Jon-Eric was an amazing service technician. It was the weekend after Thanksgiving. And BOOM wake up with a stopped up sink, and spending numerous dollars on different Draino and acids trying to unclog the sink to no prevail. Everyone seemed to be booked but we called Mr.Rooter and on the very same day, Jon-Eric was able to come out and unclog the sink. When I tell you that he saved the day and did it with all the patients in the world….He was amazing. We were all worked up and overwhelmed he got all of us calm!! All I can say is Mr.Rooter is a 10+ And if you can request a Tech definitely ask for Jon-Eric, he was awesome thanks, Jon-Eric

I had a sewer line back up on a Saturday morning. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Lucas out within 2 hours. He was absolutely super! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options with pricing up front. After he cleaned out a huge clump of tree roots from my sewer line, he cleaned up his work area very promptly and explained the 6 month guarantee of his work before he left. I can’t recommend him and Mr. Rooter highly enough. If you need plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter and ask for Lucas. You will be glad you did.

Brent and Lucas are awesome. Ive had a couple of jobs done by these guys including a hot water heater removal and install, a utility sink install, and a sewage pit pump replacement. All were professionally completed both in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I was given clear explanations of the diagnosis, options for remedy, and a precise timeline to completion. I had Mr. Rooter come to check for a water leak in my toilets as a result of a significantly high water bill. Brent did a thorough job of inspecting every possible thing that could have contributed to a water leak inside and out and found nothing. He did recommend replacing one of my toilets that was outdated which I had done. Brent was very personable and explained everything well in detail. And he did a great job on the toilet install. We called Mr. Rooter to come locate our sewer line becuase we thought we had a collapsed line. Lucas came out very quickly after getting the tools that he needed and had the line marked and located within 40 minutes. He was also able to pinpoint the blockage and helped determine that we did in fact have a collapsed line. I would definitely recommend Lucas and Mr. Rooter if you need plumbing work done.

Had an amazing experience with Mr Rooter today. We just had 2 days of rain that overloaded our sump pump. We spent 12 hours manually pumping the water out. I called Mr Rooter first and they were booked until Monday, this was Sunday morning. I couldnt experience another night like the one before and continued to try and call other places. I received a call 20 minutes later saying a tech would be to my location in 45 minutes. I was soooo relieved!!Brent showed up and was amazing. He was friendly and so honest. He immediately explained the diagnoses and was ready to get to work. Not only did he do an amazing thorough job, he asked if we had any other questions around the house. He helped us with understanding what to do with our plumbing during the winter and suggested backup upgrades to our failed sump pump. Brent was amazing!!

I was very impressed with this company. I was in an emergency situation and within an hour, the technician John came out! Gave me an estimate and then did the job on the spot! Ran a camera through the line so we would know what issues were causing the backup. Very happy with my choice! John was very professional and efficient!

Had the water line from the meter to the house replaced. Mr. Rooter came out to inspect the problem and then made a second visit to ensure there were no possible other issues. They were very thorough in ruling out any other possible issues that could be causing my water pressure issue. Once it was decided to replace the water line there dig crew Brent, David, Hayden and Dallas showed up to perform the work. These guys were amazing and very professional. They answered every question I had, even the ones that were probably ridiculous. I know nothing about plumbing and not once did they make me feel like an idiot with my questions or concerns. They were very careful with everything they did and asked how I may have wanted something done if there was a choice available. They didnt just decide for me. Once installed they checked everything again cleaned up their work area thoroughly. These guys were courteous and professional from start to finish and I would recommend Mr. Rooter for anything you need done with plumbing.

We also used Mr Rooter a few years ago when our sewer line had collapsed and they are great to work with.

He was careful to keep the area clean with drop cloths and explained what he was doing and then showed me the problem and then gave me options to fix it and once he got the approval he worked hard to resolve the issue and then showed me with his plumbing camera the results of his work. He cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend Lucas and Mr. Rooter to anyone.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, for a main drain issue, after calling 5 other plumbing company and no was able come out until after the weekend with out charging extra for after hours service. Mr. Rooter Plumbing send someone out after 45 mins calling them. They sent out Brent Weekly. Brent gave A+ service. He went above beyond with her service he provided. Even educated my kiddos on what he was doing, he showed us the neat camera view of our pipes. Living in a more rural space, it can be difficult to get service companies to even come out to the property, let alone finish the job. I had a clogged drain in a 2inch diameter bathtub drain that exhausts into the yard via a 10-14 foot pipe. the plumber was in and out in about 40 minutes or less and it worked like a charm. I would use their service again for more complicated services. To unclog the drain was $325 and for that price, I could find someone cheaper so Im highly unlikely to use them again for that.

We have had an issue with the sewer backing up in our basement since we bought our house, 7 months ago. Weve had other companies look at it but none could tell us what the issue was. We had used Mr. Rooter once before, at a previous location, and were very happy with their service. We called them again and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The technician was very helpful and ran his camera through the line. He showed me the video and explained the options for cleaning the line. We chose one of the options and two more guys showed up with the machine needed for the cleaning - one was the owner of the company! During the cleaning, they discovered the sewer line where it exits the house was damaged to the point that they recommended replacing it. He took the time to explain to me, as well as my husband and father-in-law over the phone. Not once did I feel pressured or like they were talking down to us. They just laid out the facts and took the time to answer all of our questions. We decided to replace the pipe and they had it done quickly. Scott and Brent of Mr. Rooter removed our old 1-piece shower, then installed a new 48” Sterling 4-piece shower, plus new plumbing for the shower. Before the work was started, we were told and shown shower options and received a detailed estimate. In choosing a shower, we were offered much creative leeway. There was never any lag time in communication. The shower is exactly what we wanted and the installation looks perfect. After the shower was installed, they continued to work non-stop on replacing our water main shutoff valve, a damaged section of the floor and drain pipe for the toilet, the toilet flange, and the toilet shutoff valve. With the additional work they completed, our bathroom is now ready to have the floor tiled. All of the work was completed in one day. Scott and Brent each gave us expert advice and helpful information, which we really appreciate. Such as shower head placement, suggesting tiling above the shower if we wanted, identifying that our water main shutoff valve wasn’t working properly, explaining the floor repair, and even recommending a drywall installer to tape and mud. They were knowledgeable, polite, professional, organized, and efficient. Both were diligent in making sure we were happy with the product and service we received and completely cleaned up before leaving. Our experience with Mr. Rooter was excellent and without stress. We plan to use their service again.

He spent a long time trying to get an accurate location and cause for the sewer blockage, while referencing notes left by a technician on a previous but different repair. He then called his office to have another technician bring out extra equipment, at no charge to me so that together they could nail down the issue.The problem was identified and clearly explained, with options for a cheap fix, not guaranteed to be successful, or a more expensive long-term solution which involved digging and adding a new clean out point to a previously inaccessible sewer line.I chose the long-term fix. Scott, whom I believe is the owner, gave me a price with a few discounts.It was more than I expected or wanted to pay to be honest, but now I have what I believe is a long-term fix for a 1950s clay sewer line that had no access for cleanout. They were able to take care of it the very next day.2 years ago they did another repair at the distant end of that same line, the tap where it meets the city sewer, the failure was clearly visible as they showed me the camera going down the line.That job too was done quickly and professionally, with every step and every option explained clearly. On this 2nd job Tim inspected that previous repair and showed me the camera and it is clearly still solid and clean.All in all, this company has provided me with good technicians who know what theyre doing, have patience, are polite and very professional, and so far Im totally happy with the results of their work.They will give you the big picture, and if like me you have a 70-year-old clay sewer line causing problems, bear in mind that you get what you pay for. Had a clogged toilet and called them out on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Person I talked on the phone was super friendly, helpful and had somebody out two hours earlier then scheduled. Brent (our tech) was super friendly, professional and got the job done. Would definitely recommend Mr Rooter and would definitely use them again.

Brent came out to our property today, and he literally just made us customers for life. He deserves a raise and to literally be showered with praise, because it is hard to find help that good. He honestly made me feel like Im getting my moneys worth. I wasnt sure we were even going to spend any money today. A big-name competitor quoted $3,000, Mr. Rooter was a fraction of that and Brent literally took care of all my problems right then and there. For that high quality of professionalism, punctuality, and workmanship, I was more than happy to pay him right then and there.In this economy it is hard to find good quality help, and even harder to be sure where to spend your money, but Mr. Rooter really does outclass the competition in every way. One company asked for $100 to even show up to give me quotes for work, what?? 2 companies didnt even answer their phones, and one company gave me a $3,000 quote doing no inspection, and turns out he was wrong and that would have basically been $3,000 down the drain. I wouldnt trust your money to any other company. Mr. Rooter is the best by far

We had a “middle of the night” water backup due to sewer line had become plugged and the water softener waste water couldn’t bypass the clog and backup up into the basement utility area. Yes, middle of the night flooding truly is stressful. We immediately called Mr. Rooter.Brady Basgall was the technician.He arrived on schedule, professionally dressed, polite and very focused on making sure he understood our issue and fixing it on the fastest, less cost impacting way. He kept us informed of everything he was seeing along the way and advised of what would be the best solution to remedy.After analyzing them potential cause of the water backup, he advised it might be in best interest to start out with scope first, to determine if it was an actual clog or other issue. The scope is much less expensive then going straight to a Rooter cable. Plus, he advised that most of the time, he clear a lot of the clogs with the camera itself, thereby preventing having to charge more for a Rooter cable. Plus, he advised that if the camera does find the clog and can’t clear it, and he would have to use the Rooter cable, he will then not charge the camera effort and merely charge the Rooter cable effort only.Brady exhibited complete professional attitude the whole time he was here.He was polite, professional and very focused on meeting our needs in the most efficient, economical and less intrusive method possible.The other benefit of using Mr. Rooter, is that you can sign up for an optional 3 year coverage protection plan, that provides you with reduced pricing, priority attention in emergency situations, and overall working history of efforts competed at your location, to better assist future technician of prior issues and fixes. Had a water leak due to clogged drain line.. over flowed into basement ceiling and sheetrock damage. Mr. Rooter sent out Dayton to clear our drain..service was ahead of time and Dayton was very professional and knowledgeable..he checked with camera for the issue and then cleared the stoppage in short order..this nessescitated pulling a toilet to access the line..He handled all tasks promptly and efficiently..cleaning the area after completion...outstanding work..thank you Dayton and Mr. Rooter...
