Have been using Brandon for over 10 years on my own home and rentals I own and manage. His prices are great and have never had a complaint. I use him most for sewer blockages, sewer line replacements and water heater installs, but hes done anything plumbing related for us. He always gets to our jobs in a timely manner and does a good job! Highly recommended!

Plumb Crazy did a great job unclogging a partially clogged drain in my kitchen. Brandon and Zach were friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They made sure the clog was completely open before putting all the pipes back together and cleaned up any mess completely. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the results. I called in a panic because our sump pump wasn’t working and that is a bad thing at my house. Brandon was on another assignment but he took my call and returned it later. He made time to come by to see what could be done. He was back early the next morning and installed a new sump pump in record time. Very reasonably priced and I was very impressed when he said he had checked the forecast and knew I couldn’t wait through the weekend. I will definitely use Plumb Crazy again!! Thanks so much!

When our tank water heater went out I called around to get quotes for converting to a tankless system. Brandon was super responsive and honest about the pros and cons compared to a tank system. He ended up quoting quite a bit less than some of the others I called and got it installed quickly. I will definitely keep his info handy for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Honest professional plumber. Brandon did an excellent job to clean the main drain at my house. Not only that but he also corrected bad work from previous plumber when he put the toilet back. Called Redi Rooter and they charged me $50 to come in and tell me it will cost me and arm and a leg to fix my issue. Will definitely call Brandon again for any plumbing needs and will refer him to family and friends.

Called him on a whim because we had had trouble with our dishwasher installation. Home Depot had tried to deliver twice and both times had issues so we had been without a dish washer for two months! Called Brandon so we could get a valve replaced and then reschedule our delivery.He came over shortly after we called to replace the valve, but then offered to install the dishwasher for us too because he had some spare time. He did a great job explaining what he was doing while he was doing it also and we now have a dishwasher and don’t have to worry about the installation company anymore!

Brandon did great work and was more than accommodating. I originally had him out to fix a leak in my main sewer line. While he was there he was also kind enough to look at a couple other items that came up unexpectedly. The morning he was due to come out he got an emergency call to another customer. Rather than just pushing my appointment off Brandon was forward thinking and asked to reschedule to an earlier time. I really appreciated Brandon squeezing me in even with higher priority services being requested. I would absolutely recommend him again!

Called Brandon this afternoon to come look at our hot water heater that was leaking. (We saw he had great reviews online AND open until 11pm.) He was able to come right out and help us. It was a last minute call so we werent sure how much he would be able to do but he was so kind and actually replaced our hot water heater. Hes very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Brandon has done multiple jobs for me and the work is of the greatest quality. I know that when I call Brandon for a job, I am not going to have to worry about it after he fixes it. He was able to rebuild my faucets when I thought they would need replaced which saved me a ton of money. He replaced my Hot water heater so I was not with out hot water for even 1 day! He also fixed on of my bathtubs so that it drained better. He was able to find and fix a leak in my wall and you can not even tell he had to get into the wall! I would recommend him to anyone!! Plumb Crazy is the way to go for any plumbing needs!

I had some leaks in my bathtub faucet and knobs which I had been quoted some crazy prices and misinformation to get fixed from another company. Brandon was able to see that they were due to some cheap parts and bad seals and got those replace and got all the leaks stopped very quickly. Very friendly, low pressure, and very fairly priced.

He gave me a flat price(very good price, compared to other businesses) and came out within an hour and got the drain unclogged even use the camera to show me what was going on inside the sewer line without any extra charge.
