Disasters have to happen at the worst time (right before Christmas), our septic line decided to back up into our basement shower and flood the basement. Luckily Reddi was very accommodating and said they would get someone out ASAP. Issac came out, was very friendly and professional.

Devin and David fixed a collapsed and broken main drain pipe under the concrete in our basement. It was a huge undertaking and was a giant pain for us but they made quick work of it. They showed up on time with a smile and did a dirty job that should have taken 3-4 days in 2 days time. I appreciate their hard work and cleanliness. Our house is back to normal now and I couldn’t be happier.

Was very pleased with Cole who came and checked my Air Conditioning unit. He had a kind and courteous demeanor which is key to a good Service Employee. I only have one complaint, I have a newer concrete driveway and his Service vehicle left a baseball sized oil spot on it. It might be a good idea to maybe park on the curb if the service vehicle is leaking oil.

I was first seen by a Lawn Sprinkler tech and the plumbing issue was beyond his ability as it was more of a plumbing problem and recommended their best plumber, Frank, and I went with that.When Frank came out he looked over the job well, made his recommendations, listened well to my thoughts and feelings about the situation (having some small plumbing experience myself) and we settled on a very good solution. He also took into account that the pipe problem was an issue from a previous Reddi repair and adjusted the price accordingly, though since I was asking him to go beyond the simple fix I did incur charges I was glad to pay as Frank did an EXCELLENT job for me!UPDATE: 8/19/2020... Wanted to thank SETH for doing a great and efficient job replacing a shower faucet. I was replacing a very old shower stall and the existing faucet was very corroded and no shutoffs, so I had him add shutoffs (Which are easily accessible from the other side of the wall in an unfinished storage room. He did quick and very good quality work.I have not had truly bad service from Reddi, and the only issue I had was dealt with professionally and with proper consideration.UPDATE: Aug. 2024Several more calls on these guys has not changed my review, only strengthen my good opinion. I WILL call on Reddi again without hesitation when I cant do it myself.Sometimes even when I can but just dont want to! 😁I recommend these guys very highly. They might not be the cheapest, but they are a great value for the quality of work done. I think enough of them I actually recommended these guys to my son who was looking for work in their area and was hired by them. I know hes in a good company. :-)

I have been struggling with old faucets on the outside of my house for years. Fearing that replacing all four of them would be ridiculous in time and money I kept putting it off.This year, I contacted Reddi plumbing for an estimate. Although it was not cheap, it still beat the other plumbing companies I had contacted. What was even better, they were able to get to it the very next day!David showed up on time and got them all changed out in a couple of hours. David is a Master plumber with eight years of experience. I could not be happier with his professionalism and the price. I will be contacting Reddi in the future.

My four year old wanted to watch the sprinkler repairman. Dean Nestor was on the crew that day and answered all of my four year olds questions and let him watch and learn. This is above and beyond doing a great job. At the end, he even wrote up on a piece of paper a certificate for my son being a supervisor on the job. Service workers that take that extra time are so rare. Thank you for kindness and hard work.

We had our hot water tank go out (the pilot light kept going out) and we called Reddi who sent out David Gutierrez. He talked with me and gave me an idea on what was wrong, most likely, with the igniter and the pros and cons of repairing or replacing the tank. I decided to have it replaced and it took David less then a hour to install a new tank and haul the old one off. David was very friendly and helpful and didnt push me on what to do one way or another which I really appreciated. Weve used Reddi several times now and been very happy with their techs. I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of being teamed up this afternoon with Reddi Plumber Zachary Townsend. Mr. Townsend arrived on the job site and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to inform me on my issue and the repair process. He then provided me an accurate estimate of the job. After agreeing to the job, Mr. Townsend accomplished the repair in no time at all. It was an excellent repair job and Mr Townsend left the job site as clean as when he arrived. The estimate was accurate and the bill matched the estimate. Mr. Townsend was very courteous and informative and answered all my questions and had no concerns after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Reddi Plumbing and furthermore would go out of my way to request Mr. Townsend as your Plumbing expert!

David came to my apartment to assess a water heater leak a couple days back. It was a little bit of a mess going through management and having no on-site maintenance available except on Wednesdays. David was very helpful, coming back that first evening to help me drain the water heater so I wasn’t up every 30 minutes as I had been for the previous 2 days to drain the water heater tray to keep it from leaking out from the damaged drain valve.Mr. David has the patience of a saint, he is a very dedicated master plumber who quite obviously loves his line of work. He went above and beyond to help address the concerns I had and create a more stable solution to our problem.Thank you, David, for your outstanding work, excellent customer service, and for being so patient and understanding with my situation. I truly appreciate!

Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.Excellent service and excellent work ethic!

This past weekend our shower unexpectedly had a blockage and needed immediate service. We were fortunate to find Reddi online and they got out to our house for a free assessment of the work within an hour of calling. We received wonderful service by Jesse H. We have (unfortunately) had a lot of plumbing work over the years and this was by far the best individual we have worked with. He has impeccable customer service skills, was incredibly kind and patient in explaining the process and what was going on, and he even did a great job cleaning up after himself. We will certainly be calling Reddi in the future and requesting Jesse. As a bonus, they worked very well with our warranty company which can sometimes be an immediate no to service for some companies.

My home air conditioning went down on a Sunday. Figured there was no way I could get anyone to look at it. Made a phone call to Reddi and the service support staff was able to get service Tech Cole Center to my home in less than two hours. Professional young man that found the issue quickly and explained everything. Cole also was able to provide a full quote of what the repair would cost in full. In addition no pressure to agree to schedule repair if we wanted to talk with other companies/people. I was able to be fit into the busy time of year schedule for Tuesday morning. Tech Juvenal Fernandez JR called before arriving approx 15 to twenty minutes which was appreciated since I had a one window from scheduler on Monday.Juvenal was professional, courteous and has a world class communication skill set with my questions during the repair. Replacement products and services had an acceptable level of warranty. I was pleased to also learn this is a locally owned company. Air conditioning repair is never cheap for the most part but this customer is satisfied with services rendered and I will consider this company again for the wide range of services they offer. We had an extremely large job to complete with a full system replacement and entirely new duct line ran as our old system had no returns and the supplies were located in places that proved to severely lack efficiency. Not to mention we were on a tight schedule with the holidays just a week away. Eric and Dave came out for 5 days straight and worked relentlessly to get the job done on time. They were polite, courteous, and no matter what issues our old house presented them, they took it head on with professionalism and a smile. Weve already seen a nice decrease in our bill thanks to the efficient system they installed - and thats not even covering a half a month of the new equipment. I would highly recommend the team at Reddi. Especially if you have a unique system like we did. We found their knowledge, expertise, and skill to be at a much higher level than any other companies we spoke with, and given the choice again, Id choose them every time. Our family is now temperately comfortable in our home for the first time in 9 years, and the cost savings were seeing from our new system should be able to pay for the unit as well. Frank and Aaron were Awesome techs!!! They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Frank took his time to explain what the initial service problem was with our old water heater and the benefits of replacing it with a new, up to code and more efficient water heater. It took them about two hours from start to finish, how amazing is that since they had to deal with stairs and a basement! I really appreciated both men being aware of keeping things neat, clean and tidy!!! I also want to say thanks for their treating our dog so kindly. Very happy with this company, they have serviced my garage door and air conditioner over the last year.The technician (Jason, I think) was sharp, experienced, genuinely friendly, and arrived better than an hour early.Fixed my A/C for $285, an hours work and a $200 capacitor (pretty expensive for a fairly common capacitor), but at least my home is cooling.Since I just called Reddi the night before, their turnaround time was phenomenal and highly professional.Comfortable again!

I have used Reddi Industries services for many years. I keep going back because of the good service that I’ve received. However, I must say that on Dec 29th your service man Dave Gilchrist raised the level of service up quite a bit. Dave called ahead of time and let me know he was on his way which I appreciated because it gave me time to get to the work sight. When he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He evaluated my issues, came up with a game plan and resolved the problems. I was very pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend Dave to my friends for any electrical work.

Theyre very dependable. We were able to reach them immediately on a holiday weekend night when our water heater failed and began leaking profusely. They had someone there the next morning with a replacement, which we definitely needed as the leaking model was very old.Frank Demara was the plumber dispatched and he did a fantastic job! He was clearly very experienced and he specifically handles water heaters. The job was done very quickly and we had hot water by afternoon. The price was definitely fair and there were no extra charges for calling after-hours or installing on a Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.Theyve replaced our central air and furnace over the last several years and weve been very pleased with their service.

I appreciated the fact that he called me prior to coming and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He showed up within that time and immediately found the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the cause of the issue, what it would cost to fix, and an estimated time it would take him to complete the job. He was done within that time. He gave me the option to pay now or receive a bill. I was pleased with the results and would definitely call them again for any future issues with my garage door.

The toilet he removed was made in 1968, and was far heavier than todays toilets, but he somehow managed to carry it out of the very tight space without any scratches.Dean opened our sprinkling system. I have used 3 or 4 different companies in the past and never have I experienced a more thorough checking of the heads and nozzles as well as very fair pricing. He replaced one head, raised another, and I could hardly tell where he had dug. He also drained some water from the main water valve area that had accumulated from the heavy rains. On 04/22/2019, Dean Nestor, a Reddi sprinkler systems technician with very professional demeanor, checked the integrity of our sprinkler system and found a leak on the Male Adapter leading to the outlet side of PVB. His discovery of the leak and fixing the leak will save us untold dollars in unnecessary water bills due to leakage. We also asked him to cap a drip line on the north side of our home so we could use the line again in future for a bird bath, a fountain, or other water feature, etc.MOST IMPRESSIVE, HOWEVER, beyond the EXCELLENT quality of service, was how courteous and patient he was with me, a totally befuddled consumer who, never before, had been able to understand how to operate the computer that adjusts the rotor zones and schedules the clock.He took as much time as was necessary to make sure I knew how to operate the mechanism! He never once acted like my need for him to repeat explanations was an imposition or inconvenience. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN TEN YEARS OF OWNING A SPRINKLER SYSTEM THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I TRULY UNDERSTAND HOW TO OPERATE THE SCHEDULING CLOCK! Over the weekend my husband and I woke up to a flooded kitchen. After several failed DIY attempts we contacted Reddi Industries, Aaron came out and explained the situation and solutions. He was quick to get the issue fixed. He explained how to prevent clogs from happening in the future, and left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Shortly after he left I encountered an issue with the dishwasher not draining, I called back and left a message to have Aaron call. He called back minutes later and walked me through a few things to try on my own. After none of his recommendations worked, he made an appointment for him and his supervisor to come back. Aaron and his supervisor Weston showed up on time and investigated the issue. When they were unable to fix, they called and got a same day appointment for a appliance repair man to come take a look. A little while later Dana(the appliance repair man) arrived. He was quick to recognize the problem and fix it. He also had multiple tips to prevent more issues from arising. After a long day of multiple technicians in and out of my home, I couldnt be happier with the outstanding service my husband and I received today! Aaron, Weston, and Dana are the best. Next time I wont even mess with trying to fix the issue on my own!

I tried 2 other plumbers, both of whom were tough to get in touch with, slow to respond and could not commit to a time for the repair visit. The technician (Devin Self) actually showed up a little early, evaluated the problem, offered an estimate for the repair and fixed the problem all on the same visit and within less than an hour. I was very pleasantly surprised at Devins courteous, professional approach and pleased with his skill level. Reddi is usually great to get someone to come out when you need them. We sometimes have problems with roots in our line and have had Reddi come before to clean it out and clear the blockage. He quickly took care of the problem. I really appreciated that even with the type of work that he did he was clean and did not make any kind of a mess in either my house or yard. I am very happy with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the technicians who recently unclogged my houses sewer line. Its an old house with its normal issues, and frankly I was becoming tired of waiting for people to arrive only to be offered a make-do solution. They were prompt, clean, uncomplaining, polite, conscientious and interested in both this house and its history. More important, I do truly feel I got a fair deal. If the plumbing issue hadnt been so urgent, I would have sought to make a claim on my home insurance, had I realized what it would cost. I dont yet know if Reddi works with my home insurance company, or if a claim can be made after the fact.

We just purchased a 24 year old home and the garage door openers were, well just say they were original. Zack Beden was our technician. He was on time and professional. He explained everything he was doing and cautiously suggested that we plan down the road for replacements. I appreciated that because Im not a sugar coat kind of person. When we do so, it will be with Reddi Overhead. Also, I had just purchased a giant shop vac to get some of the past 24 years out of the house and Zack stopped and helped me with the some assembly required, which was awesome because we havent moved in yet and he had a hammer and I didnt and it was necessary. What took him 5 minutes would have taken me...well, suffice it to say, I would have left without vacuuming. Would I use this company again? Absolutely, but I would definitely request Zack.

Furnace quit working Monday night called Tuesday morning and Patrick came and when he arrived furnace had started to work he checked it over and did some cleaning of the flame sensor and condensation trap the furnace appeared to be working properly after he left the furnace stopped working again after a quick call he was back at my house and found that the condensate pump. pump safety switch was tied into the furnace control power. Patrick picked up a new pump and installed it and system is operating properly. He was very he did an amazing job and I was very pleased.

I was called back and an appointment was set up for that same afternoon. The technician, Michael McDonald, that came out checked everything over & then decided I had no power (which had been turned off due to non-payment by tenant unbeknownst to me). The technician and everyone I talked with in the office were polite and respectful. I appreciated the same day service although the problem wasnt urgent.

David Gilchrest was phenomenal. After spending a couple hours on my own trying to figure out what was wrong with the fan. David has fixed very quickly. Since I was interested is what happened, he took the time to go through everything with me in a great deal of details but easy enough I could understand. Not to mention that I called in at 11:45 am on a Friday and David was out by 2:00 pm, then the unit was blowing cool air by 2:45 pm. The whole experience was positive from first call to finish. Once in the basement, he quickly assessed the issue, confirmed his quote, and then took the time to discuss the details with our home warranty company. While working, he did not seem annoyed with my questions about how long the unit should last, and the proper way to insure a long life for the unit. Called for service made mid morning and appointment mad for same day late afternoon. Technicians (Mike C and Scott) called at 2pm saying they were on the way! I was impressed!! They arrived and analyzed the problem (water driven sump pump hammering after discharge). Mike and Scott installed a new back flow check valve and added another one which after several test cycles, proved to solve the problem. They also cleaned out the sump pump impeller, reinstalled the entire mechanism, and did a nice job cleaning up any spills (water) or debris from the repair. What impressed me most was their knowledge of the system and their analytical skill in troubleshooting the issue. My hats of to them for their efforts and for fixing the problem. This is not the first encounter with Reddi Industries for plumbing/water heater issues. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner. I will most certainly call on them again for assistance.
