    The crew is always courteous and professional. When we originally scheduled our appointment to replace our water heater, we figured we’d have to wait a day.     The technician was very courteous, and I appreciated his thoroughness. He took the time to diagnose the root cause of the problem, and didnt just hurry through the repair. He communicated with me and took time to explain what he was seeing what he felt needed to be done. And he wasnt beyond listening to me and receiving input from me as we talked through the problem. (Not that he needed my input, but he was willing to listen.) And bonus points... the repair bill was much lower than I had expected.

    Midwest mechanical has always taken care of my furnaces and my Air conditioners. They do a fabulous job, and check everything out and replace the filters, and clean the furnaces, and in the summer clean the AC units. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted a honest, and repair and service that treated your units like it was their own.

    I made a call at 7:30 am to get help with my hot water heater. I received a call back very soon. They scheduled me in and came sooner than I anticipated. Lalo was so polite and stayed to make sure it was up and working. I would definitely use this company again.

    Ive used Midwest Mechanical a couple times now. The first time was at my Tattoo shop a few weeks ago. It was 86 degrees in my shop, the ac wasnt working correctly. Called Midwest Mechanical and Shon moved around his schedule and had one of his guys come out. They did the most thorough inspection and diagnosis of my system that I have ever seen done. They got my old dated system cooling again, then put together a post effective plan to get me updated to a more efficient system come Spring.     Fear gripped us a week ago when our house started warming up in the evening. The next few days were going to be very hot and I was afraid we were going to have a few uncomfortable days ahead of us. I called Midwest Mechanical early the next morning. The lady was very kind and sympathetic as I told her our symptoms. To my surprise she said that she could get someone out early that afternoon. I received a call and a text message with the technicians picture around noon. I appreciated the picture (via text message) to insure safety. Lee, the technician, arrived and he was very friendly. I took him to the outside a/c unit and told him what was going on. Amazing to me, he gave me a guess as to what the problem was (capacitor) and sure enough, that was the problem. He didnt have the part on his truck and had to go pick one up. He went ahead and took the time to put in another one until he got the correct part to start cooling down the house. It took only about 30-45 minutes to return with the correct part. I was impressed with him taking that extra effort to give us a head start on cooling the house. He then proceeded to clean the unit and showed me tips and tricks to do it myself. Again, I was impressed with his willingness to take that extra time to explain what and why he was doing things. He even looked at another little problem in the utility room and did a quick fix for that. Our A/C unit was installed by Midwest Mechanical 4+ years ago and we have been very happy with the unit and very pleased with our first service call.

    Just want to say Isaac and Billy did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioner! They answered any and all of our questions that we had. They were quick and knew exactly what they were doing! We had a problem with the thermostat connecting with the out side unit and Issac and Billy stayed until they got it figured out!     Midwest Mechanical installed a new air conditioner at my house & did a fantastic job, but even more impressive than that was the beyond excellent service they provided when I called then about a week after the install with a problem. In this season where they are incredibly busy, they had a technician out here in less than an hour from the time I called. He found the issue immediately and had everything up and running in n o time at all. You dont often get service like that. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring hvac service.

    Midwest Mechanical installed two new smart thermostats at our church as well as re-wired 2 furnaces / air conditioners to provide our worship area with stage one and stage two systems (as opposed to only one option with both systems running at once). They also consulted on our use of existing dampers in our ducts. Their efforts have resulted in a reduction of our HVAC bills of at least $500 per month during each of the first three months (so far) that our newly configured system has been in use. Their service professionals were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will not hesitate to contact Midwest Mechanical for future needs that we may have.

    I called to schedule a heater tune-up. I was able to get an appointment within a week, the technician was on time, and the technician took the time to teach me how to clean my furnace and explained all his steps. I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend.

    Last weekend someone broke into my house and cut and stole all my water pipes. My brother made a call on Sunday and today they arrived at my house mid morning to do a complete repair of all lines from the shut off valve to the fittings in my house. They finished around 11:30 am our installer did way more than what was expected. Overall given the circumstances this was an amazing experience. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and fast. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing done.

    Timing is never on your side when AC stops working. Midwest was able to send tech that day to service AC along with providing quotes for replacement units. Later the weekend AC just decided to stop working and within one call the owner had me scheduled for Monday morning install and realigned resources off new build projects because they understood the magnitude of the impact with a stretch off over 100 degree days coming. Would highly recommend for service, professional, on time, and very knowledgeable.

    Our AC had stopped blowing cold, we assumed it was low on refrigerant but it was actually a blown capacitor. Not only did Angel and Lee check everything else, they were able to replace the capacitor right then and fix it. They ran several tests and walked me through what they were doing step by step. Those two were amazing. Shon, the owner I believe, was able to set an appointment over the phone and they were able to come out that same morning. Five star service through and through.

    I called Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air Monday and they came to my house on Tuesday. Lee came out to my house on time to get my AC working. I received a text when he was on his way. The text include included a profile picture and his name, I liked this for sure that’s customer service. Lee is very knowledgeable about and explains everything to you in a nice calm voice. I appreciate the fact he came in and took his time and listened. He also took time to make sure everything was working before he left and improved the length of a hose for looks.     Fast and efficient, I called around 1pm because I no longer had warm air. They were pretty busy but told me that one person could come out around 3pm, he was there before 2 and had everything running in about 30 minutes and then waited to make sure that it stayed on and working. He also showed me a few ways to troubleshoot any problems in the future which is incredibly nice to know. I am very happy with my overall experience!

    I was looking into estimates for a new Central A/C unit. The owner of the company contacted me shortly after requesting a quote (on Mother’s Day of all days) and I had a person at my house the next day.     It was one of our 100 degree days when our air conditioner stopped working. We called Midwest Mechanical and Lee arrive in about 20 minutes. It was in the evening. He was friendly and very efficient. He checked the thermostat, the unit, and the outdoors unit. He wasnt sure if he had the part but he kept looking and found it.     Midwest mechanical was amazing!!! When I noticed my AC unit froze last night I was nervous how much this was going to cost me and how long I would be stuck in the coming hear since it was a Friday. Midwest was highly recommended to me, by a friend of mine. I put in a request for a quote and with in ten minutes was quoted and had an appointment that same day. Lee called me about twenty minutes before he arrived so I was able to have the minimum disruption to my work day. I met Lee exactly twenty minutes later at my house. He asked if I wanted him to wear a mask because of the covid 19. I showed him the inside unit and explained the freezing. He took a look at the unit then went outside. He hooked up his meter and showed I was low on freon. He explained what everything on the meter said and what it meant. Explained the limitations of repair with r22 freon no longer being made. We recharged the system with a note to look at replacing the system here in the next year. Lee was incredible with his customer service. I will refer all HVAC work to Midwest. Thank you for you amazing and timely service.
