordable one. If you will call them, and would be lucky enough to get tech with name Quin, I think this guy will make your day. I had definitely very good experience with this company, 5 stars, and highly recommended!!!

Very happy with the service provided. Roy was fantastic. He took the time to fully diagnose the problem, making multiple trips to a warehouse and testing the entire system to make sure it was in working order. The Care Club benefits are worth the small expense and essentially pay for themselves with discounts. Will definitely request Roy for our next service. He was personable and fully explained everything he was doing, even providing updates along the way.

I highly recommend hiring Super Service Today. The team responded to my initial inquiry within an hour or so, and David, one of the lead technicians, was at my house the next morning. He walked me through several options for addressing my sump pump concern, and he even came back again the following day to go over an additional series of questions. David was professional, respectful, and communicative. He was transparent about the scope of work, timeframe, and cost. To make sure the project was done right, he met the crew that did the work on site to walk them through his design. The crew was timely, professional, and did great work. Smoke Detectors would not stop!!! After 3 hours I phoned Super Service Today at 1pm and spoke with Lena who was so attentive! She listened calmly and explained she could have tehnicians at my home within the hour.Two technicians Duane and Francisco arrived exactly one hour later! They accessed the problem, stopped the noise, replaced and installed new detectors they had with them!!!. It was a 90 degree day and all was resolved within an hour. We had a great experience with Super Service Today! My boiler stopped working so I called on Monday night and they booked me immediately for Tuesday morning. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. They sent Jacob who was fantastic - he able to diagnose our issues almost immediately, and clearly laid out the options for repairs. He also went above and beyond to help me file the claim with my warranty. He made the repairs immediately so we had hot water only a few hours after he arrived!

Happy to say thst Alex Martell of Super Service Today was quick, efficient and a clean worker replacing our jammed disposall He came, diagnosed the problem, bought the parts and put it back together better than new. In addition he called my attention to other parts of the system that needed attention and replacement. He worked in a focused, attentive manner and was not fazed by our two dogs’ attempt to supervise. I might add that SST was the only plumber to take my call on a Sunday and we scheduled service for the following day. Very professional. They will be my go to plumber when the next project cones up.

We called 5 different businesses to do a water main connection replacement and these guys responded fastest, engaged most professionally, had a fair cost and did an AMAZING job with a super quick timeline. Above all else, you’d never know that there was a gaping 10ft hole in the front yard. They removed a section of fence and tore through an old brick pathway to get to the pipe. We told them not to worry about fixing anything and we’d reassemble, but they replaced the fence and re-bricked the path anyway! You literally can’t tell that any work was done. Completely above and beyond - we highly recommend these guys!!!

I am really pleased with the service I received over the last couple of months. Originally, I called for routine servicing of my HVAC unit--SST had a very good deal going on, and I didnt want my air conditioning to die during the summer heat. When Quinn and another service person detected significant wear on my rooftop unit, they presented me with 4 different options that I could consider in relation to my financial situation and their professional opinions of which improvements were best made now and which could be delayed and for how long. I felt that I had choices and information. They also followed up on a back-ordered part and came again when it was finally in stock. In addition to taking care of my HVAC situation over several visits--as was needed--Quinn and his colleagues couldnt have been nicer to have around. The 3rd problem for now is in hold . They also found additional small problems in the connections of my original appliances dated 1999 , and replaced immediately . They are pricey tho and I was promised a nice toilet, and they put in a really cheap one which was a disappointment, but I got to the point that I just wanted the job done because I only have the one bathroom in the house. FYI-I had a new supplied 18’ vanity and toilet (not supplied)installed and old metal clogged drainage piping replaced with new PCV. Everything works as it should 8.5k later and now I have to fix the wall that was cut out to get to the pipes and the floor and tiling in the bathroom, as well as bringing in a construction engineer to inspect the integrity of the floor. My bad. If I had a second bathroom, next time, with the proper planning, I believe I could have remodeled the entire bathroom for not too much more money.

Honestly, Im quite disappointed with the service. The website advertised a diagnostic for the boiler at a rate of $59 for the first half an hour. However, when the technician arrived, he spent two hours on the phone with the customer service of the boiler manufacturer just to guide him through the process of checking the wiring and installation. This ended up costing me $360, only to be informed that all I really needed was a routine maintenance service, assuring me that everything was functioning properly. Its frustrating to think that if I had opted for a simple cleaning service, I could have saved that $360. Paying $180 per hour just for a phone call seems excessively high, especially considering that no other work was done.Update:Bruce from Super Service contacted me to discuss my experience, and I found him to be extremely helpful in providing additional insights. I truly appreciate his willingness to listen and his efforts to enhance the overall quality of customer experiences. He took the time to explain things to me and even offered a partial refund, which was very fair. As a result, I decided to retract my previous review, which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is their utmost priority. I also shared some suggestions regarding improved communication prior to the commencement of services, so that clients have a clear understanding of what they are signing up for. I was VERY skeptical about this company because of the recent reviews that they had when I called to inquire about them doing a plumbing job (had to quickly pivot when another contractor I hired completely ghosted me and never showed up to do the job.) I eventually gave my card for the charge because I needed someone asap. Roy Cervantes (sorry if I spelled your last name wrong Roy!!!) was the technician that came and I shared my misgivings with him and he COMPLETELY put me at ease. I realized the job was way bigger than what I thought it was and Roy was SUPER professional and gave me all of my options to help me make the best informed decision. His work was immaculate and Ive had no issues since the work was completed. My tankless water heater got an error code at midnight Friday nite !!! It wouldnt clear because of the water triggering the sensor. The alarm was horrible! I called around for service at about 12:10am and filling out requests for help on line with other companies. I found these guys on line by pure accident … they actually picked up the phone! Quoted a very reasonable emergency response fee. Mike was my tech showed up 9am Saturday diagnosed issue offered suggestions on service levels. I got immediate finance approval (yah problem really wasnt an inexpensive fix…and i really didnt have time to comparison shop). Original unit ran if i kept drying sensor so it got me through until install since i didnt want a bandaid or short term fix on a unit already over 7 years old at end of life. New unit and water filtration added on Monday by Mike and Bruce. Oh and the Emergency fee was applied to my bill. Super courteous friendly and professional. They were careful to pick up after themselves too. unfortunately my how to guide for the water filter looks like its inside the unit now filled with water so i have no idea what the unit specs are or specific operation guidelines are (will try to get info from home office I guess). The service includes a one year service check and a replacement filter as well. Unit has 3 year warranty (Rinnai is the brand). OMG so glad i got filter put in…should have seen what it collected when they put it back on line first use!!! Everything runs nice and quiet but i did notice a slight water pressure drop in the line vs before.

I reached out to a company that I worked with in the past to whom I contacted around 8AM and as of 10AM on 12/7/23 and no word back.So in the sake of time I searched the Web and found several Boiler Repair companies and I decided to go with Super Service Today who service boilers. What caught my eyes was Same Day Furnace Repair Near Boston, MA.I said to myself Right, like they will actually be available to come out today 12/7/2023. Because, if you have called any of these boiler companies in the winter. They make you schedule an appointment to have your boiler service maybe 1, 2 or 3 weeks ahead.After contacting Super Service Today around 10AM , on December 7th. I was surprised to hear the person the other end of the phone tell me that they will have a technician come to my home between 12PM and 2PM on 12/7/2023. This is the same day service that I was looking for which is unheard of these days.You see, we had no heat and two of Super Service Today techs Alex and Alex came to our home around 2:30PM. They showed up in separate company vans.They took the time to listen to me about what I thought might be wrong with the boiler and then they went to work.They shared the details of what they found and the repair price was a shock to me, but the work needed to be done. Remember no heat in the cold, cold winter.One of the parts in particular The Blower was priced at about three 3/4 of the price. However, we really the boiler fixed, so weso we authorized the work to be done. Alex and Alex worked with their home based to find the needed parts.After Alex and Alex left my home, one of their support team members called me to say that Alex and Alex will be back on Friday with one of the parts a fan and he added that this would allow us to have heat as of Friday between 9AM and 11AM. Plus, he added that the rest of the parts will be in on Monday and that Alex and Alex will be back to service the boiler.Stay tuned for PART 2...

Angel was the plumber from Super Service that helped with our garbage disposal removal/installation of new pipes/plumbing for the kitchen sink. He was on time, professional, personable, and very patient with my questions/concerns. Everything was fixed in a timely manner which was also much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again. Definitely a lifesaver for an issue I wasn’t expecting to encounter!

Tommy and August, who came out to replace my (ancient) main sewer pipe and toilet were cheerful, professional, and efficient, and left my basement much cleaner than they found it (not hard, since the work they were doing was fixing problems created by a poorly done floor replacement by another professional that had resulted in lots of sawdust, debris, and water gushing down into the basement, creating a kind of wood paste). The job was bigger and more expensive than I was hoping, but thats not their fault — the earlier work on the floor by somebody else had caused problems. I was delighted with their work and would gladly use them again. Moreover, we called Super Service Today on a Saturday, and had somebody out Monday morning to give us an estimate — we could have had it sooner if it had been an emergency. We were delighted with this business, and with the plumbers they sent!

I already mentioned butvm ill say again Roy did an amazing job! he helped us giving us a discount when we had an extra problem with a trap on our bathroom sink and our shower faucet with a rebuild sad it was on the high side the price but at least he eased the situation for us by offering a good option for the shower by offering a rebuild made the cost less he did an amazing job which was a crazy night and day for our family when th e shower did not shut off at all! The first night....thank you Roy we will highly recommend him again and he put up with our dog Monroe barking too! I was the victim of the old Home Depot bait and switch. HD said theyd install my washer/dryer stack (and I paid for it) but then did not. Found Super Service Today via Angie, and they had a two man team out the next day to take care of it. The guys were very nice and professional and everything seemed to be fine and cost right about what I was expecting (though of course plumbers arent cheap -- nor should they be). However, when I did a few test washes, the washer/dryer stack was really shaking and something was definitely not right. So I called them back the next day and they had someone come right out to level it again. Well, it took some problem solving and troubleshooting -- and 2 extra guys showed up to help, since they just happened to be on my street at another job -- but it was finally fixed and now it works perfectly. (It ended up being another, unrelated issue that was discovered.)Obviously, I would have rather it been done perfectly the first time, but these things happen. That being said, I couldnt have been more pleased with how they went about correcting the mistake. They team apologized for the inconvenience and were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional the entire time -- just really nice guys. I was surprised by how much work they were doing to get it exactly right. Im sure it took them much longer than they thought it would, but they never showed any frustration and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.I now have Super Service Today in my contacts and will be calling them for any needed work in the future.Thank you!

And their fee for showing up is cheaper than most plumbers. Its really a no-brainer to hire this company. I use them and trust them and have zero reason to consider using anyone else. We had an emergency plumbing issue at 10pm on a Friday night. Called Super Service and they immediately got back to me. Detrick was a wonder gentleman to work with. He kept us updated on how soon a technician could come to our house and was able to provide cost estimates based on what he thought the problem was. I appreciated the upfront knowledge on the cost. At 2am he called back to let us know that a technician would not be available until 9am. He called again at 8am to let us know a technician would be there between 9-10am. Again just great customer service and communication.The technician arrived on time. He did his job well enough (ended up not being a plumbing problem he could fix). The only problem I had was that while outside on our property, the technician was vaping which I did not appreciate. I think that was incredibly inappropriate especially working a job.
