They were explanatory of the process and patiently answered all of our questions. We recommend Brian’s Plumbing to anyone requiring plumbing work.We also had the kitchen sink clogged over the weekend and we were able to call Monday morning. Asa and Cody showed up within a couple of hours and were able to fix the problem quickly.

I’ve had plenty of experiences with contractors in my line of work as a professional realtor. When we purchased our home in 2020, we were aware that there were going to be a number of maintenance projects. One such project was the drain pipes. During our inspection, we were told that the 60 year old cast iron pipes were showing their age (lots of rust and scale).After doing our research, we found the NuFlow team at Brian’s was going to offer the least intrusive, least destructive, and most cost effective long-lasting solution for our needs. Sean Biggs and his assistant Derek were very professional, reassuring, effective, and efficient during the entire process and they got our home back to normal way faster than alternative (and more destructive) options.We have had all good things to say about our experiences with the folks at Brian’s plumbing in the past and this most recent experience cemented them as our plumbers for any possible future needs. We would recommend them to anyone.

We called for help with a broken toilet early in the morning on the day a winter ice storm hit (when no one was out on the roads). Because of the weather, we expected to have to tough things out for a couple of days before help could get to us. Instead, two very knowledgeable and courteous young men came to our rescue just a few hours of having placed the call. They worked hard and saved us from from a plumbing nightmare that was promising to make our lives not only uncomfortable but really expensive if not fixed a.s.a.p. We are so grateful! Weve only lived in Wichita Falls for five months now and this is the second time this company has come to our rescue on short order. Love, love, love Brians Plumbing! Fantastic, friendly service! Excellent work! We cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were the only ones to answer our call at 5am! Called us back 5 minutes later that someone was on the way. Sean is amazing! We just moved into this house in January, so we did not know where the water shut off was or where to enter our crawl space. He found the shut off, and walked around the house with us to find the crawl space entrance. He helped us locate it in one of our closets. (news to me that a crawl space entrance could be inside the house) He was able to get into a very tight space to do the repair so we did not have to break through the side of the house and made sure to be careful to not drag mud through out the house. He had to go back to the shop to locate a part he needed and was back in a very timely manner. Sean walked us through the whole process and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciate how he got the job repaired and did not just stick a bandaid on it. The price was also very fair for him to come out outside of working hours. HIGHLY recommend!!

They were able to send out Bob and Evan and they both arrived quickly, and diagnosed and repaired the faulty fitting very efficiently. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and discussing expectations.Upon completion, I had an invoice emailed to me with a super easy method to settle the balance. I could not be happier with my experience with everyone involved from Brian’s Plumbing and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I have had to use Brians plumbers a few times this year. the first was on January 1 about 6 pm. it was 18 degrees, and dark. i had a major water line freeze and bust and it was shooting out like a fire hose. the plumber and his helper showed up with great attitudes and promptly fixed the problem. recently i had to have the main gas line from the alley to my house completely replaced. again the plumbers had great attitudes, dug and laid a complete new gas line in a very timely manner and got me back in business. I cant say enough good things about their plumbers and their attitudes. Finally I get the invoices and they are always much cheaper than i anticipate. these guys do a great job for a very fair price in a timely manner. i will not call anybody else.

Highly recommend. After using a company who we would never recommend to anyone we called Brians plumbing. They came out and within 2 mins of being here found the break in our sewer line. Didnt charge use an arm and a leg in overcharges to run the camera or use the locator. The other company wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to run a camera. We had a crew out here the next available day to jackhammer through our slab to repair the break. It went smoothly and quickly. Should have only been a 2 day job like they said but out of their control the city inspector was a no show on day 2. Highly recommend this company. We had a great experience and they really care about their customers.

After assessing the job and required material, Keith concluded that the project could be accomplished better by air conditioning specialists and he recommended a specific firm. I expected to be billed for a service call, but Keith informed me there was no charge. I am truly grateful to them and I will certainly call them for all future plumbing needs.

My Home Warranty provider used Brian’s Plumbing to clear the plumbing backing up into my house. They sent Anthony and John, who were great. They had to get approval from the HW company once they confirmed the issue was a blockage and then get approval for the $15 machine charge. They kept me updated and communicated the problem while they waited almost 45 minutes. HW companies can be challenging to deal with, especially for vendors, and this leads to customer frustration and, in some cases makes the vendor look bad. Anthony was patient and calm to deal with. He and John finished in less than 5 minutes. I have not had any issues since they cleared out the blockage. I Would highly recommend Brian’s Plumbing, and if you get Anothny and John, it’s a bonus. Thanks guys!
